Lovely Losers 2022 - Never giving up in November!

    Posting for Coco:

"This joyful and jubilant group of HCGers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

Please note as you read through the posts:

We are all in different phases of HCG.
We all use different methods of HCG.
We discuss ALL aspects of our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle.
And MOST importantly, while we can be a little naughty and nutty (always with humor!! ) we are NICE to each other!!

So, whether you are just starting, finishing or are somewhere in between . . .

You ARE Welcome - PLEASE STEP RIGHT IN!! "

Thanks for starting the November group, Leez!

I am soooo thankful for hcg and glad to be back doing another round. I have an 11 year history of the hcg protocol with much success and it really is the only method of "dieting" that has truly worked for me to get my head in the right space, back to good eating habits, and reset my metabolism.

The last couple of years has been tough for me and I packed on about 70 lbs. My father passed last fall from covid and I took it HARD. I gave myself no limits to food or alcohol for a while, reigned back a bit, then dove in again, reigned back, dove in....vicious cycle with no end in sight. A couple months ago I was content with just being obese, a hermit (work from home), and carrying on with terrible habits. A couple months ago I went to my doc and started on an anti-depressant which I think has been helping me but who would know when I'm also drinking 4-6 beers a night. Since I've eliminated alcohol and been on VLCD this week, my meds are actually working. Figure that!

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I deserve to be happy, to live a healthy life and be around for my family and my children for as long as possible. I am grateful for this forum as it's always been a safe place to seek support through this journey. Wishing everyone much success on their own hcg journey!

It's VLCD 4 and I'm down 6 lbs. Onward and Downward (as Pearlie always says)!

Mindset is everything. You are doing great at staying positive.

    This is great self-talk.
I deserve to be happy, to live a healthy life and be around for my family and my children for as long as possible.
I find it's the negative self-talk that gets me deeper in trouble.

The goal can often seem overwhelming, but the beauty of HCG is you can tackle it in manageable chunks. You are on your way.

Hi Ladies! Glad to join in! I'm thankful for HCG and hoping this next week picks up losses for me. I'm going to up my game with watching and weighing and really focusing on protocol vegetables. I had used some shiratke noodles but may stop those. I am so thankful for the almost not hungry feeling it's so nice. I'm a busy mama to five so it's nice to have the extra time to take care of the kids

So excited I hit the 120's today!! 129.2 Yay!!

It is knda weird I'll go up 3 lbs inflammation weights some days but by the next day be down 3-4 lbs. So I am starting to not get alarmed if inflammation weight comes on because of life.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've checked in. Today is VLCD 16 and I'm down 12.8 lbs! TOM is here and I still had a 1.2 whoosh this morning. I'm very pleased! I've stayed pretty much on protocol and plan to keep going up until next Monday when I'm taking a PI to go to Florida for 5 days. Will continue when I get back. I'd like to not be on hcg during Christmas so I'm going to try to squeeze in another 10 days after Florida trip then go into P3. I thought about cycling but that's never worked for me stabilization wise.

Happy losing and stabilizing this week y'all!

    Hi, all!

    Nice losses, Natalie!

'Tis the season for very few dieters, I suppose. I'm going to start loading on Christmas eve.

Apparently the laws of chemistry cease to exist in my refrigerator... I have HCG drops that I mixed in 2020 which just tested positive. (I still ordered more, in case they don't last the full round.) I also found a bottle with several of those evil, super high-dose NuImage troches from Jan 2018. I will try to dissolve them and see if they might be usable diluted, before breaking into the new stuff.

    As Pearly would say... ONWARD!
    ~Karen~
