    Mean, Mad Monday Morning, Lovelies!!!

For once, my Monday does NOT look like this . . . . .

    Monday & Me.jpg

2 of the main T-Rexes are not in the office, and the 3rd one will only be here for the morning. So I am enjoying the peace & quiet.

AFM = I did not weigh this morning.

I had fish last night, and EVERY! SINGLE! TIME! I eat any kind of fish (last night it was salmon) My TES # goes up. So I’m pounding water today, will eat chicken & veg tonight & see how TES is tomorrow. There is just no reason for me to squash my good mood, when I know it is water weight gain.

P – yes, Bacon!! Definitely Bacon is in the top 5 things I add in first. I have no issues with eggs, so that is another. Avocado is NOT one of my top 10; unfortunately, I have to be careful with avocado. I adore it and would have it every day, but it loves me very little.

A movie with no zombies? How ever did you stay awake?

    How is Penny doing?

Bee – not sure where you are (Colorado?) but hubby and I had the “mow or no-mow” conversation yesterday. I’m in Fort Worth, and it has rained nearly every day for TWO weeks. We pay someone to mow, edge, tidy our front yard, but we do the backyard ourselves. IF it doesn’t rain today, Jim will mow it tonight when he gets home from work (since it stays light until after 8pm) – but 50% chance of rain today, so ??? Sounds like you have a LOT more land to mow!

KD – Congrats on your 2 pounds!
Part of this journey (and it is a life-long journey) is enjoying life’s moments! I think you did well, and you can always take your P2 for just a couple more days if that restaurant brunch set you back.

Katt – like you, eggs, bacon, coffee/cream & maybe a sprinkle of cheese & big slice of avocado would definitely carry me all day. We do that almost every Sunday – generous bacon/egg breakfast, then we don’t eat again until 7pm ‘cause neither one of us is hungry.

Janeen – did you survive the weekend?

Kansas – pop back in and post, would ‘ja? We miss you. I hope your absence just means you are making $$$ like crazy this summer.

Pro – is everything okay? I can’t remember a time when you’ve gone this long and not posted.

    Round 13 – 179 – 166.4 (-12.6)
    P3WK1-166.4/168 // P3Wk2-169/167 // P3Wk3-169 // P3Wk4-170.4/169.8 // P3WK5-170.8/170
    Vegas Conference Break
    Stabilizing – 8/19-169.6

Tanya! I feel your dilemma. I was so excited to get to P3 to eat...and well...I'm not all that hungry and I don't know what to eat LOL! MFP says I should be eating about 1500 calories/day to maintain...I am getting in about 1000. I am 1.4lbs below LDW (yay!) and I thought I did pretty well this weekend - I was worried I'd go overboard!!

I see lots of suggestions for avocado and I know it's a healthy fat...but I cannot eat avocado!! eating eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast, chicken and veggies for lunch and dinner with some protein snacks (nuts, eggs, turkey...). Any other suggestions would be wonderful! I went shopping and everything...but didn't get enough I guess??

So, I am trying to figure this out, my law was 143.2, for some reason I dropped 5 lbs to 138.2. Yesterday. I added bacon and avacado yesterday. And had those few little bites of mozzarella and asiago cheese,. Today I'm at 139.2.
So am I up or stir down, that is the question? I really want to try yogart which opens up a world of food opportunities. What do you think?
    Good luck as well Daniels!

How many dogs does it take to change a light bulb?

    1. Golden Retriever: The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us, and you're inside worrying about a stupid burned out bulb?

    2. Border Collie: Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code.

    3. Dachshund: You know I can't reach that stupid lamp!

    4. Rottweiler: Make me.

    5. Boxer: Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark.

    6. Lab: Oh, me, me!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? Pleeeeeeeeeze, please, please, please!

    7. German Shepherd: I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, check to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation.

    8. Jack Russell Terrier: I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture.

    9. Old English Sheep Dog: Light bulb? I'm sorry, but I don't see a light bulb!

    10. Cocker Spaniel: Why change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark.

    11. Chihuahua : Yo quiero Taco Bulb. Or "We don't need no stinking light bulb."

    12. Greyhound: It isn't moving. Who cares?

    13. Australian Shepherd: First, I'll put all the light bulbs in a little circle...

    14. Poodle: I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry.

How many cats does it take to change a light bulb?

Cats do not change light bulbs. People change light bulbs. So, the real question is -

What kind of yogurt? If it is anything except full-fat yogurt, I would pass for another week. ALL low fat or ZERO fat yogurt is full of sugar.

Christy, love the light bulb thing. I almost wrote full fat Greek then I figured oh they'll no what I'm talking about. That's funny. Yes, full fat Greek. I also don't think I ate enough yesterday. I'm one of those people who if I don't get within 100 capricious or so of my bmr then I gain. My goal calorie range is 1550. To maintain the 138. I think I only hit about 12 pr 1300. Which, they say add the calories slower the first few days that has never worked for me.

No not in Colorado anymore. I was just born there but have lived all over the US with the US Navy. We are back to being civilians and currently calling East Tennessee home on our small farm! Hubby wants to move to Alaska but I hesitate because I do not like the harsh winters! TN gets enough snow thank you very much! Lol not only is grass getting mowed the Hay field just got mowed too. So this is good!

Except for 000 Greek yogurt by Okious (or however you spell it!) it's made with stevia.

I've been eating Zoi full fat for 5 years. I love it. I have smoothie yogart Popsicles in my freezer. Just waiting for the right moment.
