The prob as I've come to know it about mag citrate is how it does no favors for the ceruloplasmin enzyme. Say, what? It's related to iron in our body... I'm reducing mine because it was too high--and for all I know, the reason the MRI showed plaques--hence the MS diagnosis. 1991--when really it was iron deposits!
So to not get too far from this forum, here's a thought provoking article:

Uh...yeah...NO.
200 grams of CHICKEN is 7 ounces. 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of Chicken has 28 grams of protein. Or 20 or 34, depending on which website you get when you Google it, but not 100 g of protein in 100g of chicken. This is for chicken breast. Chicken thigh slightly less at 23 grams. Or 25 or 22... again, depends on the website.
This is what you meant, I bet. But it is confusing, as on this protocol, 'protein grams' mean just that, not the protein SOURCE grams.

Thanks For the concern Carry! So far I am feeling fine. I woke up this morning and I'm down ~1.5 pounds from yesterday. So far so good, I have been very careful to look for signs of unexpected effects but I am luckily completely well.
To add on to this, this is what I had Monday.

Has a firmer/chewier texture than I'm accustomed. Taste was different, too, but that's OK. It was good.

I just started what I am calling round 1 as it has been about 7 years since my last round, and I have gained ALL of my weight back. Loaded Friday and Saturday, and I found this website because I need accountability...already started to cheat yesterday, but stopped myself after a few bites... I am committed to stay the course until my drops run out, and will purchase injections for round 2.
I was successful with losing weight years ago with HCG (homeopathic drops) years ago, with Mediral Homeopathic Drops. Before they became difficult to obtain in the US...
I am back at my highest weight ever...

Just make sure you're getting enough protein.
[200gr of chicken is about 46 gram of protein.]
