Thread: Lovely Losers are Absolutely Awesome in August

Oh, they are definitely homeopathic. Otherwise, we'd be ordering them from India and paying 3X that much.

Well, I started loading this weekend. Too bad I haven't started hcg yet. Lol. Guess I am pre-loading! I think I need a round because I want to focus on something. I'm drifting a bit and doing a lot of emotional and stress eating. I think I'm bored. And or a little depressed. Or both. So, I will probably really load tomorrow and see how it goes. I'll commit myself to one day at a time! P

    Hi girlies!

Been loading this weekend, going to get back on the wagon tomorrow!
I do injections and had to order a different type than I usually do this time because they didn't have my regular kind. Usually when I start the injections for loading I feel full from day 1 on. This time I have not felt full loading at all, I'm a little worried. I also had to do way under 125 iu's with the original stuff, closer to 100. I wonder if this stuff just isn't as strong or potent? I tested it on a pregnancy test, and it is positive so I know it's the real deal. Maybe it will just take longer to kick in? I hope it does because I can't stick to this diet when I'm hungry, when the hcg is working right doing this diet is a dream.

Hope everyone is doing well. I plan to check in on the daily.

Hi Everyone! Happy Monday and hope the weekend was kind to everyone

Sunshine - a two week round? I'm curious...I've always been under the impression it was a minimum of 23 days. I'd love to learn more about a short round!!

Pearly - you crack me up!! Don't worry - I loaded for 2 years before beginning hahahahaha!

Today is P2D28 and I'm down 20.6lbs and 22.5 in. I'm slowing way down this last week and I don't think I'll meet my R1 goal, but pretty dang proud that I haven't cheated!! Twice I was caught without my lunch - I planned, but then well you know - life lol.
I'll for sure do a round in October, but going to try to lose in P4 (I can do that, right?) so R2 can be shorter. October and November will be lots of travel for me - but now I've found a way to keep on protocol so I'm not AS nervous haha.

I'm so sorry Olives, but you are doing the right thing - you can't risk the safety of others! Still, a hard decision to make and my heart goes out to you!
    Nice job on your loss!!

Drive by! I got my cortisone shot Thursday night. Surgeon said I'm headed to a bilateral knee replacement. Oh freakin Joy! But that won't be until at least next year hopefully. I prayed not to gain my customary 4-5 pounds as I did with last two shots. Hcg is helping. Didn't gain and lost a couple pounds via IF and hcg. Hoping to see some losses this week as I head into week 2. I can tell this is going to be a very long round. Brick I need you to do a long round with me!
I'm hanging in and knee feels a bit better after the shot.
Too busy at work for personals. Will try to do better!

Ugh! good job, Last. Cortisone was the straw that broke poor old Aunt Pearly's back a few years ago. Two shots in a bad heel at the same time was taking two rounds of pills for an inner ear infection. 5 pounds each is what I gained, too.

Okay, I started today, so I guess I am loading for real. Daniels, I'm doing two weeks, too, but just because that's all the hcg I have on hand. Then I'll do a PI until the new stuff comes. So, it is NOT protocol, but that is when we get the most losses, so it would be nice if it was enough.

Every time I do two weeks and don't get quite where I want, I do that 3rd week, and get pretty much nuthin'. But! You are right, we are supposed to do the 23 days in order to stabilize. I've done 2 weeks with 3 weeks off and then 3 weeks back on and seem to have stabilized. The recent 5 pounds is not creep and therefore not 'not stabilized.' It's flat bad eating!

Okay, gotta go eat sumpin! P

    Good Morning Everyone,

Last 10 so sorry to hear about your knees!
Daniel, maybe when you have a minute could you please share your traveling while on protocol tips? I struggle with that sometime.

ALSO, I use hHCG pellets from Intermountain HCG. I really like them. I also use their drops, but I find the pellets are easier when you are out and about for the mid-day dose. Also, they hold their potency really well between rounds. I find the drops do not stay potent between rounds. They are really reasonable--I got mine when they had a buy 1 get free sale--so I now recommend the pellets.

AFM It's day 6 of P2 and I am down another .5 today. So that is great but it means my first week losses are slowing...sigh. I have been exercising and making sure to drink my water so I am hopeful of a good result this round! Lots of weight to go and a bit hard to cook for my non dieting can-eat-anything and still be skinny family....

Good luck everyone! Have a wonderful day!

Hello Lovelies I am back! I can't wait to read and catch up on how everyone has been doing these past few months.

I am loading today so really, truly back on the plan.

Nothing has changed in my life since March - wow can't believe it's been that long since I've checked in. No longer super stable as I've added on a few lbs but we know how to kick those to the curb. Will be back to my regular, lovely status if ya'll will have me

    Hello my lovelies!

Things are going VERY well on my HCG protocol. I'm down 9 lbs since I started taking the drops (before load) and I'm on vlcd8.

I'm hungry at mealtimes but not overwhelmingly. I snack on my apple throughout my workday and drink water and it helps if I can't have my meal immediately.

Last10 sorry about your knee. All the people I know who've had knee replacements felt so much better after, though.

Rkthin The intermountain pellets sound great. I have to keep my drops in a lunch baggie with an ice pack while at work... so they sound much easier! I already ordered some drops from frequency apps as a backup for the Celeste ones I'm on now, just in case. But I keep having brand envy, and every time I see what someone's using I want to switch!
    Oh and great losses rk!

    Hi amberanng!

Hi Janeen , which drops are you using? Always curious

Also I'm happy and grateful that it's summer and the fruits and vegetables are so delicious right now (especially strawberries).

Keep it up everyone, we're all doing great!

    Scarlett
