    Lovely Losers are Magically Miniaturizing in May!

    I think anything above 75 is hot! BUT, I LOVE IT!! In SD on the coast it rarely gets above 80. Maybe a total of 10 days per year are higher than 80. But drive 5 miles inland and it gets hot (above 80,) almost every day June-October.
    All the inland people are flocking to the coast cuz they're melting, and the get here and it's drizzling! Swear to God. It's so weird here!! Lovely Losers are Magically Miniaturizing in May!

    this really belongs in the medical forum. Ovarian hyper stimulation is rare on the hcg diet, but is a possibility especially if you have experienced it before. You should check with your doctor before doing the hcg protocol if you are worried. It can be very painful and possibly life threatening, so it's not something to mess around with. Hope this helps. :-).

    Kansas & Pearly: I meant NOP because I had 2 whole eggs once and last night I had 3 egg whites. I'm just not eating the OP ratio he mentions

    SGR: That sounds like what I'm doing. P2 with mini breaks until I reach goal. You're not that far away so maybe if you take another break before your wedding then go back to P2 you'll be there

    AFM: Yep, yesterday was another LDW for me. 131.8 yesterday and today I'm 131.2. I made the meringue cookies last night. It was a nice change. I may try having a chicken salad today for lunch then eggs for dinner. I just want P3 foods right now so I'll probably do a PI or cycle or whatever you wanna call it until after vacation then go back to P2 to get into the 120's.

    AFM=I am on a weight see-saw. Up. Down. Up. Down.

    I never liked the see-saw. SO Boring.

    So I’m UP to 173.8 – 1.5 pound gain!

    Fitday numbers – cals/carbs 1420/25, Fat 73%, Protein 21%/ Carbs 6%
    Food was grilled chicken, avocado for lunch; bacon, lettuce, tomato salad for dinner, with oil/vinegar dressing and 2 T sunflower seeds.

    I did NOT expect to go up this morning.

    Sorry, gotta cut this short – Meeting in 30 minutes, have to get lunch for in an hour. I’ll check back later.

    Yay, Pearly! Good job!!

    Christy: The only thing I see with your normal #'s is that you have a super high fat content, which is normally not bad if your carbs are as low as yours. It's stumping me unless the fat is too high? Who knows.

    Pearl: good job! That's so awesome! I wish my body would start behaving that way. Since I've been seeing the high 40s body has wanted to sneak back up. I'm going to try swearing off all starches except sweet potato and may try quinoa, or longer P3 and then only those two starches. I've found a couple of good starch subs like edamame pasta. I saw on amazon that they've come out with a fettucini version. It's soo good, but it's soooo filling. I'm usually stuffed after a small serving, so that's a bummer. (I know, you're like "why are you talking to me about edamame pasta??")

    Pro: I hear ya. That's where I'm at every time the last 3 rounds I get to 149 I'm feeling so done it's soo hard to stay the course. I've stopped at 148 last couple of rounds. But my body wanted to sneak back up so hence another round. Can never get back there without a round. Even though I've tried mightily.

    AFM: down another 1lb this morning! I'm at 149.5! So from here on out I consider it new territory! I'm feeling really good and solid right now. Planning on doing a mini break in a week and a half since we're going to a baseball game and I was thinking I might be done this weekend, but have decided to stay on it longer. Going to enjoy Memorial day bbq and all that and then possibly go until June 10. Hopefully I can keep my head in the game. The 2.0 is definitely giving me just a small enough amount of variety to keep myself focused.

    Great job, Sugar!!! Woohoo!!! I definitely understand where you're coming from. I normally start about 10 lbs. less than I did this round so I'm thinking "why am I not at goal yet???" then I remember I started way higher than normal. A break may be something that could help you lose better when you start back up. That's what it did for me. I lost about 7 lbs. in just over a week after my PI.

    no loss today, gonna bump my calories back up to 14-1500 and see if that works. I seem to lose with more calories.

    pic of my garden. glad you cant see the weeds. theyre bad! hoping son, will chop down that big tall ornamental grass today.
    Doing a flea Market this weekend, hoping Monday and Tuesday to work in my garden. supposed to rain,

    I'll see how it goes from here. I'm expecting slow losses from this point on so if not then bonus. Between now and June 10 I just plan on a meal break here and there. Basically Friday night at the game and then Memorial day. June 10 may be a PI or not depending on where I'm at at the end of June. That should give me until June 24 to decide, although I'd really rather not. We're going out of town last part of June so I need to be in P3 during that and so who knows. I should be down to 145 by next friday so that would be awesome. That's my goal for now, so anything lower is more bonus. I'd love to be at 135 but I'm okay with any number between 135-145.

    This is part of my garden. Mostly herbs here, and flowers. It's taken off like a jungle this year, iv would guess from the hot days, then rain. The Lemon balm is coming up like crazy everywhere it's not supposed to.

    shoot..someone lost... for them...( on laptop and can't scroll back to see who said what)

    so another chilly day...hubby and Vin at OSU orientation.. my guess is all is going well...he seems like he got accepted in the Fisher Business school for his economic degree.

    laundry and house cleaning today since the trip to cleveland took longer than I expected yesterday.

    Feeling good...back on track...first day of TOM...so that makes everything better. 2 more weeks takes me to 100 days. Which was my minimum goal...120 would be max. getting there..

    otherwise a quiet day...kids have a game night tonight...date night...etc...
