    Hi Gwenna! Isn't this exciting! I have a long way to go too! We're both in the 200 range so I will be rooting for us both to get down to goal!

    Thank you Shmeans! This is the longest bug. I'm feeling almost normal now, just still using boxes of tissues. I don't believe I've ever gone through so many boxes, and multiply that by all of us going through this-we actually laughed!

    Hey, so many familiar faces! Yay! (Well, for my sake, glad to see you . For your sakes, many wishes to you all to lose the weight, keep it off for ever and just stop by to say hi once in a while!) A shout out to all new posters, previous posters and continuous posters! I will try to be a better Loser and be here for you through the good and the bad. You are all precious!

    I am just catching up reading the June thread. I missed most of April and all of May.

    Quick aside before I forget: ( I may be too late, but hope you have not wasted all that HCG!) LovelyLady, you can pull your syringes and freeze them for a round later on. I and others have had great success doing so. Just thaw one overnight in the fridge before using, or stick into a cup of room temp water. Just so you thaw it back to liquid before using.

    Those of you who are new: I have been on this thread since God made dirt. I have done multiple rounds to maintain my first large 50+pound loss from 2013. I have stayed around a size 6 all that time, but have had several 10-15+ pound gains that I had to go after again. Usually, there were health related reasons for the gains that I could "blame," but always have taken the pounds off again.

    From June 17 to Feb 18 I struggled constantly, and tried P2 over and over with little success or had losses and gained again immediately. After years of using injections, I had switched to drops and had a difficult time getting the dose right and also was getting so discouraged. I finally decided drops were great for others, but not for me. I am not blaming them for my gains, just that I had such a hard time with dosage.

    So sometime in Feb, I sort of just lost it. I was going to give myself one week of eating whatever the *&*! I wanted, and started with donuts and went on from there. Well, long story short (TOO LATE!) I ended up giving myself 3 months off, not one week! Part of it was that I was finally diagnosed with bronchitis, that I'd had since around the first of the year, and that was part of my tiredness, crankiness and general I Don't Give a Flying YouKnowWhat attitude.

    I've given myself ANOTHER month to get over that and get stronger again, which I think I have.

    I think.

    I am up 26.2 pounds. Oh joy.

    I am just looking at doing a 30 day round and trying for a reasonable 15 pounds. Then I will think what to do about the other 11 or so. Baby steps.

    I have looked and looked at keto assisted Hcg, and can't wrap my head around it. So, I am doing good old 2.0 which has worked well for me in the past. If I don't see the usual results, I will cut back to OP.

    I mixed this a.m. and am loading today and tomorrow.

    Someone remind me how long after taking hcg I should wait to take blood tests? I am due for them, and can't remember if I have to wait a week, 3 weeks, or what.

    Sigh.

    My apologies for running away to the circus for a while there. I was just overwhelmed and needed a break. But reading up on all, it feels like home.

    I'm baaaaaaaack! Onward.

    PearlyMae - how awesome that you lost so much and maintained so long. I am sure you can do it again now. I am intending to do 2.0 as fruit does not agree with me. I am hoping it will work put. I have a plan and a grocery list for Friday. I have used keto to lose in the past but find the carbs creep in and the weight goes back up. I need to do better and hope this time is it.

    Hey Lovely Losers! It’s been a couple of weeks for me since checking in. Glad to see everyone pushing towards their goals!

    Damselflydiva – Sorry to hear about your mother. How did your first week on P2 go? Good job staying on protocol during your son’s birthday!

    Tanyamac – How’s P3 treating you, hun? Have you found more things to eat, since things had gotten monotonous?

    Beachy – Didn’t realize you’ve lost so much weight with HCG! How may rounds did it take for you to get the bulk of the weight off? I see you had a lot of success with extended rounds using hhcg, and with all my research I find that most people who do extended rounds are using drops. I’m on shot 36, still thinking about what I’m gonna do. Hope you’re feeling better and your weight is no longer in flux. What does your Fat Fast entail?

    Kar – How’s P3 coming along? Looks like you’re doing fabulous without need of a correction day! And remaining below LDW! Good job!

    Jenya – So sorry to hear about your sister and over domestic violence!!! My condolences, love! Thanks for posting the link explaining the “whoosh” and the list of salad dressings compiled from forum members! I’ve never mad my own salad dressing, but I’m thinking of doing so. And like you, dairy causes me weight gain, as much as I love cheese, ice cream, and milkshakes. :-(

    t1ghtwad – How’s P3 coming along? Has your 8 lbs come all the way off yet?

    Christy824 – Hate that you didn’t lose much during P2. But that’s the thing with HCG – any little thing can trigger weight gains and stalls. I’m sure you’ll do better next time. Never made my own salad dressing, but I’m thinking of doing so. Have any good recipes to share to the endless list of salad dressing that Jenya posted?

    Shmeans – That’s gotta be torture having a splint and wrap covered hand to elbow! Hope you have a speedy recovery, love! Did you ever figure out how much it weighs? Did your weigh-ins fluctuate? Just sprained my ankle today and I’m so worried that I’m going to gain weight tomorrow from inflammation. On another note, how’s the Blood Type Diet been working for you?

    JessieB – Good to see the steak day worked very well for you! Glad you included the apple last minute!

    Gwenna – Hey there! Welcome back to P2! Hope it goes well for you, hun!

    Pearlymae – Thanks for the tip! I’m on shot 36, so it’s not too late! Definitely gonna freeze some syringes for a round later on! I was apprehensive about how well that would work, but I’ll take your word for it! Glad you’re getting back to it after your 26 lb gain. That's a big deal getting down to a size 6 and staying there! You’ll be back there in no time. AFM, hoping to get there myself!

    AFM...

    Tomorrow is shot 36, and I can tell that TOM is on her way! I've skipped during TOM, so this may just prolong my round even more, and I'm okay with that.

    I'm worried about tomorrow's weigh-in, because I sprained my ankle AND scraped my knee (trying to be cute in heels), so with all that inflammation, I'm almost afraid to step on the scale tomorrow. Treated the scrape promptly, and been icing and elevating my ankle. Also took a natural anti-inflammatory (serrapeptase), potassium, and magnesium. We'll see how it goes.

    Besides that, my weight has been coming off pretty consistently, especially since I'm on a new vial. Doubled up the bac water on this vial, so I'm injecting at 250 instead of 125, which I think is working in my favor as well.

    Looking forward to P3. Have already been making plans for it -- jotting down all the foods I'll be allowed to eat. I can't wait!

    I suspect it's the BBQ sauce and not so much of the brisket... IMO.

    Tanya - I've been eating Texas BBQ Brisket for 50+ years - I should have known better!!
    Doing a correction day and seeing NOTHING come from it - frustrating! The only ones that still work for me are Steak Days and Full Fat Fage days . . . and then, with both, I never get more than a 1.5 pound correction, which I never know how long will last. It is tough to see the scale dip down, then hop right back up in 48 hours.

    Must dash . . . . everyone be a LOSER!

    Here we go! Loading over, first day of VLCD.

    Our cook (Don't hate me, but I work for a place that includes my lunch with the residents who live here) came dragging in today and said, If I didn't mind, all she wanted to cook today was some grilled chicken to put on a bed of lettuce with a few strawberries. I said, well, just give me a little red wine vinegar for mine, and I suppose that will do. HA! Perfecto!

    I brought a hard boiled egg whites to start the day, but have not had time to put a bite in my mouth! Busy busy day. Sheesh.

    Aw Pearly {{sends a hug}} .....having had to do several re-do rounds and knowing how hard the decision to start is, I so admire that you are getting back on the horse again. It's a daunting decision, to be sure. I always spend the couple days before feeling like I want to back out.

    But thankfully, we have the confidence that if we just put in the time, we will reap the reward. Hope your P2 is super comfortable and peaceful!

    ((Sigh)) Up 3 lbs this morning...another steak day! How in the world does one gain 3 lbs in one day without eating carbs and sugar? Yesterday I was down 1.6...of course that felt good but it would be nice to get off the roller coaster and be on stable ground. Only 5 days away from entering P4...not feeling very confident about adding those a foods at all!!!
