I transitioned to keto after my first hcg round. I prefer the keto way of eating, and now don't miss the stuff I was addicted to. I tell people keto is a way of eating all the good stuff, not deprivation.
You will probably find a point where you stop losing with keto. In the early days, you shed a lot of water that carbs cause you to retain.
If you feel fatigued with exercise, don't worry. Over time, your body will figure out how to replenish muscle glycogen from protein rather than glucose; that process takes 4 to 6 months.
