That's my M.O. Pearly! I ALWAYS fly under the radar!
I didn't weigh this weekend, plus I'm rogue so I don't really talk about my food. BUT! I will say, I made Christy's chicken baked with salsa, and oh my!! It is so good! I used 5 boneless skinless breasts, and one container of fresh salsa from sprouts plus some chicken broth. 3 hours on high in the crock pot, then shredded. I used the liquid in soup. So good!! I've been munching on that whenever I get hungry. Plus I made tuna with tons of veggies. Cucumber, celery, onion, carrot, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, fresh parsley. Pretty good on baby greens. (I put 2 Tbsp of mayo in with all that and 2 cans of tuna. Like I said, I'm rogue like that!)
