Post Lovely Losers 2022 - JOYFUL and JUBILANT in January!!

    Happy 2022 Everyone!!!

This joyful and jubilant group of HCG’ers have been starting new threads every month for many years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

NOTE: As it continues to become more difficult to obtain hcg in any form , this could be the final year for our group and even this forum. If so, it would be sad to lose a wealth of over 10 years worth of historical information from our most valuable moderators and members over these years.

Please remember as you read through the posts:

We are all in different phases of HCG.
We all use different methods of HCG.
What is right for YOU, is right for YOU and we respect that. We don’t judge.
We discuss ALL aspects of our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle.
And MOST importantly, while we can be a little naughty and nutty (always with humor!! ) we are NICE to each other!!

So grab a cup of Hot Cocoa, Coffee, Tea, or even Champagne and STEP RIGHT IN TO THE PARTY!!!

Lucy, welcome and congrats on an amazing 1st week of HCG! Wow!

NewOutlook, it sounds as though you just completed an amazing round too!

AFM, Im up 2.6 lbs from the holiday on my PI, so today will be a steak day for me before resuming injections and VLCD tomorrow. I've been up a few days and my schedule didn't allow for my steak day sooner. I'm not wanting to give up fat just yet, but tomorrow is day 13 since I've injected and I don't want to load again, so here I go. I'm currently down 15.2 for the round (24 injection days) and have 13 injection left before I run out of HCG. I hope to lose 8 lbs before I end the round. Fingers crossed that I drop a couple lbs on my steak day today to jump back in where I left off. My husband just brewed the second pot of coffee and I'm enjoying my cream in it the last day I can for the next couple days.

Happy New Years to everyone still here and those just reading.

    Good morning lovelies,

My steak day yeilded a 1.6 on loss yesterday. I'm back to injecting today 1 lb over my LIW 12/21. I'm refreshed and ready to proceed and get to goal.

    I hope everyone is well.

    Happy New Year, everyone!
I hope 2022 is kind to us and it becomes easier to obtain hcg again.

Good morning, Kar - have you heard if hhcg is restricted? I have switched to tablets because they are so much more economical and convenient.

    Happy New Year everyone!

I'm getting ready... to start planning... to prepare to... put in motion.... hahah, yep that's my mindset right now.

Actually I'm eating my pantry bare of non P2 items, crackers, soup, etc to get ready for my next round. Also planning a pizza meal for P1, which I promised myself months ago.

I've mentioned before that I don't like doing rounds in the winter because P2 makes me cold but on the upside, it meshes well with Dry-uary.

    Savannah - great job!

Hi Kar and gz9 - Happy new year and what's that? hHCG is now being regulated? ruh roh. I do pellets.

Thank you MissCast! It’s not a bad idea to load while clearing out the pantry ;•)

So I’m down 1.8 today after my first day back from PI. I broke the 150’s today. Woohoo!

Lovely Losers 2022 - JOYFUL and JUBILANT in January!!

Hi everyone! I’m back for another round. It’s been a helluva year. Looking forward to dropping some lbs and getting back on track with my diet and exercise. I lost my dad in September due to complications from covid and my eating and alcohol intake got crazy. Decided to get sober through AA with a sponsor’s help working the steps and am sober 79 days. Figured it was time to get structured with my eating and hcg has always worked for me before.

    Before load: 232.8
    After load: 238.4 (+5.6)

    VLCD 2: 234 (-4.4) still up +1.2 from loading

    Hi everyone,
I'm hopping back on the hcg train after taking a few years off. It helped so much in the past to have this board for accountability, so I'm hoping this time will be just as fantastic!

My weight is way up there, so I'm anticipating a few rounds to get back to my goal weight.

I haven't tried to obtain any form of hcg in a while, so I can't speak from personal experience, but this part of Coco's post made me sad, prompting my hope for ample availability in 2022:
