I'm glad I'm not the only one! I am LOVING the 2.0 version of hcg. I've always done OP. I don't feel as deprived. Still no alcohol, but hell, my body could do without it for a while anyway. I need to read up on FMD. I already have Trim Healthy Mama but not really sure what I'd like to do for long term maintenance. The more you know the better I guess. And yes...40's are much different. I gain 5 lbs just looking at a piece of cheesecake. LOL

VITACOST! I've been buying 90% of my supps from them for a decade. Also things like Vanilla creme stevia, cassava root flour, almond flower, large bottles of coconut aminos (that I can't get in local grocery stores). Matter of fact, I just had UPS break a 17 oz bottle of coconut aminos on my last order. Vitacost replaced it within the week - no questions asked.

I ordered my MCT oil from them and it was delivered fast and no leakage. I'm going to order coconut aminos through them as well. Still deciding on what type of Magnesium to go with...but I have about 5 things in my cart thus far and super excited!

EDIT: What coconut aminos do you get? Coconut Secret? I've tried all three kinds and love em all but it's kind of pricey!

Ok, now I have to ask: What are coconut aminos used for?

It's not p2 Original Protocol (just fyi) but it's a healthier substitute for soy sauce. I LOVE them and I use a small amount during P2 without consequences and all the time out of P2.

Yes, I use Coconut Secret. I love it. We put it in our grilled hamburgers ALL the time, P2 or not. Tonight I'm using it over my riced cauli & veg. We love it.

(did I say we love it. Oh yeh, I did. BTW we love it)

Nat, there are 100's of magnesiums out there - you need to find your best, BUT for reliable Boom-Shaka-laka in the mornings, I take 2 of these each night.

I get it at Costco but Nature Made is available tons of places.

So are coco aminos different from Bragg's liquid aminos? That's what I've always used???

    Good morning!
Natalie ~ my naturopath recommends magnesium gel or oil for better absorption into your system. He says it is best to bypass the digestive system. I guess that is good if you are not wanting it exclusively for digestive issues...

I love coconut aminos ~ yummmmmm

All of this talk about other protocols has me so interested in checking them out but OP works so well for me I'm afraid to try anything different. Losing 10.2# in 8 days is hard for me to argue with.

    Have a terrific Tuesday all!

Gigi I would say you have found what works for you! That is a great loss.

I should look into the soy sauce alternative. My son loves soy sauce on his rice and he drowns it. Now if I could only get it into the soy sauce bottle so he won't know he's using something else

VLCD 1 for me! I'm ready and willing and able to proceed. It's been so long I had to look up the protocol again. I really thought I had my failed round summer 2017 but it was summer 2016. Time moves along way too quickly!
    2018 Round:
    128.4 - 126.2 Week 1 not at all OP
    Day 8 - 125.0

    2015 Round: 129 -115
Maintained at or below 120 until 2017
