Well looks like I’ve been getting out of the stall that was happening. It’s been so long since I’ve done HCG I forgot about those. I promised my best friend I’d go out to dinner with her and go to a paint and sip class today for her 30th and there’s no way I’d miss it so I guess today’s a cheat day. No where near as bad as my last one though. That one was because I was eating my feelings lol. I’ll try my best to stay on protocol but of course restaurants slather things in fat so I’m not taking my injection today to hopefully prevent as big of a gain. Natalie I feel you on that. I’m really social and have had to learn how to work out things right or avoid going out. This is not an easy diet when it comes to being social.

Vlcd 7 lost 1 lb. 149.4. Down 6.6 from load weight after 6 low cal days. Finally got detoxed and cravings gone. Yay!!

Awesome, Rose. I’m 17 days in and can hardly believe how much better
I feel and how much I am enjoying veggies and small fruits (berries and little apples in tiny servings.) I’m off the CHIPS, my biggest gateway food.
I’m down 8.2 , including my 1 pound loading gain. I figured I’d gain more, so was looking to lose 10 but I am absolutely fine now. I just need to lock it in. I’m just under average at .48 lbs a day. Dang that Margarita in week one!
Turns out I’m not only bad at labeling but can’t count. I put “21” on the freezer container I used to store my frozen hcg syringes. I thought that meant enough for a 21 day round, including 2 more to load. Woops. Now I realize, duh, there wasn’t even 21 doses! I have one more for tomorrow and that’s D18, so there were only (ought times ought minus two plus zero…) 20.
I probably should have skipped today but didn’t think of it in time. So, I’ll skip tomorrow, take my last dose on Tuesday, and transition Wed and Thurs— I’ll need extra protein for sure by then! That just puts me 2 days short.
Ill be VERY conservative in P3. P2 veggies plus much more protein and fat and very tight on sugar.
If I cant hold my losses, I have a new vial coming so I can consider this a badly timed PI when it arrives.
Whooooooo hooooooooo! Im 2 pounds under my last LIW. Whew!
ALL my white pants fit now in time to wear them!

Pearly. You are doing great. Hoping P3 will lock in your loss. It should. I have plenty of backup hcg since my supplies expire 2023 and 2024. Only thing I need to order is bAC water. Hoping after this round I can keep under 140 for at least a year. In 2017-2018 stayed under 140 about 18 months. Chips are also my downfall. Taco chips et Al.

Welcome back, Rose! Always glad when our rounds coincide. Pearly, fitting into my white pants is a major goal for me this round! IMJ, thanks for reminding me about those stalls. I'm with you. . . .
This is day 23 for me, was going to end today originally, but now I'm feeling good about carrying on until I get closer to goal. I was stalled all of last week--up and down the same three pounds. Week three probs plus pms bloat plus not perfectly POP plus overdoing exercise and that's what I got. Feeling good about finishing as strong as I can now, though.
I'm at 149.6 this morning and would really like to get to 140 this round--and hold there through the end of the year. It's crucial I stop the yo-yoing for a while and figure out how to maintain a reasonable lower weight longer term. This is a process, I'm learning, and I'm also learning to not beat myself up for not staying at my all-time lowest weight after two rounds as I'd hoped. It's all learning, right?
Fish and veggies on the menu this week. I haven't really had cravings much or major issues. I've just never been able to have as perfect a round as my first one. Oh well. I figure I'm still eating far better and doing far better for my body eating an extra portion of SP food here and there than what I was doing last summer (and every summer before).
BF and I just booked an all-inclusive in Mexico for my birthday the end of November. Really looking forward to that--and my summer vacay mid-August. There's something about having two vacays on the calendar that help me reframe them as simply part of life--and life is for being healthy and maintaining my weight. It's a very different mindset than my old "It's a free-for-all because it's vacation and I'm going to eat and drink my face off!!"

I have got many more days to go but feels great to be eating clean. You and i seem to have the same goal weight and are close to same current weight. I need 10 more lbs and i am slow loser so thinking about 3 weeks to go . My average is 3-4 lbs per week. Sometimes a cpl more lbs off during P3 Hoping i dont have to mix another batch of hcg cuz i hate tossing it out and have not figured out how to freeze. I buy it cheap but for me mixing with that big needle makes plunger hard to pull

I am soooooo glad I “gave up” and did a round while still under 10 pounds over. I just hope it sticks a while!
Last Dose Day! Up a bit yesterday and munchie allllll day - a skip day. So really glad to be back down, if not all the way, most if it.
Now to give it 3 more days of P2 eating and then stArt p3.

Pearly. I think u r wise to nip it early in 10 lb range. This year I didn’t so needed two rounds. I am kind of resigned to one round yearly or 15 months but when I wait too long I have to do two. Hovering now between 149.8 and 150 past two days. Always happens second week no matter what I do. I have a backup supply on hand so prepared for next two years if I’m still around. Next year I hit 80. Yikes. Do not feel it hoping for a drop tomorrow. This is why I sometimes don’t weigh. If I do stay pop I know it works

I feel so much better when I eat clean. I've got hormones out of whack so hopefully these loses will start showing on how I feel in the next couple of weeks. Which are super important!
