great snack ideas but if I need to increase the protein...celery won't do it. last week I looked up alternative protein ideas...it was all grain base..well that does me no good.
Apparently i have a new problem laid out before me and I need to find a way to balance my motherhood and my health and my money.

Protein...it's what's for dinner, but it doesn't gotta be steak
Sitting here eating raw pecans... But I admit it's not for the protein as much as it is to keep me out of something worse.
