    Hey ladies....my hcg shipped and I am super excited! Starting to seem like none of ya will be on p2 when I am and that's okay. At the rate I'm losing since p2, I won't have much left to lose by the time it gets here.

    As far as p4 foods, I stick mostly to p3. Whole foods. I don't care to go back to the way I was eating before. I don't miss bread. I seriously love this way of eating. It is hugely satisfying. I have never been a breakfast person, so I eat 2 huge meals a day. I rarely snack. I do have sweet potatoes fried in coconut oil or butter (heaven!!!) two or three times a week.

    Good morning, Lovelies!

    Mo, sorry to hear about the creep! I hate when that happens. My P4 officially starts next Monday. I plan to SLOWLY introduce P4 foods in very small portions, few and far between. In fact, I will probably stick with P3 foods during the first week. The thought of even glancing sideways at a starch makes me nervous. I'm certainly open to suggestions!

    Nice to hear from you all. TMott, I'll be in P2 soon. At least, that's what i keep telling myself! LOL.

    I have gone totally rogue. Good grief. I told myself to get a few things to load with, then ate them all and did not load. Yes, I need to GET a GRIP. I'm in kind of a funk overall, but I'm back to the pool after last week's weather closings, so maybe that will help me get my head on straight. If I could only go TWO weeks in a row! Sheesh. OK. Time to go bounce up and down in the water and pretend it is exercise.

    Happy Thursday.

    Lather, rinse and repeat. Another snowfall yesterday and time to go shovel today. I just did this last week! Aqua class cancelled today again. At least I went yesterday before the snow began. It is so hard to get a routine going!

    I still need to get groceries and I need to make up my mind about getting p2 or P3 or go hog wild groceries. I have nothing in the house in any category for me or for the Little Alien Scnauzer, so gotta go get SOMETHING. I've tried to make an order to pick up but guess I need to go wander around the store to see what I want.

    I know I have gone Rogue because I did not weigh yesterday or today. I ALWAYS weigh, but did not even think of it. Just straight bypassed the scale like I didn't even know I had one. Ugh. I need motivation. My birthday isn't until April, and to celebrate, I'll just go out to eat with my sister. It's too cold to wear anything but jeans and sweatshirts, so who cares if I have to wear the one size up ones?
    I have an annual drs appt but not until the first of MAY. Nobody is looking at me. I work from home these days. Tell me again why I care? Oh, yeah. To be healthy. Yeah. Okay. Gotta think on that!

    PS: I think I will just get something for my nephew to eat dinner tonight, and a loaf of bread amd a small jar of peanut butter. I know, right? Why spend money on what I don't want to eat? I still have apples and avocados, a few eggs and some shredded and sliced cheese. I have some deli roast beef so I will have two kinds of sandwhiches. I'll reevaluate on Saturday.

    At the rate I am going, I will have tor re-lose the other four pounds from the first part of this roiund. I have been down as low as 1 pound over my lowest and up as much as 3 pounds and repeat. Crazy.

    Happy Weekend Losers!

    I have made a decision, like in the last 30 seconds. I just re-ordered bacteriostatice water from Amazon--about $15. The one I had that I used such a teensy bit has been in the fridge since January so over 30 days. So, to be on the safe side, ordered new. It arrives Monday.

    I'll mix when I get it, and since I am at about 3 weeks, I'll gently load with doses for at least Tuesday, probably Wednesday and start VLCD on Thursday, March 2. I will probably need a 30 day round to get not only to goal but to break my bad eating habits. I say as I sit here eating Mac and Cheese and bread and butter. I did so well on healthy food for several weeks, but have fallen back into my evil ways in the past week or so. Getting sick of food, so it's time.

    I'm posting for Account a bill uh tee!

    OMG, bread AND mac & cheese!?! I haven't had but a tasting of such foods in six years. OTOH, plenty of butter, cream and bacon.

    I hope you have great losses when you resume your round.

    I am new here and this is my second time trying to figure out how to post. �� I started HCG injections last week and I’m down 7.7. I did on on protocol except for one day I made my kids favorite cheesy chicken and rice for dinner and then I had a serving. Also I am going to cut out a serving of fruit so I can have an extra cup of coffee with nonfat milk in the morning. Hoping to join you on your next monthly thread!

    Happy weekend, everyone!

    Pearly, great plan for your restart - I'll be sticking around and cheering you on for the duration.

    Today is officially my last day of P3 and I am SHOCKED that I haven't even come close to needing a steak day. There are only 2 things I did differently this round: I tried to avoid eating after 6:30 PM (unless famished) and I have been taking Solgar lipotropic factors.

    Though it will be P4D1, I don't plan to change anything tomorrow. Or the next day. Maybe I'll sneak a little something in on Wednesday. I am of the opinion that the 21 days of P3 protocol represents the amount of time needed for the vast majority of people, but a few very lucky people have inadvertently discovered they don't need quite as long... so logically a few unlucky people may need longer. I'm not going to push my luck jumping into P4 with reckless abandon, but I will gently ease into it. Eventually. When it doesn't terrify me.
