Natalie, in P2, I often resort to the half cup cottage cheese for dinner if I’ve gone rogue on lunch. I don’t like skipping a protein at all since our allowances are so small. Some don’t do well with cottage cheese, and I don’t have it often but it seems to do the trick for me.
AFM, I’m on day 7 P3, back down to LIW, I did NOT require a correction day!!! I did have a ribeye last night, but also had a steak taco salad for lunch (minus the beans and tortilla) with all the fixings from a taqueria.

Hello. I'm back to re-lose my yearly 20, 25 lb gain. Every. Year. Lol. I lost 80 with hcg in 2015. So I ordered shots but I have to mix. Where can I find mixing instructions? I have 30 ml bac water and 5000iu hcg. I do 125 ml on syringe. It's scary mixing my own, I always had compounding pharmacy do it.
P.s. I'm starting about Feb 9th, 6th or around there, so a couple weeks to get my order and food and prepare. I'll shoot for 30-34 days. I'm wondering if it's possible that mixing vial will be fresh/stable as I've never mixed every 15 days. Has anyone mixed 1x month or 2x in a month with same results? I don't have extra containers to mix 2x in a month. I usually lose 17 lbs. I started with 30 1st round. 20 next round. Then any make up rounds are consistently 17 lbs. Wish I could get more off but I'll take it.

Anyone on P2 drinking LMNT electrolytes? The flavor I want to order has:Salt, Coco Powder, Magnesium Malate, Potassium Chloride, Natural Chocolate Flavor, and stevia.
It is a 0.21 oz pack that you add to water. I'm doing well, but need to eliminate my coke zero a day!

If you have the option to mix twice during your round, its a good idea to do so. Depending on the freshness of your HCG, it could go through a whole round just fine, or it might start degrading after as little as 2 weeks. You generally don't want to go longer than 30 days after mixing.
You have time to order an extra sterile mixing vial. They are not terribly expensive. You maybe be able to get one from a local pharmacy.
However, some of the US compounded products require a more than 100% strength to begin with, so those can last a lot longer.
Some written mixing instructions here: Subcutaneous Injection Mixing Instructions I found I had to watch a couple videos to get it in my head. Especially the sequence to make sure the pressure is equalized in each vial as you go along through the steps.

If you are looking to break a sweet drink habit, perhaps don't replace it with another sweet drink. You could get the same electrolytes by drinking a cup of bouillon.
VLCD 20: -0.8 lb
Total net loss: 15.2 lbs
Stalled out for a couple days when nearly a lb loss today. I forget how important it is to keep my head in the game when losses become smaller or a stall. I’m determined to stay on protocol to get the maximum benefit of this round.
I’m doing Intermountain hhcg drops and dosage seems to be just right so I’m gonna ride this out for another two weeks or possibly more. I’ve done longer rounds before with success. I get tripped up on P3 by introducing too many foods too quickly or riding the sugar/carb train. This time I am approaching more methodically and carefully so I can test certain foods for allergies and truly reset my metabolism.

I generally ramp up my calories gradually in P3, I think it helps me stabilize.
Had a cheat moment last night with popcorn, chocolate, string cheese. Ugh! All I can do is get back on the VLCD wagon. I’m assessing if my dose may be off or I was just not mentally in the game. Back on protocol today. Didn’t weigh in this morning and I feel bloated. Drinking lots of water. I’ll continue to gauge how i feel and may skip tomorrow morning/afternoon dosage to see if I need to adjust up or down.
Day21 P2 and down 15.2 lbs. Hope this cheat didn’t hurt me too bad but willing to take the consequences and learn from it, move on.

You’ve got this Natalie! You’re doing amazing things for your health and I have faith in you. I agree that P3 is a challenge. The first week, my weight seems to have the largest swings and for unknown reasons. Last week I’d had a 3 lb overnight gain despite eating true to p3. I’d just had a salty dinner late so the next day I increased water and continued my p3 eating and it all fell off the following day.
I’m not to P3D10 and right at LIW for the second day in a row. I feel like my body is beginning to settle into my new weight. I’m a huge football fan so this time of year is a challenge to me. So far, I haven’t slipped. I’m going to start having more dairy this week and get more into a keto lifestyle by next week. I think we all hope that we don’t have to go back on another round after reaching goal, but that is my hope. (Fingers crossed)

Morning all!
Man this round is dragging. Seem to be in a major slump. One week to go and 14 pounds gone. Will not make my target but looking forward to ending this thing. No cheats but tired of the same old stuff. Even spices aren't exciting to me. Oh well it is what it is. Have to keep on trucking so close to the end. At least my clothes fit so there' that. Sorry being a downer, just ready for closure.
