    Everyone!
Wish me luck! I am travelling to West Point tomorrow to visit my kiddo there. We'll be staying in a hotel and I don't expect issues with eating. I can't afford them! LOL So bringing my chocolate for those moments of temptation. I am so excited to see him and be there!

Have a great weekend everyone. I probably won't be able to update till I get back.

    Have a wonderful time, mrsstrong!

I ended my injections yesterday. My weight didn't change this morning, and I'm starting to get that crazy overly hungry thing going, which I've learned means my body is done with this for the moment. I'm in a happy weight range, though a little over two pounds above my personal goal for this round. But given my unplanned interruption and major gain in the middle, I'm pleased with the result.

Now for two more days of VLCD and then a weekend start to P3--yahoo!! I think I see a homemade bacon cheeseburger (on one of my homemade non-bread protein buns) in my future . . . and it looks beautiful!

I also am really looking forward to getting back to more intense workouts. I really haven't had the energy for much of anything besides yoga and a little pilates. I miss my heavy weights, and I'm eager to get my heart rate up again.

Cheers to Thursday! I hope it's a good one for everyone!

    Happy Thursday, Lovelies -

Our beautiful weather is done. Waaaaah! It was 70, clear skies and I enjoyed topping off my Vitamin D, probably the last time this year.

MrsStrong, have a great time with your kiddo!

MissM, it sounds like a good choice to end injections, if your head isn't into P2. I kept my round going a week longer than I should have, for no losses. Though maybe it helped with reshaping and stabilization; time will tell.

    P3d15, 1111 cals yesterday, down 1# to 136.5#.

Lovely Losers 2021- ON TOP OF IT in October!!

Gonna need that home-made non-bread protein bread secret!

Hi. Iím PearlyMae and I am Out. Of. Control!

Last night I had peanut butter and a Paloma for supper. Not pb ON something, straight outta the jar on a spoon.

    Ok. Enough.

I havenít been to the grocery store in about a month. Flying back-and-forth from Colorado to Iowa three weekends in a row will do that! Iíve had $50 worth of groceries delivered a couple times in between which means Iíve had Diet Coke and peanut butter delivered.

Now Iím even out of dog food.

OK Iím pulling back in! I I actually baked some chicken breast from Costco for dinner tonight. I had no fresh, canned or frozen vegetables in the house except a few grape tomatoes. I had a huge sweet potato that I got for the dogs food, so I split that with them, 20/80. Half my last avocado. Feeling pretty proud of myself.

    GOTTA get groceries tomorrow!!!!!

    Good Friday morning, Lovelies -

    PearlyMae, Yay for Penny!

I hope this solution works for her! I use a "neater feeder" for my cats, which gets their bowls off the floor; I may need to get a taller one for my larger cat, hadn't thought of that until I saw your photo. He tends to gobble-and-puke . . .

I hope we can all stabilize like RoseLanoue!

MissM, I hope those last VLCD days after finishing injections aren't too tough. Your cheeseburger sounds awesone!

Fall is definitely here. 37į with a high of 49į predicted with some sun. I'm planning a walk but I will definitely need to wear more clothing!

    P3d16, 1118 cals, 7g carbs yesterday.

Hello all, I have been MIA and super busy with work stuff but wanted to check in. I am up a little but not over my 2# window. I have really not been paying too close attention to what I eat. I even got some extra dark dove chocolates that I have been having when the sweet tooth strikes.

I got some great news that we can now order hcg here in california again so I am going to order some just to have in case I need it next year. I am gong to try hard not to gain over the holidays but I know how I am.

PearlyMea ~ so happy for Penny!! I also use the Neater Feeder that GZ mentioned for my dogs. Well, my golden retriever anyway. I am so happy to see her home and feeling better! I have not read back, other then the current page, but will try and find some time to read back and see how it all went!

Mrsstrong ~ I am so happy for you to be able to go and visit your son!! Exciting!!

I hope everyone else is doing well!! GZ... stay warm! I am looking forward to the fall weather, though here in Southern Calif that is down into the 60's during the daytime usually. I don't know if I would venture out much if it was in the 30's or 40's!! Brrrrr!! I grew up here though so I am not used to it being too cold.

Hope you are all doing great!! Happy Friday!!

    Good Saturday morning, Lovelies -

Good to hear you are doing well, Karen.

PearlyMae, Please keep us updated about Penny. I'm sure it's good to have her home! and I hope you had time to get groceries, real food is the best way to stay on track.

I think our nice fall weather is gone for good. It's tough to get out and walk when it gets cold, but I am trying. After P3, I will be switching to indoor workouts with weights.

P3d17, 1142 cals yesterday, 136.5#. I have made one change that seems to be helping my stabilization: I have my coffee with HWC first, then my breakfast eggs about an hour later. This primes my body with fats before protein. During my working years, and during P2, I always had my protein breakfast first and creamy coffee later.

Also, during this P2 - which was my most successful round since my first one in 2017 - I used once a day hhcg tablets with B vitamins taken at 9 pm. In the 2nd week of P2, I added one coffee with a tablespoon of HWC after breakfast, which I think helped keep my diet ketogenic. I kept my protein in my normal range, so more "Hcg 2.0" than original protocol. My daily calories averaged about 620. I typically lose 7 - 8 lbs, but this time, I lost 13 lbs. I definitely like the tablets better than drops, and at less than $60 for a round, they were a bargain compared to injectable hcg. Plus easier to manage for travel.

    Good Sunday morning, Lovelies -

Frost and fog here, looks weird. Not burning off, only 33į going up to 53į with rain. I miss summer already.

    P3d18, almost done. 1295 cals yesterday, 136.5#.

Omg, your girls are so stinkin' cute. I meant to post a week ago, but somehow got busy and didn't. Hope this finds Penny doing better and better? And you, hope you have settled in after your frenzy of back and forth trips with reunion and trips for her treatment, healthcare? And hope you finally made it to the grocery!

Nice to see your name pop up, Dubbs. How are you doing?

I am on P2D42. My last injection was yesterday and my LIW was 164.5 for a 21.1 lb loss. I'm glad I stuck it out for the extra days as I got an additional 1.3 lb off and I can see a huge difference in my shape. Jeans that I couldn't pull up two weeks ago, I can now get on and even fasten. One more day of VLCD for me and then the excitement of P3! I can't wait.

    R1P2: 09/14/21 - 10/28/21. 21.1lb loss.
    LIW: 164.5.
