Had broccoli as my dinner veg last night for the first time and had my worst weigh in this morning. Still lost, but I was expecting more. Wondering if it was the broccoli. Not feeling super positive today; a rare down feeling day on this so far for me. I think I just really am craving something sweet and am getting sick of the same vegetables and proteins. I'm not hungry at all, but don't feel fulfilled at all by food right now. Hoping tomorrow is a better day mind wise for me.

I eat two fruits per day and that stops my sugar cravings

great numbers so far. I am sure it is not the broccoli. You have lost 24lbs in 13 days. Those are awesome numbers. At some point, the weight loss will slow down to a crawl and there will be days with little to no weight loss. There could even be days where you might gain a little. Just understand that those days where the scale doesn't move as much are the days where the inches are going down. You are doing great!!

    Mitch.

I don't weigh myself daily, more weekly. There is always stalls my 2nd week after great losses first week. It's the overall weight that matters and 15, 20, 25, 30 lbs in 1 month is amazing and no other diet could accomplish this.

The diet can get boring. You can try pureeing frozen strawberries, squeeze of lemon and stevia, tastes like a sorbet treat. Have a pickle. I make soup with shiritaki noodles, chicken, veggies. Try a cut, apple, microwave until soft with cinnamon and stevia, tastes like warm apple pie. Apple chicken salad with red wine vingarette.

I've been allowing myself zevia sodas and flavored propel electrolyte water this round with no issues to get rid if food boredom. I get sweetleaf stevia drops in Grape, Root beer and other flavors and put in my soda stream bubbly water.

I get it, I want my dark cocoa, stevia unsweetened vanilla almond milk "hot chocolate" I drink daily usually in place of coffee. I'm wanting something creamy.

I am planning my p3 meals. I am will make butter chicken; consists of chicken breast, garam masala seasoning, coconut milk, butter, tomato paste. Garlic, pureed and cooked onion, tiny bit stevia, sea salt. Ginger. Mmm over cauliflower rice or miracle rice. Maybe crispy chicken quarters, a burger wrapped in lettuce. A strawberry protein shake.

I haven't had cravings, hunger, this round us goid that way. Consistent with my 125 ius. I might make minus 19, 20 lbs but I've hit -15 so I'm happy. I'll weigh in a few days to see if I hit my -17goal.

Food boredom is a real think in phase 2. You find what works and stick with it but you burn yourself out. It happens to just about all of us.

In my earlier rounds, I basically lived on roasted cod. I would eat cold, leftover roasted cod for lunch with some celery spears. It was really easy. I would dip it in sambal sauce if I got bored. But in subsequent rounds, I couldn't deal with it. Then over time, it got to where I couldn't deal with too much seafood other than boiled shrimp or grilled salmon. And don't get me started on the vegetables.

Two things that help me out are homemade beef jerky and pickle slices. Pickles are a great quick bite in P2. Just make sure you are not buying bread and butter, which have sugar. Stick to dill pickles but make sure to check the label to make sure there is no sugar. I make jerky on my pellet grill and it is awesome too. Those two things really help me keep my sanity during P2.

We will be running pretty close. congrats on your losses I dont usually lose that much so i may need to do two rounds. Thinking one 30 day and second one early June for 23 day. End of month i will be 79 so we are both septuagenarians i guess. I will try to finish end of this month then stay p3 for 6-8 weeks before i start second round I will be traveling to art shows in apr and May so timing my rounds when i am home
