Talking Lovely Losers 2022- JOYOUS in June!!

Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from sdwis aka Coco. This is your thread for JUNE 2022.

This joyful and jubilant group of HCG’ers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

Please note as you read through the posts:

We are all in different phases of HCG.
We all use different methods of HCG.
What is right for YOU, is right for YOU and we respect that. We don’t judge.
We discuss ALL aspects of our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle.
And MOST importantly, while we can be a little naughty and nutty (always with humor!! ) we are NICE to each other!!

So, whether you are just starting, finishing, or are somewhere in between . . .

    STEP RIGHT IN!!

    Hi TWise,

It's pretty quiet around here unfortunately. I remember not too long ago when this board was so busy and full of messages that it took hours to read them all. Now its the land of crickets. I resumed from a planned break yesterday, and ate most everything P3 that I wanted over the 12-days. I had plenty of meats, fruits, vegetables, keto ice cream, and HWC. I'm hoping to lose 10-12 more lbs. in two more weeks.

    Hey Coco,

Very quiet I see! Hmm, people must be busy. Me, I'm going to do another round. It would have been my last 10lbs if I hadn't let myself creep up 7lbs over LDW. I got cocky and sloppy (as usual.)

Looking at my calendar to figure out the best time to start P2. Maybe load this weekend.

    Best, MC

    Hi Rose,

Safe travels to you and wishing you success on the round.

I just finished this round after a 12-day interruption before Memorial Day. The strange thing is that and look smaller and leaner even though I'm about 5 lbs. higher than my previous LIW. I had a stall on this round for the first time ever right before the interruption, and was able to easily maintain that stall weighr within the 2 lb. window during that time while eating a ton of foods. Perhaps this means a stall weight is your easy to maintain weight. The only time I had a big gain (3 lb.) was when I had grilled tuna that was waayy too salty, but lost the water gain the next day after flushing my system with plenty of liquids and 3 protein shakes. I don't do steak days either, since they don't work, and I seem to have lost my love for steak!!!

You are doing great! I didn’t do an interruption because I was concerned I wouldn’t go back to OP. I do love steak once in awhile but not enough to go without food all day. I think too many people rely on steak days to correct cheat days. I had planned to stay on P3 while doing P4 but I got off track and still off track. If I can just stay closer to my LIW till July hopefully my mind will be set for a short round …or longer if I am in the mood. Longer helps me transition better.

I am now 55. This has helped me the past 12 years when life or hormone changes pounds crept up. I am struggling that it seems the homeopathic has changed. I tried in February and again in april but had the associated hunger and headaches that tells me the formula was not working as in the past. I am thinking of starting P2 on July 8th … since its so quiet here Im wondering if anyone is using homeopathic with success …

Check your bottle ingredients. If HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is not the first ingredient, you have fake drops.

People are getting good results with Intermountain homeopathic. Hopefully, you'll get some other responses.

Lovely Losers 2022- JOYOUS in June!!

    Hi every buddy!

Hmmm 10 posts in 29 days. Slow but so glad to see a few familiar and new faces. (Screen names)

    I am loading!

I finished my last round a year ago. Cant remember now if it was April or May but I had the best stability ever. I stayed 2 lbs UNDER LIW until about March of this year. So not quite a year.

But a whole lot better than the 4-6 months Ive had sometimes.

The last 4 months I popped up 2pounds to LIW, then another 2 to be at the top of my window and finally 2 over my window… until this week. Now 5 over LIW. Add the 2 I was under, and 2-3 I gain loading… 10 pounds here I come!

Ive had a tough spring. My good eating habits have slowly just evaporated. I started yet another job, caught a heavy cold that lasted a month and turned into a sinus infection, broke my foot somewhere in there, — the cold was so bad, it’s all a blur!— before I even got off the knee scooter, I caught cold again!

My house is torn up redoing my kitchen and flooring. Which will be a good thing if I ever get done!

Not excuses but it’s always my downfall. When I get sick or stressed or exhausted— I stop cooking, stop eating fruits and veggies, and start hitting fast food.

So even tho it’s not a big gain, I’m hating it. So, I’m loading!!!!

There. I said it. I posted it. I’m committed!

I'm still here to cheer you on. But wow. I've never seen the forums so inactive for so long.

Good luck on your round. I've always found the first day the hardest just because of the mental perception that it is the start of a time of deprivation. But once I get past that, its usually smooth sailing.
