    Adjusting Intermountain pellets?

I used pellets once and they were way too strong for me. Two pellets twice a day was maximum I could take for hunger. I went back to inj rx hcg and easier for me to control

Wow roselanoue - Homeopathic (hhcg) pellets were too strong? Or the rx HCG pellets? I agree rx injections are the easiest to control, but if you have an extreme sensitivity to rx hcg like I do or don’t have access to rx hcg anymore since (I think) it’s no longer allowed to be prescribed for weight loss use, or don’t know where to get it if a doc will or can no longer prescribe, the hhcg pellets are a good alternative. And much cheaper than injections, especially when compared to what the diet clinics charge.

Yes I got mine from Intermountain. I think their pellets have caffeine in them and I am sensitive to stimulants. They were great to curb hunger but I was jittery until I cut way back .

MrsWoody, I too found rx hcg difficult to find, sometimes not available to ship to my state. Now that I'm retired, the cost is also too high - it's basically double what it was when I last used injections several years ago. Plus my dosage was so low - 85 units - that I worried about immunity. Last fall, I got two 30 day bottles of 1 x per day pellets from InsideOutWellness.net and had great results. Theirs has been vitamins but no stimulants. Now I'm back for another round.

Oh wow. So interesting. And you know, as much of a label reader as I am/have to be with celiac, all I did was confirm the Intermountain pellets had real HCG in them. I didn’t bother to look at the rest because that was the most important thing so I had no idea caffeine is an ingredient. That’s good to know for people who are sensitive to caffeine (seems to be the one thing that doesn’t affect me) and a good reminder to myself to always read all labels.

gz - so interesting to find someone else who had such a low rx dose like me. Seems like the standard 125 or 150 is fine for most people for eternity. That is such a blessing. I envy them, and have no problem admitting it! Lol.

Their label almost impossible to read but something in there acts like a stimulant in my body. Not sure if it is guarana or something else but for me less works great but because one ingredient is for thyroid snd I take levothytoxin I didn’t need extra

    Adjusting Intermountain pellets?
    https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink/top...ink_source=app
Well guys....I'm ashamed to say that I can't do it anymore. Today I was so hungry, I almost passed out in the grocery store (of all places!). Yesterday I was ravenous, too. I'm not sure what's up with the pellets, they seemed to poop out and now they do nothing for my hunger. It's a major disappointment, but I have to listen to what my body is telling me, I guess. This stinks.

BlueAura, if you haven't tried a skip day, you are giving up too soon.

A skip day will show you how to adjust your dose. if you can get it right, you won't be battling hunger anymore. The link in the post you quoted has instructions.

Thanks, Leez. I was really scared today! I have never felt like that before, aside from surgery anesthesia a few times. I think I'll contact Intermountain also and ask them. It has definitely made me more cautious!

For me the pellets only worked with a very low dose. Something in them had my heart racing. They worked but I prefer the inj with minimum side effects

Rose, it's great you can find - and afford - rx injectable, and wonderful that it works for you. I'm happy with my 1 x per day tablets at under $60 per round.
