Valid point. I ended up just adding non-flavored electrolytes to my hot water. I do feel better when I up my electrolytes.
So happy to have reached my 40th injection day!!!! I am so ready for the next phase even though P3 was always intimidating in the past as I didn't understand enough to know what I was trying to accomplish and HOW. I think I am more prepared and excited this time. My 72hours will start from 8:15am injection today, Monday, so Thursday 8:15am I can officially begin P3!!!
To recap. 3rd Injection weight was 245.8
40th injection weight 209.2
So 36.6 lbs lower!
This past week was a 2.2lb loss for the week and I'm thinking staying around the same weight may help me to stabilize better? I will find out. I have really been working on eating to hunger and only eating when truly hungry. I did have to adjust my dose about 3 times because I could tell it wasn't quite right, after I felt what a great dose felt like. First time, my mix started getting weaker, so I filled syringes and froze and had to figure out I needed 10 extra iu and was great. Then, I had to adjust to a new brand which wasn't the same potency and finally got that dialed in. As I lost weight, I had to tweak just a bit for the 3 rd time. I did need to add adrenal support at the end of the round as my body was stressed even though i didn't have any hunger. Really helped.
I also learned that I am very sensitive to Zevia drinks as far as leptin response. I only drank water until the last week and I bought some to try. They definitely increased hunger. Sweetleaf Stevia drops do not seem to do this so a good thing to be aware of. I saw in Weight Loss Apocalypse that this is common especially when you have more FAT and will get better the closer to goal I get. She recommends if one is to have it to wait until actually hungry so the hormonal balance is respected.
Appreciate the support i found here and the encouragement to consider finishing the 40injections since I did have over 100lbs to lose.

Kay D, when on the VLCD, you are in semi-fasting, autophagy mode, consuming your own fat stores. The natriuresis of fasting can kick in, with your kidneys excreting more salt. This can cause dizziness, fuzzy thinking, constipation and headaches. So it's wise to keep up your electrolytes. Note, this is also called the "keto flu", because the same thing happens during adaptation to the keto diet.
Guess I did that incorrectly...In response to lmnt. Not the chocolate one. Yes,I drink it when I feel I need it. Really supports. Anyone else notice lower body temperature?

Still waiting (a week) for pharmacy to send out (pending in pharmacy), my hcg order is. Also they are no longer selling it after Jan so I got the last set of batches lol. So they ship slow. Was hoping to start like February 6th or around there, but may have to wait.
I also just set up 4 massages at the end of Feb and March and was so excited to finally get some booked (they are always full) and then DOHHHHH I forgot about massage oil wth.....I DO NOT WANT to cancel. I love this diet, but I hate all the dweebie things that come with it. No lunches out with friends for 2 months, no working out, buy Ivory soap instead of handsoap, oh ya, don't oil face, don't go to massages.
Anyone get oil massages on the back just fine with no weight gain???
Started JULY 2015
Ended 4 rounds November 2016
-80 pounds!
I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!
I have been also trying intermittent fasting for when I can, I do like 4 days then I give up and have to eat at night (night owl here, work at night, go to bed so late, sleep in). But Ive lost maybe 8 lbs or so, and so I was shocked it works. I still want to do HCG b/c I want 17 lbs is my usual for a month. and then I'll do the intermittent fasting to help me in p4. If i could not gain 25 every single year and have to HCG every single year, that would be great. Im very active, 60 minute dog walks/sometimes hills, and lots of hiking. Sometimes biking.

Total net loss: 17.8 lbs
I recovered from my cheat last weekend and continued losses this week. I’m doing hhcg so I’m going to go 40 days this round. I have enough willpower and feel good enough to keep going. Weekends are tough though so gotta distract myself better to avoid temptation!
I’m at 215 now and it would be an absolutely dream to get in low 200s at the end of this round. I will do my best but stop when my body says stop.

I'm always thinking to start a diet and losing some weight but every time I stuck on my work any advice to optimize my time here is a links I'm working on it "3D Animation Services"
Cupcakesoaps - Use plain mineral oil for the massages, it won't be absorbed. You can get a gelled form for after-shower moisturizing too.
Hi all.
Robin - not sure if my temp is lower but I sure feel colder when doing hcg. That's why I'm loathe to do a round in the winter but wanted to get going.
Cupcakesoaps - Dweebie things! lol that's perfect. I never went that far, tbh, as in not using any oils on my body, etc.
I'm 3 weeks in and tried something different - decided to get back into working out. The inflammation and added muscle bounced me nearly back up to where I started this round but I figured that would happen. Was plateaued for days at the higher weight but now my body seems to be adjusting and saw a drop today on the scale.
What kept me going was the fact that my body shape was improving even though I wasn't losing, and actually gained some back. To compensate for the pretty heavy workouts (water jogging for an hour then 40 mins lap swimming e.g.) I'm eating more protein and using a little olive oil on my salads so getting more than 500 calories. But except for the evoo, all foods POP. I don't eat fruit or grissinni in P2.
