    Hello Everyone!

    New to the forum and this thread... but not new to HCG. This will be my 4th round. Gained 30 of the 50 I lost last year, and trying to reverse the damage by sticking to protocol this time and do a better job maintaining.

    Started at 210.8, did 100% clean loading, and only gained 0.2 lb -- and I ate ALOT! In previous rounds, I've gained as much as 7 lbs., so I was shocked.

    Just finished my first week. Dropped 7.4 lbs. (which took me over 2 weeks to do in previous rounds). So far, I'm definitely seeing the difference by being super disciplined with protocol (and not using water pills or phen, as I've done before). Sadly, playing tennis this weekend caused a little gain and had me weak the next day. Learned my lesson with that, so I'll try best to not be so active.

    Enjoying reading about everyone's journeys and hope to make some connections. This isn't the easiest diet in the world, but the loss is sooooo worth it! xoxo

    AFM: Down 1.2 today. Weird but I'll take it! I'm going to try using almond flour tonight to make a pizza crust so we'll see how that goes. I need some psyllium husk powder but I'll make do with what I have for now Trip is tomorrow! I'm going to start using the motion sickness patches tonight and replace it before going on roller coasters Thursday. Hopefully it works! If nothing else, I'll take something else with them since they're all natural.

    Almond flour for pizza crust sounds lovely! Little to no carbs, I assume? I would love to try that during P3/P4. Are you using the psyllium husk powder for the dough? Or for regularity?

    Are you using a Fat Head Dough recipe?

    I made no carb everything bagels with almond flour and they were seriously amazing. The BEST fake bread I've ever had

    Welcome lovely!
    I'm day 3 of stall. And oh so hungry! I worked very hard I'm my garden the last 2 days, so I've probably burned all my calories and more!
    Hopefully I will have a drop tomorrow. I do feel so much better with the 8lbs I have lost, though.

    P2 Slump

    Charlie, I'm sorry your going through this difficult period. *hugs*


    hcgpro, you always have some tasty yummy P3 food. mhhhmmmm. Sometimes I think we all get tooooo good at P3, ha! I want all the recipes for bagles and cauliflower french fries. I think P3 is like two weeks max away.


    This whole week as been a bust for me. I've been bouncing up and down since Thursday. I know I have sore muscles from softball, and I know my son got me sick and I now have a cold, but I want a real loss now please! TOM is a couple days away and that usually causes me to stop losing for a day or so as well so this round is really slowing down for me. I may not even have a full week left, and on one had I'm glad to be done this round and on the other I really wanted to get under 150. I've been bouncing between 153 and 152, sitting at 152.8 today.

    Hey y'all. I can't even count how many rounds I've done and the money I've spent on hcg lol. Last year was my most successful round ever. Went from 173 to 151. So here I am again hoping I've learned my final lesson about eating this way should be a life choice. I started Monday and didn't even weigh because it's too depressing for me. Today I'm 171. Suffering from hcg flu and been on couch most of the day. I have 30 more days til my vacation and a fresh new vial. Hoping to connect with this group and get some motivation. I don't have anymore room for cheats ro failure. Mind over matter!! Nice to meet all of you... I'm from Houston so HOWDY!

    Well, ive been at 151.2 for 3 days. Finally woke up to a whopping .2 loss! Whoo hoo!
    Not really, trying to be positive over that one! Thankful it wasnt a 10 day stall!
    We're in the same boat Sarah!
    Whats interesting is i can now wear my 12 comfortably but got into my a pair of 8 capris today. Comfortably. All in the brand....

    Day 15, 8 lb loss.

    Tanya, congrats on those size 8s!!
    Thanks for sharing how many rounds you've done. I felt great in lower 150s but 145 is where I wanna be and then build up muscle tone. I love keto. Not sure why I keep doing this to myself. I'm so unhappy on the inside. I just feel gross.

    Stalling is the worst. It's discouraging. I feel it's like a test to see if you can stick thru. Congrats on the 8 lbs and size 8!

    SuzzeQ. i'm also going for 145-140. thats where i am happiest. I plan on doing keto, i did try before this but constantly was sabatoged
    by hubby and myself! not prepared ever. So my plan is to be prepared!!

    Welcome suzzeq! We’re in the same boat, as I’ve tried HCG in the past, lost a nice amount of weight, but here I am back again. Unlike the previous times, I’m following protocol 100%, and cant believe how much better my losses are! I’m so determined to keep it off this time. In fact, I tell myself: “This will be the LAST time that I lose weight.” Lol... And even though it’s not literal, I refuse to continue to yo-yo for the rest of my life like I have for the past 15 years. This is it! Im on day 10 of P2. Wbu?

    Hey Tanya!!!! So glad you finally got out of your stall. I know you wish it was more, but glad you’re moving in the right direction nonetheless. Fingers crossed, you’ll have a great leap tomorrow to make up for the past days of stalling.

    AFM... I’m pushing along very well. So proud of myself with how diligent I’ve been following protocol and meal prepping. I’ve gone to a party and out of town, but brought my shots and meals, refusing to let anything throw me off. I’m shocked with how disciplined I’ve been, but I believe that if I’m disciplined through the toughest time (P2), I’ll do a better job maintaining.

    Tonight, I’m trying something new... lettuce wrapped tacos. Trying to decide if I’ll also make fish or chili, so I’ll have a littler variety from now through the weekend.
