    Good Morning lovelies!

Randi that 3.0 sounds very complex. I just do POP... easier for me but maybe try the 2.0 you did before?
I am rushing today, no weight lost today but hey no gain here in P2.
I'm looking forward to my PI on Sunday, so hope to have a loss today and tomorrow!
    Have a great day everyone!

    Good morning all you Lovelies!

DOWN again this morning! -0.6 for a grand total of 2.9 so far. That puts me right at .5 per day. Hoping I can continue that for the next 24-34 days and get to goal this round

My ticker is back, but I'm unable to edit it, so don't believe it right now.

Hey Natalie - Sorry to hear you've had so much "stuff" going on in your life. Yep, sometimes it turns out that changes are for the best. Taking time for YOU is always a good thing, and keep coming here for support. This is a very generous bunch of ladies (and one guy, I think).

SarahSmiles - Hope you have an easy transition into P3. Sounds like you have a good plan for your next round. Just call this P3/P4 a practice round for the rest of your life after you DO get to goal.

Kar - Great start on P3. I'm sure you'll nail it!

Randi - Sorry you are having trouble this round. Have a good trip to Mexico and hope the house is coming along nicely. 3.0 sounds REALLY complicated! Think I will stick with OP and not get too "fancy", especially with something you have to calculate - yikes!

Lulu - 1 pound below LDW is still BELOW! Good for you! The great thing about hcg is that you can eventually always do another round, and you KNOW it is going to work!

Rachel - Welcome and great start!

Shmeans - Woo hoo! You're right there! Great decision to keep going a few more days! I've left my end date open this round as well. I have enough pellets since I am cutting them in thirds, to go at least 40 days. Celebrating getting to goal with you and congrats on moving to P3.

Carol, Christy, Pearly, and everyone else, have a lovely losing/maintaining kind of day!

    P3 - Week 1

    Hi, Lovelies –

Sorry I’m so late, but very busy day – annual physical, get to office, sleeting and icy rain starts, run back home before bridges/overpasses start to ice up. Getting to work tomorrow will be interesting.

Good news – all went well in physical and doc complimented me for my stable weight, even being about 4 pounds lower than I was at my last physical (I weighed in 171 but he said their digital scale weighs about 3 pounds heavy for everyone). Won’t have the full picture until labs come back, but it was VERY nice to hear “well done!” from the doc about my weight. I shared with him my “final” weight goal was to get (and stay) between 160 & 165, and he was thumbs up on that. He said he understands how hard it is to get that last 10 pounds off and congratulated me for keeping my weight pretty stable. I’m sure he sees the opposite all the time. He knows all about our no-sugar/no-grains lifestyle (and approves).

    Shmeans - .2 from GOAL????

    SCORE.png

Rachel – re: seeing ourselves differently and personal negative thoughts depending on our weight – I think every single person on this thread (and this Forum) has that problem. I know I do.

Today, even tho’ I haven’t gained, I put on a pair of slacks for work and I was criticizing myself because they were tight enough to see my panty line. WHOT???? I’m in a size 10, most of my jeans are now very loose around the waist, but because this ONE PAIR of slacks were a little tight around the hip area, I’m critical of myself?

That’s why I’m so grateful for this group of Lovely Losers (and the Forum in general) to help us all keep the proper perspective! Thanks to you and Natalie (and everyone else along the way) that you came back to us. We all learn so much when we share our stories and support each other!!

Yep, 3.0 IS complicated to get started, but if you are willing to input all your food into MFP, it pretty easy to live a normal social life and diet at the same time. I知 just being stubborn about inputting in my food.
So... no I知 not on Hcg right now. I知 on perpetual P3! Lovely Losers - Fabulous, Feisty and Fierce in February!
I知 going to try really hard to lose at least 3-4 pounds before the 27th. Keeping it off in Mexico will be fruitless, but at least I won稚 come home heavier than I am now!!

@Pearly, I always have to be careful with almond butter, it does have carbs and I cannot eat only one spoonful. I get mine freshly ground at Winco and OHMYGOODNESS is soooo good!!!!

How is your hunger today? Hope you found a way to 田urve it!

@Christy, let me know if you want to 菟art with more wedding things, got one coming up in September!
Keto rolls could you please share the recipe?
So nice to hear a great report and support from the Dr! Awesome!

@Tracy, pick (in our brains) all you want! I really like it. I have struggled though, with the protein intake and other things (shared a few days ago) but when I get my act together, it really does me well. I love being able to eat more variety of the things I really like so it makes it easier on me.
Anyways, will gladly help any way I can! Btw, so, after the lady痴 unfriendliness ;( did you get in the FB group?!

Another thing about transitioning to Keto/3.0 is that you have to be very careful, because since you were keeping the fats at a very low levels, when you start adding fats, you can gain some weight. It does level itself off and of course you star losing but it can be a bit frustrating. I can testify of that! LOL

@Rkthin, thanks for sharing about the sleep issue; taking notes!

@Ronnie, BIG congratulations in such a successful round! Girl, you are rocking it!

    P2/3.0/Keto - Overhaul!

Hi @Rachel, nice to meet you! I know menopause plays quite a number on us but clean eating does a whole lot of good.
We have all gone through the ups and downs but guess what? We CAN do this, you’ll see! Good luck on your round!

Hi @Natalie, good to see you again, have missed you! I am so sorry you are going through those situations. I am so proud of you though, for your attitude about it. The BEST if yet to come girl. In the mean time, we are all here for you! HUGS!

Hi @Randi, good to hear from you as well! I can TOTALLY relate to you on the protein macros!! I have struggled for the past few weeks but finally got my act together. I literally started all over (without loadin); recalculated, analyzed, etc.. and I can finally feel is working!
About tracking, I guess my **** OCD self really helps me on that! LOL Good luck on the fast and get in ketosis!

@Shmeans, HUGE congrats!!! So close to goal?!! That is sooo awesome!!! Yay!!!!! Sounds like you are super prepared for P3, that is awesome!!! Thanks always for your great support!

So sorry if I missed anyone. Congrats on all the loses, Onward on the nots!

AFM, enjoying the new comfy bed, and so freaking happy to say, after all the analysis, recalculations, etc., restarted on Monday and even with my back still hurting, -1 yesterday and -2 today! YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

Today, I had my BPC for breakfast, then around 3pm I had earl grey tea with HWC and vanilla sweetener (OHMYGOODSOOOOOGOOOD!!!!) (I have GOT to repeat that!!), then for dinner a burger patty on a huge bed of cruciferous crunch salad and spring mix with olive oil and sugar free dressing. So simple and so good. I am surprised at how easy it was to go through the day with only eating that and how I was not starving by the time I had dinner which ended being much later than I usually do (had hair appt after work) AND.....NOT going over my protein!!!

Restarting really feels like a total overhaul and I like it. I even stopped using the old app I had been using since 2011 and started using MFP. I know some of you will say, "what? you were not using MFP yet?!!!" LOL The other app was good and I had kept using it because of the recipes I have there but since I put myself in restart mode, I wanted to have a whole fresh start including ingredients and recipes, etc.

Tomorrow I have a work lunch meeting offsite so hopefully there is some sort of salad in the menu or anything I can at least play with on the plate, move around and have a few bites from and then say how sorry I am "my stomach doesn't feel good sorry, thank you".... Then Friday afternoon, leave for Houston for work where I will not be in control of what food I get served. DH will be with me so I am trying to figuring out how to maneuver through that. I sure do not want to ruin the results of the past days. Wish me luck!

Carol: Remember me last year at a convention, trying to peel an avocado under the table to add to my banquet 'food'? Travel is certainly a challenge!

I have been quiet today because I am NOT happy with ending this round so close and yet so far from where I want to be. I had chosen 125 because it was a doable 10 pounds for a short round, but not only did I not quite get there (BOUNCED off of 1.2 above but went Right. Back. The. $%$#% UP, so ended up more like 3.4 away) and yet I am so done with P2! And yet, my ACTUAL goal, back to where I was April a year ago, is closer to 120. I saw it on the scale last year and took a photo, but 122 was where I was for quite a while before...well, the usual. So NOT THERE YET! And Not Happy About THAT.

So, somewhat like Carol, I am rethinking and Prob Ab LEE going to restart after the weekend. I am giving myself a few days to catch my breath and get my head figured out. And to EAT FOOD. I have been hungry so much this round, I need to get that I'm Starving tension out of my back and out of my head. I have NOT been hungry ALL of the time. Just enough to color my thoughts and attitude. (Ms. C, I'll take your earlier advice.)

I will have to start on drops as I did not order new inj stuff when I was going to, but I don't want to wait 3 weeks to get started again. I will reorder, now as I do prefer injections over drops due to convenience and dose stuff. I had said I might do a round in April, but what the heck am I waiting for? I have stuff I want to do in April and P2 is not one of them! I have some events, some travel, and some fun planned. So I am not gonna wait, I'm just going to call this a PI: I transistioned appropriately, so will only be taking a 4 day PI. Won't have to load, just jump back on the horse.

But with some THOUGHTS and prep, instead of just winging it.

Question to P3.0ers---it seems as if the protocol includes fasting. Is that required or just encouraged? If I decide to go that way, I promise I will do the work and get myself educated first but I need to know the deal on that. Between my hypoglycemia and my hiatal hernia--fasting is not good for Aunt Pearlie! Also, mentally, it reminds a scary amount of old starvation dieting. So, one meal a day? Really? Is that the ONLY way to do this??? I'm thinking 2.0 works as long as I work it!

Anybody else watching Olympic skiing and hearing the announcer talking about the Norwegian woman skier named Ragnhild Mowinckel? I swear, it sounds like he is sayin Rocky And Bullwinkle every time! Just me? Oh.

Well, THAT was a lot about me, me, me! I am reading and cheering everyone on, but honestly, we have several on here now who do such great personals: all I can say is ME TOO! a lot! LOL.

I'll be around. And I'll be back!

Carol, I got in the group and figured out my Macros. I will PM you so I don't clog up the thread with dumb questions. We should start a 3.0 thread anyway

Lovely Losers - Fabulous, Feisty and Fierce in February!

Pearly: You have a way that makes me laugh!! No you do not have to do fasting. It is an option. There are lots of benefits to IF and that is why it is encouraged. I eat between a window of noon to six. Sometimes I just eat dinner if I know we are going out. I find it easy as I am not hungry at all. It痴 whatever works for you. Some people need to be medically supervised with fasting so it痴 not necessarily for everyone mainstream to try. Dr. Jason Fung is a good resource. He is a kidney specialist and helps his diabetic patients by IF and eating low carb. (Medically supervised). No need for you to fast when you know you have health issues around it.

Carol: Good job on doing a restart and you should be okay travelling as you have so many more choices.

So Tuesday night we had unexpected company. I had two vodka soda (no huge deal) but then hubby orders in Chinese!!! I don稚 even like it for the most part. I didn稚 have very much, picked around it, needless to say up 3lbs!!!!! So, yesterday I decide I am going to try the fat fast, well..........it痴 friggin hard to eat 90%fat so I ate too much cream cheese and HWC. I can have a little cheese as I know I am sensitive and of course this a.m. I am up another friggin lb!!!!!!!! Insane Inflammation!!!!

Anyway today I will carry on with one more day of these 吐at fast with no dairy and see what happens. Chug the water and flush out all the crap that was in that Chinese!!!! I should have just carried on as normal.

This just may be the 100 day round!!! Ha!

Good Successful Day to All Y誕ll!!! P2 VLCD 43/44 I have reached goal.

Pearly: So hoping unscrambling attitude and brain in this PI has you all ready and set to go with an awesome restart to get you to your fun April plans. You may not be exactly within the range you want to be but you are soooooo much better than where you were.

Carol: So happy to learn your restart has gone well after the bumps and bruises getting there; clearly worth the effort for you.

Christy: CONGRATULATIONS on that wonderful annual physical. Doesn稚 that feel fantastic?!!! Choices in the size 10s so don稚 put t h a t pair on.

Reading all of your posts. Whichever protocol you are in...you are in. Work it for you, your health, your future. We are a unique group and I have been blessed by each of you as we make these necessary life changes. Not easy. So worth it.

AFM: I had decided that the day after I hit goal would be LDD and that will be tomorrow even though my Omron scale shows that the one area that I知 not meeting is body fat percentage which is at 38.9 and should be 34.9 or lower. On the other hand it痴 telling me my body age is 56 when my actual age is 68...yeahhhh right!! LOL LOL.
