Lovely Losers - Astounding! Astonishing! Awe-Inspiring in April

Hello to all Lovely Losers out there - here's a new thread for April 2018.

This amazing and astonishing group of HCGers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join.

    Please note:

We are all in different phases of HCG.

We all use different methods of HCG.

What is right for YOU, is right for YOU and we respect that. We dont judge.

MOST importantly, while we can be a little naughty and nutty (always with humor!!) we are NICE to each other!!

So, whether you are just starting, finishing or are somewhere in between . . .

    You ARE Welcome!!
    Christy

Thank you, Christy, for the April thread! I didn't mean to pressure ya, just thought I had missed it.

I did not start my round this weekend. l did not start hcg. I did not start loading. Well, full disclosure, I didn't NOT load, I just didn't do it with hcg.

I am not sure why I am so resistant to this round. I need it badly, but I keep putting it off. So, new plan, I am just going to start pulling things back, get back to healthy, usual WOE (Way Of Eating! See, I can LEARN!) in my usual P3 style. I am starting with the GFC appetite suppressant drops as of today since they arrived yesterday. I'll see if I can get back on track and wrap my mind around a good round. Not sure when I will start. I think the mood will just hit! Next week is Super. Frantic. Busy. so might be good to not stress myself out over this yet.

I do not like being at this weight, but I have been exaggerating in my head. I was thinking I was 20 pounds up. Well, for one thing, I did get to about 127, (not my goal of 125) but popped back up to 129 before the last round was even over. Then, I was thinking I probably weighed 145 by now but when I finally got the nerve to weigh, I'm only (only!) at 140. So, I am 11 pounds up from last round. That is a lot more doable than what I was scaring myself with! Last year at this time, I was staying around 122, so I def can see a difference in my clothes. I don't want to put this off too long and not be able to wear the pretty things I bought last year. But! I gotta get my head on straight.

    Onward!

    Good Morning Lovelies,

Pearly: Don't pressure yourself! I sometimes put off a round but then when I am in a round I really enjoy a break from thinking about what to eat and why am I so darn hungry. I also think I have extra energy on hHCG. Also, It will be really hot soon, and it is always really great to do HCG when it is hot as I always feel cold on HCG. Also, you may just drop the weight without HCG!

    Christy: Enjoy your vacation.

AFM: Down 2 lbs today. So great to be home alone ha ha and no temptations! I am enjoying a quieter pace, but I was very lazy yesterday so today is a day to get things done!

    Have a wonderful day everyone!

I have a very enjoyable and successful P2 from March 1-31.
I started P3 April 1st (Happy Easter/Passover/April Fool's Day!). I find P3 much harder than P2. And scarier. But onward!

    Hi April Losers!

Christy, thanks for the new thread!

RK - I promise to keep you posted on the Adrenal Support. I've been taking it for about a week now and haven't really noticed any difference. But, wth, it can't hurt. I was hoping the supplements would help with the eczema too. We shall see.

Great that you were able to get through the holiday weekend without a gain. Good luck on this round!

Pearly - Def a mind thing! Hope you're able to get into a better headspace when things aren't crazy busy and stressful around you.

Everybody else - Sorry, I can't do more personals today.

AFM: P3D9 - 1.5 over LDW, so still in my window. Had a busy weekend driving to SF (3 hrs), taking DH to UCSF for a procedure on his spine, and then driving home in Good Friday afterwards. DH is doing GREAT and is already seeing improvement in his left foot/leg from having pressure taken off his sciatic nerve. Now, to just keep him from overexerting himself for 6 weeks

Hello to all! So happy to be here among you in the April thread. Whether we are losing, stabilizing, maintaining, or preparing for a round, we will all be more successful because we are a TEAM!

Last night we FINALLY made it for our anniversary dinner. It was not meant to be a romantic evening, but a great loading opportunity, and just time spent together (not miserably sick in bed together, lol!) So, we went to the buffet, but because it was a Monday night and not a Fri/Sat night, they had a promotion running encouraging everyone to bring their kids in...so food spilled everywhere, noisy, etc. You get the picture. We were expecting it, so it didn't dampen our enjoyment. Only thing I missed by the switch of plans due to illness was the prime rib. I had my fried catfish, butterflied shrimp and bourbon chicken. YUM!! Worth the wait (once per year!) I totally overate, and decided to go ahead and have some of the "just brought out" pan of banana pudding for dessert. Couldn't finish it, and I don't regret it because last round I kept wishing I had given in and had some sweets during loading. Now, when I am craving sweets, I can remind myself of the ice cream and banana pudding I had and that I am NOT deprived. The rest of my 3 days of loading were VERY clean, so I did pretty well compared to past rounds. So, what does the scale say?

I was sure the scale was going to show a HUGE gain because I am very bloated. Both belly and feet/legs full of fluid from the breaded foods/sugar. I was right! Up to 244 this morning, and I was 239'ish yesterday, so 4-5 pounds! Should come off quickly though, and with the long hhcg round, I should get to just within Onederland "IF" I have my typical results. Of course, following rounds, my losses will start to be less as I will have less to lose. But, for now, I still have so much to lose that I can expect big losses...one benefit to being morbidly obese...

So when I got home last night after the dinner and our janitorial job, and got all the food put away from my big shopping run before dinner, I couldn't sleep. My feet/hip and back were too sore once I was no longer wired from the caffeine I took earlier. Even on the recliner, I couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep until about 4 am. Awoke at 8 thinking it was Sunday...very confused for about 15 minutes until the elderly woman I give a Sunday morning wake-up call to set me straight (hehe!) and then I went back to sleep until noon. We have a pretty tight schedule this evening, so no time left for making my chicken until tomorrow. I had eggs for lunch, and will make chicken bok choy soup for dinner. For the family, the pot roast went into the oven instead of the crock pot. All else is good, and I am really looking forward to my date with the scale each morning this first week of Round 2!
Hey, I'm Roni (Ronnie) I bought a ticket on the Onederland Express! Come along and enjoy the ride!

Hi guys!! I’m on P2 day 4. It’s going great! I’ve lost 9.2 so far. I had a huge loss the first day due to a ton of water weight. I’ve done a couple other rounds in the past few years & the results have been awesome! Ive let my eating go back to bad again, so now I’m back for another round. I’m SO ready to keep losing!

How much did you gain after loading, and what did you eat?

Welcome Coffee & Mommy! Glad to have you on board. Awesome first few days losses, Mommy! After that much down in one day, a small bounce back is not uncommon. Keep it up! P
