Good morning everyone, it's Thursday morning-I'm sorry for being awol this week--I have been so busy trying to get ready for company coming today and tomorrow. They will be here thru Tuesday. So I will not be on much till after then. I have tried to read everyday, but am so exhausted that I can barely read, much less think of anything interesting to share. I have another busy day today of prepping foods and freshening beds then 4 1/2 days of madcap fun with friends and family visits here and there, shopping and games--there will be 7 additional people sleeping here, and 5 will be boys! It gets loud and crazy! I wanted to hop on quickly tho because when someone goes missing I wonder about them, and hope they are doing ok. I am doing well. Actually quite well.
I'm on day 12 of P4, and this morning weighed in at 160.8, which is 2.8 below last dose weight, probably because I am workinging my butt off. The other night DH purchased some brownies, I gave in and ate one, figured I am on P4. Woohoo, no gain the next morning. But only ate the one. Portion control, baby--it's the name of the game. At one time I would have had 3 or 4 of them. Today will be Picking up a cake I had made special, decorated for kids to celebrate all their hard work on swim team and golf teams this summer--so I will have a little of that, but I know it is about moderation now. It's raining here today--but It's been brutal, heat wise for all of us, I know. From what I've read, everyone seems to be doing pretty well. No major issues. I really don't know how Polly has the energy to do all she does--she puts me to shame, seriously. And Phoebe, puppies are like toddlers, much work. Ozzy, my three year old, I said would be my last puppy--any new dogs will be past puppy stage--they are fun, but WORK. i'M not mentioning everyone, but my thoughts are with you all. Whether on a planned interruption, or back from vacation, or in P2, hoping the best for us all as we get back to our busy, active , involved lives, interacting with people! Hugs to all!
