That's my M.O. Pearly! I ALWAYS fly under the radar!
I didn't weigh this weekend, plus I'm rogue so I don't really talk about my food. BUT! I will say, I made Christy's chicken baked with salsa, and oh my!! It is so good! I used 5 boneless skinless breasts, and one container of fresh salsa from sprouts plus some chicken broth. 3 hours on high in the crock pot, then shredded. I used the liquid in soup. So good!! I've been munching on that whenever I get hungry. Plus I made tuna with tons of veggies. Cucumber, celery, onion, carrot, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, fresh parsley. Pretty good on baby greens. (I put 2 Tbsp of mayo in with all that and 2 cans of tuna. Like I said, I'm rogue like that! Lovely Losers - Magnificent, Marvelous and Motivated for March)

    STARTING WEIGHT: 157.4 (LIW 150)
    HEIGHT: 5'-9"
    GOAL WEIGHT: 145

Randi - now I also add 4 or 5 T of Jalapeno Mustard to the chicken - WOOOOOO! Talk about livening up a plain salad!

This is the collages that I was given by my mom done by her late husband. There are a few more that I'm putting in the estate sale. but these are mine. The little purse at the top was a gift from my sister. It is actually 3 different pieces.

Is it not necessary to refrigerate? I just read on this forum that I should and I never questioned why.

I don't keep my drops in the fridge either.
You must keep injections in the fridge though!

I've never done anything but drops. Never keep them in the fridge. It won't hurt (I don't think), but it won't matter either way.

That's the difference - I use injections so good thing I kept them in the fridge. I didn't realize drops didn't require refrigeration. Maybe I'll try drops next round.

AFM - Down 12.8 in two weeks so I'm VERY pleased.
    Good Karma

Those are cool art pieces Pamla! Your apartment is coming together with all of your found items, and now this! I love the exposed brick too.

Pamla those are beautiful. I love them!

AFM: P3, Day 4 and I'm at .6 below LDW so I'm happy.
I've added the following and had no issue so far:
    HWC
    Mayo
    Feta cheese
    Cheddar cheese
    Bacon
Gyro meat (lol we had Greek salad with Gyro meat both days for lunch we were out of town)

Today I may make these "lemon cheese cake fat bombs" I found on pinterest and try cream cheese and coconut oil to see how I react to those

Oh, that Gyro Meat sounds fantastic. I wasn't even thinking of the options I'll have in P3. And, the Lemon Cheese Cake Fat Bombs...those sound heavenly. Only a couple more days to the last dose. I'm getting nervous. I'm 3.2 pounds from my Round 1 Goal. I may hang on til I hit that...but I have a very short window...Sunday at the latest...that will give me a few days to adjust before traveling. I am so anxious/nervous about starting a new phase. This was hard...but easy. Once you get over the low calories...it's autopilot. Making choices...although wonderful...adds that element of uncertainty. I think P3 is where you really need the support of friends.

BTW...great job staying below LDW. Refresh my memory....is LDW....the low weight on the morning after the last VLCD?

AFM - BACK UP to 166.0

    SCARY.jpg

THAT is exactly how I feel.

Got a work to-do list as long as your arm, which is good (busy at work is always good), but means I can't dawdle today.

    Love you all!
