    Hi Lovelies!

Natalie, I am sorry about the boyfriend and hope you find taking care of yourself a huge joy! It sounds like you are! I am so excited for you reaching goals! Happy dance for you being in the 160's-I love that you jumped up and down in the bathroom! YEAH! You are doing this!

Carol, that is so fun your husband is getting on board with keto eating with you! I am so happy for you about that HUGE change and about your losing weight on Keto! I am so excited that you are losing weight during P3!!! This is so amazing to me because I have never lost weight in P3, and always kept below 20 g carbs per day. Keto is working so well for you! Please share all your tips as you go along. Thank you!

Charlie, please don't keep quiet when you need us! That is when you need to start writing in every day all day if you need to. We can be cheerleaders. You have SO much going on in your life all at once that every tiny step you take to take care of yourself is amazing! You are improving your life and you need to know that this is worth it because YOU are worth it!

Tanya, I hope your trip is fun!

LinderLou, I hope those last 2 lbs come off! You sound like you are in a happy place! It is good!

Robin, That is so fun you lost weight in Holland and leveled out now that you are home. I hope you feel better and the presentation goes wonderfully!

Christy, Yay for delicious loading and just a l lb. gain! Those keto cookies sound so good.

Pearly, I hope you enjoyed every bite of that salad. Sometimes a treat is worth it.

GoodK, I am happy to hear you're feeling well! Have you just switched to 2.0? I haven't tried that version (yet).

Thanks to all for the Siesta Beach links. I am reading up on the different varieties of this diet. Though I eat the original protocol foods, I have never had the grissini or milk during P2. I am going to try some gluten free grissini in the next p2 (too close to the end and don't want to mess it up now!). If you have found a gf grissini that works with the calories/no fat for P2, I would love to know. I don't do great with corn; so hopefully I can find one that's corn free too.

Hi again Lovlies! I have had a very discouraging month weight loss wise since the initial loss on beef on the 4th. I ran with the beef and stalled out going up and down a lb for days. Even when I switched back to chicken, it was a 10 day stall. So it was probably just my body taking its time letting go of the fat. I finally just started losing again, down 2.4 lbs. since the 4th. In just a few weeks I will be in P3! I'm looking forward to it! I'm planning on going until a week after the next TOM due the end of this month. I have felt great and haven't been hungry except for one night I joined a discussion on favorite pizza flavors! Ha! My stomach started growling, LOUDLY. I'm really looking forward to getting into a daily real workout that I am going to work toward a lifelong habit! Need to make it fun and doable. Have a sweet day Lovlies!

No, I did 2.0 my last few rounds and it worked out much better for me. The switch this round is the low carb/high fat diet while keeping to 800 calories. I feel a bit like I'm doing a science experiment so I'll wait until the end of the round to decide if it's my new 'plan'. Good luck on finding a grissini that works for you. That little bit of food was the highlight of my day when I did OP.

Siesta beach didn't really work for me either. I lost a couple pounds, then stalled. Probably too much fat. I'm interested in what the other gals are doing though! Keep us posted.
AFM: fatter than ever!! LOVELY LOSERS are Jazzy and Joyful in JULYand no time for a round. I'm so jealous of all you girls losing weight! Cheering you on, but green with envy!

Christy – That loading weekend sounds overwhelming! I don’t think I could eat that much food in 14 days, let alone two! Sounds like you enjoyed it though and are off full force today on a great P2.

Robin – welcome back! Hope your presentation went well.

Nat – 169! YAY and dancing here for you too. With your mindset, I’ll be you’ll make 160 before your reunion. And baggy clothes are the BEST!

P – Never had a Panera salad, but understand being chopped out on salad & fixin’s. My salads now a days are just a handful of bagged salad with avocado on top. Then blue cheese or ranch dressing (sf, or course) and we’re good to go. Yes, bottom half of the decade is a much better place to be than the top half.

Karma – Hoping your keto P2 experiment works for you. Great that you are feeling strong and sleeping well.

Charlie – Hang in there. Give yourself a pat on the back for being determined and starting over soon.

Hcgsunshine – Sorry to hear you’re having a discouraging month and the stalls. Glad that you’ve started losing again. Hoping you finish the round strong.

AFM: Those darn two pounds are still here! I have been so good, and water, water, water. At least it isn’t multiplying! I also have to remind myself that I DID drop 5.5 lbs over the July 4th weekend for no apparent reason and have kept some of that off. Maybe it is just some of those pounds trying to come back… Still well under LDW, so no worries there. Was wanting to hang onto the 130s as my new set point. (Yes, that fixation on a number.) Next round…

Was going through some old paperwork/computer files today and found my notes from 2001/2003 when I did Atkins. I remember starting in early October (stats say @ 178), only weighed once a week, and lost 22 lbs in a WHOLE YEAR! OMG! After that I continued, but didn’t really lose any more for another 8 months (I’m a glutton for punishment, I guess) and stabilized at 155. Lowest I got was 151, and now I am complaining about not staying in the 130s! Funny how your perspective changes. Thank goodness for HCG and all of the phases that go along with it – AND THIS FORUM. Hugs and high fives all around!

Hi Everyone! I've been on and off this forum for the last 6 years and have had some great and not so great success with HCG. Before everything changed in 2012 - homeopathic HCG changed my life as I went from 221 to 155! I then tried rx injections from a local clinic, which didn't work for me at all. From there I went back to homeopathic drops for a few rounds and lost a few lbs here and there (not really believing there was any HCG in there at all). I am now on my ? round and would like to drop another 30lbs (I'm 5'4 and 155#). Had my son's wedding this summer, Dad's 80th birthday weekend and found myself up 10 lbs from my LDW of 155 ending 4/8. I was able to maintain until a little before 7/1, when I decided to call NuImage and get a round of rx injections. I never have mixed before as my previous injections were pre-made for me. Dose is 2.0, keeping it in the fridge and my first week I lost 9lbs. 2nd week lost 3.5lbs and STALL. My measurements have not changed, I am drinking 4-24oz containers of water, having either an orange or 1/2 grapefruit for lunch, 100 oz of chicken and cucumbers for lunch, 100 oz white fish for dinner and spinach, tomatoes or cabbage for dinner. Desert are my 6 strawberries. Is my dosage right as NuImage says I need to incorporate more vegies into my day as they think I may not be eating enough...yes some days I'm hungry and never experienced hunger on HCG before. Your help would be sooooooooo appreciated! Frustrated in Florida

I'll start by saying I'm no expert but that dose seems high. I did my first rounds with a naturopath and received pre-mixed injections that were 2.0 (or 200). I found I was hungry and reduced the dose to 1.25 (or 125) after reading the suggestions on this site. It made a huge difference to my hunger and I've stuck with that dose since that time.

Thank you! How do I know the right dose? Does this mean that my 1st 17 days were wrong and can this hurt my losses?

Good, Oh I love learning from experiments. Thank you for sharing your journey! Did you find your weight stayed stable after a round of 2.0 as well as OP?

Randi, you are beautiful, but I hope you can get the lbs. off soon!

Linder, I had a similar experience with Atkins. Low carb worked for me when I was younger, but not in my 40's, and I couldn't believe I stuck with it for several years without losing before coming back to HCG!

Hi Debbi, nice to meet you! I have only done homeopathic, and you are right it has to have hcg. I am going to have to find a new brand when I run out since mine is no longer made. When I did this diet before in my early 40's I didn't have these long stalls, but now in my mid 40's I stalled in the 2nd week, too. It still comes off just as well in the end though. I stall, then lose several lbs. for days, then stall and it all starts coming off again. I hope you get the right dose and foods! I lose best when I vary my food choices. Too much beef or tomato stalls me, and I find I lose best when I eat apple/chicken/spinach and then apple/chicken/celery or radishes. I love cabbage and eat way too much of that and still lose, but the spinach and celery seem to be good for losses, and I should probably eat more lettuce.

Yes, I haven't had a problem with stabilizing. If I gained any weight between rounds it was purely because I ate crap and drank too much. Once I got back on track I would drop back down.
