Sounds like you are doing great Mitchapalooza--thanks for the update! If you can lose without the HCG, that is awesome. Most of us that post regularly here cannot, so its really our only hope and our miracle.

You are so right that P2 resets our palate to enjoy fresh, plain healthy foods. Breaking the sugar addiction is key. Eliminating the processed foods frees us from the chemicals that keep us in cravings land. It is worth protecting that freedom by wise eating afterward.

    Congrats, Mitch -

I transitioned to keto after my first hcg round. I prefer the keto way of eating, and now don't miss the stuff I was addicted to. I tell people keto is a way of eating all the good stuff, not deprivation.

You will probably find a point where you stop losing with keto. In the early days, you shed a lot of water that carbs cause you to retain.

If you feel fatigued with exercise, don't worry. Over time, your body will figure out how to replenish muscle glycogen from protein rather than glucose; that process takes 4 to 6 months.

Thank you Leez. I am very thankful that I have continued to lose. My success is fully from HCG though, it really forces immediate discipline and I think because I paid so much for it kept me focused to not lose on my investment.

I may try the pellets next time for P2 R2.

Thanks for the insights. I have done keto before with some success, but never following a HCG Diet. I find it MUCH more enjoyable and more successful this go around after following HCG P2. In my previous keto stint I did notice the fatigue you mentions with exercise, but this time I do not have that. I am not sure if it because of the HCG P2 round before Keto or what, but I have loads of energy and no fatigue at all with anything I am attempting right now.

staying under LIW is amazing. You sure are impressive at 79! Being in P3 after P2 is glorious. Cant wait to get there again. I skipped my first 2 doses today and will see how I feel around 4:00 to see what to do moving forward.

I always think inter mountain doses are too high and sweet spot for me is always much lower. I do prefer injections. Similar price and once a day is easier

Hi Rose, I'm amazed you can get rx injections for a similar price. Here in Michigan, rx is much more expensive than hhcg: $500 vs $60, last time I checked.
