    The longer i avoid stepping on the scale the longer i fail to nip a cpl lbs in the bud.
    Today scale 140.6 so doing well Day 10 P3

    Well I'm happy to say I'm only 3 lbs. above when I last weighed two weeks ago, and considering all the bad food I ate, and the drinks I had. I actually look sexier in the hip area at this weight, so I'm a happy camper!! Especially since I expected it to be so much worse.

    Starting Weight: 220 lbs.
    Lost 70+ lbs. in 4 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest weight to Size 4/6 NOW !!!

    P2d13 - down 5 lbs, stalled a bit. I got involved in a project and haven't been walking every day like I should. I do seem to be reshaping, though, so there's that.

    Good morning! Mind if I jump in here?
    Back for another round. I gained back all I lost on hcg in 2009 over the last 2 1/2 years.
    Time to get back on track and this forum has always been very helpful during past clean-up rounds.

    Please step right in. You did great if you kept your weight down for 10 years. What was your secret for all that time, how many pounds were you down, and what happened over the past couple of years?

    In 2009 I lost just under 40# and kept it solid for 4 years then menopause hit... Since then I've wobbled up 10# and back down with a quick cleanup round 3 or 4 times. Then the pandemic hit and as a supervisor for a company where we had to work at the office in person, my hours spiked to 50+ hours and a six day work week because we split our staff in half and had them come in every other day to diminish the risk of the whole office from getting sick.
    I reverted back to my stress eating coping mechanism and here I am again...
