Good rainy morning Lovelies..... So now a bit of my confusion is cleared up about the April thread.....

We finally got some real warmth yesterday for about two hours.... Warm today but rainy.

Our pup is doing MUCH better today. No piddles in laundry room, no blood in urine outside either. The ACV and yogurt really helped. Will do this for a month likely then keep acv in her food.

    The day is flying by

    Hi Lovelies new and old!

Put my son on the subway to the airport at 4:30 this morning so I'm tired. I can sleep walk my work day. With all the flying craziness I'll be happy when he's back in Berlin. Vacation is over so it's back to more rational eating. Palm Springs was terrific. Zach's film took the award for best American Short Doc Film. Vacation was loaded with carbs and sugar. Happy to be in range on P3D15 today. Back to Atkins style eating today.

House remodel is ongoing. No kitchen since early February, probably another month to go. Custom cabinets are taking longer than expected.

Everything will quiet down and I'll have lots more posting time for personals. For new folks, I'm as non POP as it gets so please don't do anything I do!!

I've loved all the pics posted in the last 10 days that I never got to comment on!

JJ, wishing you happy birthday, again!

Last - that is wonderful news about Zach's film! I have a Zack too I'll have to watch for his film.

Brick - so glad the pup is feeling better. Nothing worse than a UTI.

Kerry - I've looked up the cellfood from the SB group and may have to give it a go. Glad it's working for you.

Rose - I can't read your posts wIthout gIgglIng a lIttle about the I's all beIng capItalIzed (that's hard to do!)

I got a call yesterday from the training facility I take my dog to for Agility (Boomer the big Bernese Mt. Dog). One of the ladies there has a Hollywood Dog class and she called to ask if she could audition Boomer for a commercial. Ya'll I thought she was April Fooling me. Nope - sent the pics / video to her this morning and she said the director wants to give it a go. I may be a stage mom

Speaking of April Fools. Yesterday I got a for sale sign and put it in my front yard so when the kids came home from school they thought we were moving. One fell for it the other didn't. It only worked because one has had multiple friends move to Argyle, a much smaller school district next to us. He was not happy about the thought of us moving so I had to tell him I was joking pretty quickly. Oh and I had three neighbors call within the hour the sign was out to ask me WTH was going on. OOPS!

Don't worry; it's fine. You'll be in good company, but there will be people in all stages here.

Welcome, and congratulations! Boy or girl? How old?

I LOVE having roast beast on hand (even though I needed to add more water and less broth)! I do need to find a different "staple" food for my lunches though. I may try a less tomato-ey paleo lasagna or something. Not sure yet. Just need something like a casserole that I can bring in every day. Hmm...oh! And I'm gonna try making some chocolate chip cookies next week Well, that is, if I'm around LDW. It'll be with almond flour, organic chooclate chips, etc.

You could make an egg bake and cut it into servings? I do that for breakfast.

Amber--pasting all those capital "I"s n post was a BEE-otch. Woo-hoo on pup dog audition.
    Round 3:
    SW (8/1/15): 134.8 lbs. (+5 lbs R2 LIW)
LIW (8/29/15): 123.2 lbs. TOTAL LOSS -11.6 lbs.; 17.75 inches

    Went from a tight size 12 (164 lbs) to size 6 (123).

Apr 2016 Update: In the midst of Round 4 with a goal of ~123 lbs AGAIN, but more importantly, I'm looking to lose inches. 4/10/16: 126.6; size 6s loose.

I'll repeat some of what I said earlier...

LDW is 125.0 and I'm 126.8 today, but that's a 1.2 drop from yesterday, so I'm happy. Tonight is homemade pizza night, so I'll gain tomorrow. Probably won't weigh again until Monday. I'm in P4, so I'm just trying to really stay within 2-3 lbs. of LDW but I love when I'm able to get back down or under LDW.
Same here, HCGPro... still striving to maintain no more than +2# of LIW. Sometimes I go over the +2#, but I realize, usually, the error. What's annoying when there is no clue....that's when I blame hormones!

Staying in touch with my Lovelies helps--even if I'm usually silent over here.

    Best wishes, everyone!

    Wow! This thread exploded!

    AND y'all are funny!

Today is VLCD day 8 for me, and I'm in a resigned mode to coast things out. I've lost 6.8lbs not including load weight which is beyond my expectations actually...
Funnily enough my main issue seems to be not slipping up and having a drink when I get home. I hope vlcd 21 that's lessened quite a bit.

Also getting a massage w/ mineral oil tonight. Look at me being all rogue and all.

Shout out to PearlyMae for that fantastic welcome post!

I will try to catch on to all the banter!
