Hi all. So I’m here doing an experiment of sorts - trying the Intermountain pellets for the first time after my last round of IM injections. I seem to be an outlier and VERY sensitive to rx HCG despite following all timelines, guidelines etc. to the letter. Subq injections I was down to the lowest effective dose of 80iu, so I switched to IM and after doing that twice, I had to lower my dose to about 105iu to get to the sweet spot. Something that I leaned almost no one ever has to do. Ever. So this round I’m switching it up based on some advice/guidance and reading here and giving the hhcg pellets a shot. Given my sensitivity to rx hcg I’m starting at 2 pellets 3x/day which seemed to work for another forum user that also said she had a dose lower than most on injections. We shall see what happens as today is Load Day 1, so come Tuesday/Wednesday I guess I will have an idea whether my dose is ok or not. This is new territory and not being able to skip a shot and just slide down a couple notches on the syringe to adjust the dose and fix hunger is a little scary - so I may be asking lots of questions and looking for help soon. Crossing fingers and saying prayers this works for me!
That sounds yummy!
Good luck with the hhcg pellets. I had a very low dose with injections (85), so switched to hhcg drops and then pellets. I lost just as much with the hhcg. My last round was with 1 x per day pellets, which I took about 9 pm. With the hhcg working so well for me, I don't think I will ever go back to injectable. Plus, it's under $60 for 30 days, versus the price of prescription hcg.
Thanks gz9gjg. Nice to hear from someone else that had a low dose and switched and was successful on hhcg. Interesting! I have never heard of a 1x/day pellet. Are you allowed to say where those are from? I liked injections for the ease of one and done and also it was easy to adjust the dose when needed. Do they provide guidance on how to adjust if you have hunger? That is my biggest fear - not being able to get the dose right.
My wife and I have been doing the HHCG pellets from Intermountain our last couple rounds and really like them. we both take 3 each, 3 times per day without any issues or hunger.
Thanks Misscast- I'm also using Intermountain pellets and I did see that. Will try it out!

Morning everyone!
Looks like everyones on a roll! Day 16 & 11 #'s gone. Slowly chipping away. Whew!
Happy Tuesday all. Today is day 5 of P3. I’m currently 1.2 over LIW. I’ve done well with keeping sugars and starches away. I haven’t had a BM since increasing calories and I’m near ovulation. I’m not going to stress yet. If I gain another pound AND have an elimination by tomorrow, I’ll be heading into a steak day. I just hope we don’t have to go there.

Savannah, consider upping your magnesium and vitamin C to get your elimination going. (increase by a full dose of each every day until you get relief and then stay there for a while.)
Its really important that you get your guts moving. Do not take or increase fiber supplements until after the problem has resolved, as it can make it worse.
If you need a steak day because you went over your 2 pound limit, just do it. It will all work out.
