Fantastic news Pearly - a new job and a few days in the 127’s! I’m sure you will be feeling a big sigh of relief when the reunion is over and it’s been a big stress for you but enjoy it as much as you can. The older we get the faster time seems to go and then we won’t be able to spend time with family.

I’m an old hcg member on here as I’ve been on since 2010. I lost 30 lbs on my own before finding hcg at my hormone doc. Then lost 50 lbs more. Kept most of it off except for about 20-25 lbs. Then covid hit and last year I gained 30 lbs. Sooo I decided that I could not continue in that direction and put so much stress on my heart and knees (whole body really). Since Feb I’ve managed to lose 44 lbs. My goal is 50 lbs. Almost there. Oh my, how much better my knees are feeling!! I had to have a heart valve replaced a few years ago due to a congenital defect. So this extra 50 lbs gone should help relieve that stress also. My cardiologist will be super happy when I see him next , but I did this for myself since I have young grands and great- grands. I want to be here to enjoy them and the rest of my family. I need the new valve to last as long as possible before having to be replaced again. (average time is 10-15 years)

I’ve basically just been reading on here the last few years. I remember Rtkin, Kar, and of course you, Pearly. I often wonder what happened to Kansas the farmer. Also, I believe it was Brooke.

Happy Fri and losing to everyone. Hope everyone is having a great day so far. I’ll try to post now and then, but know I’m lurking.

Wanted to just pop on here real quick, it has been a busy week for me with my son and his wife here all week. I am up 2.8#'s over my ldw!! I really don't know why, I haven't even been eating very much and what I do eat, it has been high protein. I think it may just be because I had to end my round short and go into a PI because I ran out of my hcg after only 16 dose days! I won't be able to go back on hcg until the 7th, which puts me at 18 days on a PI, which at that point, not even sure it's still considered a PI any longer? Leez...maybe you can help me out with that question?? I only have one more vial of hcg, that I am going to test on a pregnancy test to make sure it is legit. I didn't need a prescription or didn't have to talk to doctor or anything to get it, so we shall see. I have read enough on these forums to not trust oversees hcg... and well, that is why I am going to test it first. Not sure at this point if I should go back to P2 after an 18 day break (with a load) or just do a 3 week P3 & P4 and then maybe early Sept. do the round? I am at a loss as to what to do now. I am really hoping the state of CA will allow HCG again real soon, and if so, I'm buying a couple of vials!! If not, I need to see if I can buy hhcg here and go that route. So frustrating!!

Well, I hope y'all are doing better then I am today. Pearly, sounds like you are having a good time so far, happy for you! Misscast best of luck on your break! Everyone else... hope you are doing well!!

LDW 158.5 Today 161.3 (failed to do a steak day, I get way to dizzy and sick to my stomach without eating all day... so... not sure what else I can do except eat high protein, when I eat). I know this diet works, and my last P3 in June, I stabilized so well, it was so easy... this time, not stabilizing at all!! My weight is staying at the high end of the 2 # mark or going over. High protein days only yeild a .1 pound drop!! Definatley important to go at least those 23 days of P2 doses before a PI!!

Hi debRN, I think I remember you from years and years ago. I used to be named 1sttimeonhcg long ago. (I finally figured that out when looking through old posts on here, I couldn't for the life of me remember my user name when I found myself back here again recently). So happy for you and your losses since February!! That is so amazing!! I notice you are from TX, we are driving my son and his new wife's stuff out there next week to Abilene. She is going to OT school and he will be doing an accelerated nursing program as soon as he finishes his bio degree this fall. I just wanted to say hi, welcome back and what an amazing diet this hcg is for all of us!! (Well, most of the time)

If your interruption lasts longer than 13 days, you have to reload. But if your interruption lasts more than 20 days, you're no longer in an interruption--you have completed P3 and your round is over.

Since you didn't have enough dose days to actually begin an interruption, there is no real remedy for you for any gains over your LIW window. You just have to do the best you can. Your body is going to try to regain what you've lost even if you are not eating more than you need. But its still worth eating correctly as the gain may only be a small one.

Leez, thank you so much for the info! I plan on getting right back into a new round then since it will be less then 20 days, close but less, and I will just plan to load again. I am feeling really good about where I am and watching carefully what I am eating. Creeping down a little today but it's a slow creep down for sure. I am back comfortably in size 8's and some are even baggy on me, so I will need to get some size 6's soon. One more question for you, yesterday, I found some old hhcg that I had from years ago. Leez, I think I read somewhere were that you had posted (I believe), that hhcg doesn't go bad and can be kept indefinatley under certain conditions? Did I read that or am I just imagining it?? If so, I at least hopefully found another hcg avenue since I can no longer get hcg here in Calif. Do you know if they will sell hhcg in CA? Just curious? Thanks again!

    Good morning all!

It's been really quiet on this site, I guess everyone has been busy, as have I. I just need to remain on here to be accountable to myself.

As for me, tried to eat really good yesterday but still not perfect. Went to the movies last night where I had lots of popcorn...yikes, and brought 2 keto fat bombs with me and of course ate them both!! But, I am down a little today so thank goodness for that. As I was mentioning on my above post, I am really seeing reshaping happening. Some of my size 8 jeans/shorts are so baggy.. I have one pair of size 6's that are baggy as well. I am going to get right back on the wagon as soon as I am back from our road trip out to Texas to move our son's stuff. I will be back on the 6th, late, so will mix in the am of the 7th and also test it on a pregnancy test and then start to load as long as all goes well. Excited to at least drop a little more weight and to get closer to the 150 lb mark. I plan to start to exercise again as well and tone things up.

I hope you are all doing well!! Happy Saturday!

As long as the hhcg has been kept away from magnets and electricity and out of direct sunlight, it should be good indefinitely. Most people store in the back of a drawer and do fine. Don't forget to do the percussion before each use that reactivates the pattern.

I have no idea what California is doing. It seems their rules are constantly changing.

Thanks PhoebeS for the welcome back. Yes, the hcg is an amazing way to lose weight. I feel soooo much better with most of the extra lbs gone.

I live outside of Bowie, TX that is approx 155 mi north and west of Abilene. Enjoy your drive to TX this week. It has been very hot here lately. Thurs it was 104 and that’s without the heat index. Congrats to the newlyweds.
