Didn’t think I’d get a whoosh during TOM but I’ll take it! Remembering to drink plenty of water and stick to
protocol. I’m determined to make it to at least 30 days on hhcg. I’ve done longer rounds beyond 30 days with a lot of success. I get tripped up in P3 and introduce foods back too quickly then go way off track. At least now that I’m sober I don’t have the sugars and carbs and other negative effects of alcohol. It’s the sugar and carbs that are tough to curb!
