I'm thinking the weight loss will be really slow the less you have to lose, kwim? I know I still have some fat to lose, mostly in belly area, but not a lot--I could live with where I am now as I don't want to have to buy all new clothes. I just know I have to be mentally on board, and trying to gear myself up for it.
I am on day 13. Didn't lose yesterday but this is my first stall. Average loss is .7 not counting loading. I suspect that the last few pounds will go really slow. This week the average was .4. I have an interruption planned starting 7/25. Then back to it the week after to get to goal. I am actually fine now too but I want the reshaping after this round. That really is the main reason for doing it as my clothes all fit fine.

I'm experiencing a lot of knee pain right now--made appmt with my ortho doc, for Wednesday after my trip, wish I could've gone before, but the earliest I could get in was the day I was to leave, and that wasn't going to work. So I went to CBD store yesterday and got a roll on of CBD to use on my knees and it may be helping a little. Wonder if that would help on back areas? It's just a pain relief gel. I already take one capsule a day, and I know it helps some, but I know I need to go to next step, for me--It is affecting my sleep. Maybe you could consider the rollon on back area? Have you heard much from your son at West Point?
Didn't lose yesterday LOL It's going ok. I am certainly doing fine and not struggling to do this round. I adjusted my dose and my hunger is fine too now.
I did hear from him! Short phone call. He has so little time but it was great to hear his voice.
I used to have some CBD but gave it away. I may need to get more. I do have a TENS unit so that and ice has been helping. I don't need any pain meds so that is good. Definitely still sore and looking forward to my massage this morning. I may schedule acupuncture too next week.

It's more mental than physical. But I resisted. I did eat, a full 3 meals-- Breakfast 4 sausage patties with sugar free maple syrup (stevia flavored), lunch Wendy's strawberry chicken salad with Pops Roasted Tomato Salad Dressing (this salad is so good!), Dinner my roast with fire roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots cooked with wine and beef broth (delicious), had a long sliver of birthday cake after dinner. (Did I mention for my birthday, July 2, I received 3 birthday cakes from family and friends, thanks--just what I needed! When kids left, we still had an entire cake not touched!) Back to yesterday, so I ate my meals, some birthday cake--had a package of plantain lime chips for a snack with minute maid sugar free lemonade at pool, celery with sugar free pnut butter at pool--so plenty of food. Was certain I would gain this morning. Woke up, weighed and was down 2 full lbs. Weighed in this morning at 159.4. Yeah, haven't seen the 50's in years! I hesitate to believe it will stick, but I'll take it for now. My ultimate goal over another round is 150, so maybe I won't need to do another round, if I can slowly chip away another 9 lbs. But I think I will prob need to... but it will be a short round for sure. After weigh in, needless to say, I am a happy camper. Hope everyone else is happy too this morning.
That is such a great surprise weigh in! Happy belated birthday!

Yes it was quite a surprise! Means I am now 4.2 lb below last dose weight! Thanks for belated birthday wishes, It was a wonderful birthday. And Thanks for answering about your round, mrsstrong. So looks like you are planning a full 40 day round with a 8 day planned interruption in there, and transition days in there as well. I think you should be well below your goal weight by then! I just don't think I can do the 40 days of P2 again, when so near or at goal weight. Tho I know it would be better for stablization to do the longer round. We'll see, I'm thinking more like a 30 day round. I have one bottle of rx hcg for injections (26 day supply, unmixed) which I will use. Don't know if I should order more, in case it gets harder to purchase. I have the several bottles of rx drops and a bottle of pellets unused, but the ease of once a day injections keeps calling my name.

On another note, have never tried acupuncture, wonder if they do that for knee pain? If a possibility, I might be up to try it. I'm not queesy with needles.

Planning, yes, but if I get there before the end, I am not sure what I'll do. It all depends when I hit it so I think planning the full round makes it easier on me mentally.

Hi Dubbles - Happy belated birthday wishes to you!! I am doing good. Puppies are doing great, thank you for asking! The newest addition just turned 12 weeks Thursday. We are still working on potty training and biting...but other then that, she is a sweatheart! Can't wait for her to be fully vaccinated so I can take her for walks and tire her out a bit. Wedding pictures are finally in. I will see if I can post a couple on here.

Mrsstrong....you seem to be doing great! Glad your back pain is getting better! I am going to need to start my PI on the 25th as well, you are ahead of me by a week i believe so you will have at least 7 more doses in then I will.

AFM, I decided that I am going to finish the vial of hcg I have from diet doc and do my PI then. If I calculated correctly, I should get a total of 48 doses out of this vial and I have used, as of today, 35 doses. That should give me 13 more days of hcg left in the vial which would put me at exactly 21 doses (two while loading)So, I think I will skip my dose on the next 2 Sundays to just make certain I have enough to at least get me to as close as 21 injections as possible. I know you are supposed to go to 23 before doing a PI but I am going to get as close to that number as possible and then the 72 hours before doing the PI. So, I guess this may be just a super short round and then when I get back from TX, I will do the new vial I have. I won't be back until Aug.6th, so that gives me about 14-15 days of a break and then go right back in, probabaly with a load. My son is flying in on either the 25th or 26th to pack up a bunch of his things and then we will be leaving on Aug. 1st to drive to TX to move him in. He is already talking about going to his favorite restraunts while he is home and before he moves so I want to be on the PI when he is here. I really don't want to mix my new HCG because Leez mentioned it will probably only be good for 3 weeks, not like dietdoc, that has a stronger potency for a longer period of time. Anyhow, I really hope this all works out. I know skip days are allowed during a long round but I don't see the harm in doing it since the HCG should still be in my system on skip days and then I will take my normal dose the next day. I think I may give this a try... anyone here ever do skip days?

Well, I am down another pound today. I expect my losses to slow soon as today is VLCD6 for me, but I sure would love them to continue!! So far this round has been great as far as not being hungry at all and losing, I still have moments where I just want a piece of cheese or a nut or something but I am keeping my eye on the prize.

    VLCD6 Down 8.4#'s (161.6 today)

I have no idea if these images came through or not. So this is a test.

Looks like it worked. The first picture is me (on the left) the bride and my daughter. The other two are my son and his bride and the last is my puppy Indy bugging my older (2 year old) dog Einstein.

LOVELY LOSERS 2021 - You're HOTTER than JULY!!!

Karen! I sure dont see any tight dress! You look fabulous and the same age as the bride and daughter! Cute pup pix!!

Three birthday cakes, Dubs! My Kryptonite! Iím a frosting hound. Iím more of a savory girl overall, but LUUURVE* me some birthday cake. Give the piece with six roses!

Obviously, you do better at portion control than I would!

*thatís a shout-out to our dear late friend, Christy, as it was her spelling of love when it was something really good!

Dropping under LDW is addicting. I was so happy to be at 130 even, .4 under. Until I inched (ounced?) into the upper edge of 129. Then I was dissatisfied when I was back at 130. Happy to stay just under, until I woke up at 129.0 one bright morning. That was perfect! Until 128.8 showed up. You can just imagine the thrill of seeing 128.0!
But now it drives me crazy if Iím above 129!!!!!

uh, just saying be careful what you wish for.

Consciously, I know that is all a little cra-cra. But I also know that Iím a little obsessed. Working on it.

Iím not trying to lose more. But when opportunity knocks, itís hard not to take advantage.

Also, I cant see any difference in my clothes or my nekked body between 130.4 and 128.0. So not seeing any helpful fat loss. It is seemingly just a number game. And I do mean GAME!

I rode 4 miles on my e-bike yesterday w a friend. I didnít tell her it was electric but honestly, it was a flat trail and I didnít use the motor much. I thought it would be a big joke when I told her after, but not sure she was amused. She was complaining that I went to fast. Ok. I admit. I still think it is funny. But I took my nephew to new Marvel movie last might, he slept over, took him home and we did our usual bike rideó and Iím so tired Iím catatonic now. I need to mow but no promises!

Up .8 yesterday, .4 day beforeódown 1.2 today. I have not been this stable since my first round.

Possibly because Iím home and not working so can focus.

That moment when you had lunch and are so full in P2. LOL

Massage was great but she says I am a mess. I could tell I was. Ouch. Will go back a few times though I need to ask her not to use coconut oil. I will buy and bring my own, probably almond oil. I hope this does not set me back tomorrow weight wise. The nice thing about being close to goal and not being in a rush is that I am not too worried about. I could wash it off but everything takes a bit of effort with my back now so going to leave it.

Polly, I know exactly what you mean about being a little obssessed ab0ut those silly numbers on the scale--especially when they seem to be inching down when you aren't even trying! I feel sure mine will inch up again tomorrow. We'll see. Was the Marvel movie good? My husband loves all those movies, and my grandsons, of course they do too. I'm more the Boss Baby type, or Psycho Killer type! Ha. I looked at Costco at bicycles, is yours the one that has a screen sorta like a Pelleton? Could you give me brand name? Is it easy to use? I've thought about getting a new one, but I'm not going to rush out and get something I WON'T use. I NEVER use my ellipitical. And can't get anyone to take it! I'm with you on the stablization these past rounds--it's kind of a wonder to me, too. Maybe we are all just realizing how important this phase of the protocol is...for me it's too difficult to lose, and I don't want to keep doing this over and over again! Just not worth it. And believe me, I did not want all those birthday cakes, not my idea--I suggested tossing a couple when company left and dear hubbs was having none of it. Grrrr!

Phoebe, your pictures are GORGEOUS! And I agree, you look as young as bride and your daughter! What a beautiful bride and groom! Beautiful mom and beautiful daughter too! So glad you shared the pics and I agree with Polly, the dress doesnt look to be tight at all! I think you were pulling our leg all along! About the puppy, If Einstein is just 2, then Indy is perfect age for him--we got Ozzy for Sophie when she was 2 and they are best friends now. They play and cuddle a lot now. She puts up with a lot from him, puppies at first can be annoying, and he is a little Boston Terriorist, I mean Boston Terrier, and she is so patient with him--the 2 year age difference is perfect. He has learned so much from her. Thanks for sharing your pics, love them.

Good Sunday Morning. Getting on quickly before I go outside to do some yardwork--try to beat the heat and hopefully the sun coming out. Gets too hot then. This sun and heat is brutal on my pots and plants, I'm going to cut them back a lot this morning--and hope they survive my trip. My husband will be home, but he never waters the same way I do, so who knows if they will even be alive when I get home. Well. weigh in this morning went as expected, rebounded a bit as I expected. Bounced back up to 160 exactly, so up tick of .6 Must say I expected that. The 159.4 was totally UNEXPECTED. Still means 3.6 below last dose weight, so I'm good to go. Leaving for Virginia on Wednesday early, so will make sure and eat clean for next few days as will prob not eat completely clean while there--you know how it is with kids, some fast food eating, or pizza foods, but unfortuntately this will prob be my last visit with them for a while as they will be going on their annual family beach vacation in August before football practices/school starts in August and September. Anyway, need to get some things done around here before leaving on Wednesday, but I will check in later today, hope everyone has a great Sunday.
