P3D7 here and maintaining exactly on LIW. I made a huge error on my first day of P3 and ate something that I thought was just avocado but it turns out it was more cheese than anything else. I gained 3lb overnight. Did a steak day for P3D2 and thankfully lost 2.6lb and I've been back on track since. Triple checking everything.

    R2P2: 30/21/22 - 04/21/22. 15.0lb loss. LIW: 152.1.
    R1P2: 09/14/21 - 10/28/21. 21.1lb loss. LIW: 164.5.

    HI Lovelies,

How is everyone? I started traveling for work which made continuing my round very challenging. So now I am back for the final 5 pounds after too long of a break. We will see how this goes. I am so thrilled to be home, at least for a week. Then I may just have to transition to P3...I will have to do a final round for the final weight loss, but I have created some new habits which sound odd but really help me. One thing is a lot of herb tea during the day and very low cal Grammy's Smoothie with added steamed greens. I steam them because raw spinach and Kale are not fine for my thyroid issues. My skin has been great and it has helped my maintaining. Also veggies for breakfast. It does get me odd looks at restaurants giggle.

Hope everyone is doing great and I will look forward to reading back and forward.

    Fondly,
    RK

    HI,

Mitch I hope it is ok with you to post a suggestion directed towards your wife. Someone a long time ago here suggested this to me and wow it really made a difference for me. I found if I just take a 45 minute nap during the day when I am on hHcg I can go on longer walks and my losses are better. Also, I notice I need to take a potassium supplement (1/2 of a 99 mg potassium pill) in addition to my multivitamin and other supplements. Those 2 things really helped me exercise, increased my energy, and seemed to decrease my stalls....

    Wishing you all the best,
    RK

rkthin, I use LiteSalt, which is a 50/50 mix of sodium chloride and potassium chloride. I don't notice a taste difference, and it helps assure I get enough potassium. I drink a hot cup of bouillon with a little lite salt added, when I feel my electrolytes are low.
