Hello Everyone,
I've been away since mid-July and started P4 of my latest round just a my vacation began. I did very well and slowly incorporated sugar in the form of frozen yogurt and custard, as well as blackberry cobbler and remained steady (only .6 above LIW). However on my last day yesterday, I went carb wild (rice, candy, fried seafood, French fries)so I refused to weigh today and tomorrow. My face looks thinner than when I left for vacation, and my size 4 jeans are fitting loosely, but as Dr. Simeons noted, you can still gain many pounds over LIW while still appearing as thin as that day.
We will see once I weight in on Wednesday. Crossing my fingers and toes.....![]()
