Thread: LOVELY LOSERS 2022 - MASKLESS & MARVELOUS in MAY!!!

Yes I am loving keto/low carb. I feel there are way more options now compared to the last time I did this.

This is the longest I have stayed on Keto and will remain. I am doing it different this time and finding much success. Are you doing keto?

Hi Mitch, yes - I began keto after my first hcg round in 2017, and I have stuck to it ever since. I only buy whole foods now and do my own cooking - no pre-processed stuff with long lists of un-pronounceable ingredients and hidden sugars. Restaurants are a bit of a challenge, but I can always find something. And there are a lot more resources to learn about the health benefits, which really picked up after the Virta Health study was published.

Hi everyone! Newbie here starting on HCG inj this Saturday, likely for 30-40 days both excited and nervous! Plan on doing a paleo style diet afterwards (keto has been pretty unsustainable for me in the past) and just watching what I eat. Has anyone else had success with losing when they have 20-25 lbs to lose?

Thats amazing, wow. I am hoping to do this long term and I am trying to continue to make my own meals. I do at times, have some keto "processed" foods, but mainly stick to pure foods or treats made at home. I am also trying to keep my fats and proteins in constant rotation.

Keto has forced me to admit that I do have some gastro issues with wheat as almost all of the ailments that plagued me for years have completely disappeared. I did have one cheat meal where I indulged in some major wheat-carb heavy foods and all of those things came roaring back. I had the worst sleep I have had in 4 months and I didn't even really have a massive cheat. My body and especially gut, is MUCH happier eating low-carb.

Restaurants are hard because I don't always want to be that person getting a salad, but I have been able to find way more keto options in restaurants this time. The world has certainly embraced Keto since I last did this last time.

    Good Evening Marvelous Ones!

I am D7, R2, P2 and down 9 lbs from LIW. So far so good. I got the Pre-Mix from Diet Doc and the dosage seems right. There has been no problem with hunger etc...
