    Ah sorry...somehow I misread that you were hungry on your skip day. I have no explanation for being hungry the next day when you dosed again. Its too early in your round to suspect the HCG might be fading.

    Pay attention to hunger levels over the next couple of days, if you continue to experience strong hunger, you can do another skip day after 4 days at the same dose to determine which way to adjust.

    Thank you. It has been MANY years since I did this. HCG should be arriving tomorrow. I have gluten free pizza ready to go for my loading! (I have celiac disease). My biggest problem will be eating low fat meat but I have purchased it and I'm ready to go!

    I wouldn't use MCT oil. It's a lot of calories and isn't likely to help your losses. I know the original "Keto 2.0" said you could use it and not count the calories, but that has been revised. Adding oils / fats is off protocol and will likely slow your losses.

    In 2.0 you do count the calories of the oil. Or at least I am pretty sure that is the case.

    yeaaaahh so i am paying for the MCT oil today...

    VLCD weight in day 8: 173.9, up 0.4 vs. yesterday

    Hoping I feel less hungry today. Getting back on it...

    Btw I was told by the clinic i worked with previously that i could have up to 4 tbs of MCT oil daily in addition to the regular diet. For the first two weeks of my first round, I did lose weight...

    Hey everyone!

    Started on Jan1 and down 8.8 pounds. Still got it! There's always a nagging thought this will be the time it doesn't work but nope, feel good not hungry at all. I think I did load most of December tho went completely off the rails on the crazy train. Had a death in the family and has been unbearably hard. Its amazing how that level of sadness can speak to you with a don't give a crap attitude. But... must not live in that mindset must keeping going. I will try my utmost best to be present every day but sometimes get too busy at work/life..
    Anyhow-warm thoughts to everyone and no matter what Don't give up!!

    Great seeing some familiar faces on the New Year's Losing Train!

    I'm P2D1 today and hungry. Thinking my P1 wasn't adequate. I got a bad cold and wasn't that into eating anyway. Plus I always forget when i start another round that loading while on hHCG isn't the wonderful ride you think it's going to be. Anyway, i didn't gain much loading, like .5 lb. I ate avocados, sesame noodles, pizza and a lot of ice cream.

    Lovely Losers 2022 - JOYFUL and JUBILANT in January!!

    Hey everyone! Quick check in. Didnít really have an appetite today but ate lunch and dinner and one apple. Didnít get enough water but will do better tomorrow.

    VLCD 8: same weight as yesterday, probably body catching up with a couple of big losses.

    Total net weight lost: 8 lbs


    Canít wait for weigh in tomorrow!

    Yes, you do count the calories for MCT oil. In the original 2.0 protocol, you didn't; but that's now changed.

    MorningÖanother mediocre weigh in today.

    A bit disappointed since itís just week 2. I waited a solid 2+ months since round 1 to do this round. Am I doing something wrong? Isnít it a bit early to face a (mini) plateau?

    Plateaus happen anytime; just ride it out. I generally switch to weekly weighing for the second week.

    If the plateau persists for several more days, try a hot bath, which tends to encourage a whoosh.
