I’ve got a pot roast in the crock pot and am back on track today. I figure it’s a fatty piece of meat. I’m done being mad at myself and will rock this P3 and figure it out!

Good, don't be mad at yourself. It doesn't help at all. You're fine. Rock P3, it's such a healthy and delicious way of eating. And I think a lot of reshaping goes on in P3, but you don't need a lot of that. A pot roast sounds delicious! Yummy! Enjoy!
