gz9gjg - when you did pellets before do you remember what your dose was? Before you found the 1x/day type, that is. Today is day 1 VLCD, which I know is early and some level of being ďoffĒ is expected, but Iím having that shaky feeling which in the past has been an early indicator of dose being too high. I ate lunch and it didnít satisfy me like when my dose is correct, so Iím feeling an adjustment is imminent. Given your dose for rx was low and close to mine, Iím wondering if I can try to adjust to what worked for you when you took the pellets in the past and maybe that will work for me. Currently Iím doing 2 pellets 3x/day (8:30am, 2:30pm, 8:30pm).
Any thoughts/advice others with pellet/hhcg experience have is also welcome. TIA

Looking for advice. Yesterday was my 34th injection and I have skipped a day each week and today is my skip day. My 3rd injection weight was 245.8 and 34th injection weight 211.4, that is 34.4 lbs loss. I am 5'-5" and large frame according to wrists and muscular build. I was originally thinking I have over 100lbs to lose and could go to 40 injections. Today, I am wondering if I should go ahead and make today part of the 72 hour transition? I never really looked good under 140lbs so what if I'm right at the 100lbs needing to lose or just under? I am not hungry with the HCG but I do have more fatigue as my body has worked very hard these 5 weeks and I do walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

For experienced members, do you think I should go to next Monday which is 40th injection or call it a round as of yesterday? I truly wish to finally reach a healthy weight, I have been and continue to address emotional eating and just want to make the best choice for long term success. Years ago, when I attempted HCG, I missed P2 and seeing the weight drop but don't want that to be a factor now.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Mrs Woody, this was the first time I used 1 x per day tablets; before that, I used drops. I never needed to adjust the dosage.

If you are feeling shaky, your electrolytes may be low. Try having a cup of salty bouillon.

I think Iíd listen to your body and if your feeling tired, it may not be a bad idea to wrap up your round and give your skin a chance to catch up to your losses. If you havenít done a round in years, you can jump right back on in 6 weeks.

Good morning! I had a small BM last night. Today Iím 0.8 over LIW and on P3D6. Today Iím going to be in a car 2/3 the day traveling to the Bay Area and back. I hope I donít swell from the travel or get an active colon while traveling. Lol!

I hate P3; well not really. I totally look forward to it but when I finally get there I hate the creep that happens the first couple of weeks. So annoying. P2 is so easy since there's so many rules. Its like schools out with P3. I'm really gonna try to be more better this time. Yes I've said that more than once.

You know when it is time to end a round. You feel physical hunger or are just mentally spent. A big part is your attitude towards the protocol. If you feel that you can go on, then go ahead and continue to 40 days. But your losses are very good so if you are ready to move on or if your attitude towards the protocol isn't as positive, then maybe it is time to transition off. Another factor is scheduling, upcoming work or family obligations. Usually that is a big driver for me on when I end a round. If you have the time on your schedule and you feel fine with a positive attitude and no strong physical emptiness or hunger, then keep on going. But the correct answer is whatever works best for you. There is no wrong answer here. You have already done a great thing for yourself.

Just starting P2, but after many a P3 I am totally with you. I just told a friend that I embrace the rules of P2 and even though itís hard, itís also somewhat easy because you donít really have to think about ďwhat am I going to eat?Ē or ďwhat am I going to make?Ē because there are only so many options. I simultaneously dread and look forward to P3.

Good job to all of you on your protocol journey, wherever you find yourself.

Kerry--great job on the 34 lb loss to date! I so agree with what WB responded in his comment, a big part of success is your attitude towards protocol, and that you'll know when you are ready to transition to P3 for this round. Only you kn ow if you'll be good going to 40 day round, or if it is time for the transition. A lot of people, as you can see from comments, like the rigidness of p2. But I love P3, and found a lot of good things happen during P3, I didn't find it too difficult. But each person has to decide for themselves like WB wrote. Again, good for you, I'm sure you feel better and you should definitely be proud of yourself.

Good to hear from all of you that post. You all seem to be doing well, I've not been posting as I just haven't had my head in the game so far this year. Don't want to bring anyone down, posting all that, so I do read, and feel so good for your successes! Keep it up.

    VLCD 17: -0.8 lbs
Total net weight lost: -14.4 lbs
    Current weight: 218.4

Sticking to protocol for the most part. Now i say ďthe most partĒ because today we had a company catered lunch from Cafe Rio. I had fish and celery as my option I brought from home or have a salad with chicken and salsa from Cafe Rio. I went ahead and got a bunch of leafy greens, added a small amount (eyeballed) of chicken, and added about 3 T. Of fresh salsa. I know there was a marinade on the chicken with sugar most likely and sugar in the salsa, but hoping it doesnít hurt me too bad on the scale tomorrow.

Wondering if I should scale it back for dinner tonight or just proceed as normal. Iím glad I was able to enjoy a nice lunch with my coworkers and am prepared for the consequences.

Drinking lots of water and will continue on protocol. My goal is to go another two weeks on P2, maybe three or four depending on how I feel and such. Iíve done longer rounds before with success. P3 is always scary and exciting territory so this time Iím going to approach methodically and calmly without being miserable and anxious in the process.

Natalie, what did you decide regarding dinner? When I know I'm going to have an off-protocol meal, I generally skip breakfast and have no carbs the rest of the day.
