Good to see everybody! Hope ya'll are hanging in there. I really, really miss P2 and this P3/P4 thing is really difficult for me this round. I've been stress eating or skipping meals, imbibing a little too much, not getting enough sleep, procrastinating...What is my problem? I need to get it together and try not to get too far outside LDW. I didn't weigh in this morning (waaaaaa) but I did have an inflammation smoothie. My tummy is killing me and all I want to do is take a nap until I feel normal again. I'm working on a few sewing projects and another work expo this week so that will keep me distracted enough (I HOPE!) to not have time to be tempted by poor food/beverage choices.

    Slay it today!

WTG Polly! It must have been your preventative bundlings!!! (((Snow))). You could go roll in it after the detox bath.

Nat...You are stepping up. You’ve got this. (((Working Through)))

    Christy...Awesome new round!!! (((WTG)))

Randi...my nails look like I’ve done projects but nothing here. These projects are all beautiful. (((P3)))

KD...Looks like your losses are great. You’ll get some experienced injection feedback, I’m sure. (((progress)))

tanya...how are you doing getting going again. (((P2)))

AFM...Down only .2 today but 3 consecutive loser days after a 1 week stall so yay yay yippee. Today is Last Dose Day and then 3 Phase Off 500 calories days. Hubs’ face positively lit up when I told him I’d be moving into P3 20 days ahead of schedule. I’ve never done such a short P2...kinda scary but it is what it is. Blessings for all y’all. ❤️✝️

Nat - don't fret - you'll get ready mentally (we all know this is mainly a MENTAL game) and then you will crush it yourself. Give yourself a break. I usually go right into a P2 in September, but it took me an additional month to prep myself. Good thing about that, Jim decided to join me because through end of August/Sept he was really pushing himself to exercise more and lost ZERO pounds. So waiting worked for us both.

Shmeans - congrats on last day. Don't worry about doing a shorter P2 - concentrate on getting through those P2 days w/o hcg (the hardest in my opinion!) and E.A.S.Y transition to P3. Take it slow, keep it clean, check your foods, stabilize.

I'm really feeling more and more positive about numerous short rounds instead of agonizing long ones, but that may be simply due to my chicken protein aversion problem I get after about 20 days. I have read other Forum members talking about how they LIKE being in P2 better because they don't have to worry at all about what to eat. That's not me!

P - Snow? Wow. It will be 97 freaking degrees in FTW today. Heat/humidity index? 100. Yeh, I'd take some snow-ish weather over that anytime. I am SO ready for Fall.

I guess I actually should be grateful for the hateful hot weather. It keeps me from wanting to make Chili, since I can't have that in P2 anyway (well, I can't have MY chili).

    Hi Everyone! Happy Monday!

Quick check in. Had company over the weekend. Did not weigh Sunday, but down -0.2 today to 131.1. Still a downward trajectory, so it's all good! I've got 3 more doses to break into the 120s.

Busy work week, so will try to do personals later.

    Keep on keepin' on losing!

I'm winding down on P2 after starting Sept 20th. I find that I do better on the shorter rounds. And I have a special event coming up this Saturday at a restaurant where P2 food will be non-existent. I've been doing HCG 2.0 for almost 2 full shorter rounds starting in July. I'm also working on my gut health after a round of A/B left me wiped out last March. And I have had intestinal yeast overgrowth since grade school! (Decades!) I don't use much of the MCT Oil on P2 unless I'm frying jumbo Scallops. I've been using a lot of Amazing Grass Watermelon flavored Green Superfood morning and night to wash down my supplements. No fruit or breads otherwise. Lots of shrimp, scallops, cod & Skip-Jack tuna (TJ's) and a little chicken or beef and lean ham on my salads. And this round I also started drinking lots of Bone Broth (Fire & Kettle Chicken/Mushroom YUM!) for my gut. And I make Ranch Dressing for salads using Fage 0% along with Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese plus seasonings. The dressing counts as part of my allowed Protein for the day. I have lost 17 lbs in 19 days this round--37 total since July. I forgot my injection today...tomorrow was going to be my last one for this round then keep eating P2 for 3 more days. So I'm tempted to just transition 2 days sooner but not sure it's the smartest thing I've done this week!

I love 2.0 because I can eat as much protein as I need to be satisfied. I'll eat a 1/3 or 1/2 a pound of cold cooked shrimp and not even count them like on OP (Allowed 4 or 5 individual shrimps on OP!). So many more food options as long as you count those carbs and fat calories! The only time I struggled was when I was baking for my son who was visiting...a few of his favorite things...and I found myself licking the Coconut Pecan frosting off my fingers and asking myself why I was torturing myself like this! Despite that stupidity, it's still been a good 2nd round so far.

Loved the Kitchen pics!! I love white cabinets and wood floors and those tiles are gorgeous!!

WHY DID I NOT THINK OF THIS??????

I make Ranch + Fage dressing for salad ALL. THE. TIME. when in P3. Thank you for reminding me about this combo - I have a huge container of Fage 0% at home (it works well for me on P2 with Stevia Vanilla Creme + 3T of DaVinci SF Peach Syrup - YUMMY!) and several packets of Ranch dressing and Ranch for Greek Yogurt.

I know what I'll be having for dinner tonight!

    Hey Everyone!

I'm doing great, Doc phasing me off the lexipro this week and will start a round to get rid of the weight I have gained in the 4 months of meds. I'm doing pellets this time and was looking for a thread with more info but not finding one. Can anyone direct me?

Why can't I be one of those people who's symptoms are weight loss and not weight gain??????

almost 20lbs in 4 months plus digestive issues I'm so looking forward to getting it off! And I've been mostly P3 eating with only a few exceptions and working out about 5 times a week at gym with a good trainer.

Situation still the same with Hubs, still married and I go to my therapist plus he has me call in to his therapist for his sessions. My therapist has gotten me out of the depression and well on my way to complete health. We won't be meeting except for tune ups and reality checks. She is happy that she has almost talked herself out of a job

Anyway, this will be first time doing pellets so would like to read up on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Websites tell about where I live and what I do. Hope you'll stop by for a visit!

    welcome mamacat!!

So not ready for snow!! Pearly you can have it!! i would rather look at snow that participate in it, unless cross country skiing.

I will take the FWD weather. Hopefully heading there again this Christmas. Hubby needs to meet baby girls (the one that ran off to Oklahoma) new man, as he wants to
propose but wants to ask dad for her hand in person.

Loading is not going well. not eating, so i guess, not loading? Been so busy moving from one antique store to the next as well as taking care of mine has really
gotten in the way. Hubby took me out for steak and deep fried shrimp tonight. had a big salad, too. bought my blizzard. so full, i cant eat it!! Today is load day 2
but thinking i should do one more, but i really dont want to!!

Hubby and son gone tonight, so will spend some time organizing and yes, pricing stuff to be ready for Christmas the first week of November!! i hate it but its retail
business, women are already asking for Christmas and when the other stores already have it, i guess, i should too. but i will not put it in my shop till November.
None of this Christmas in June/July for me!
    Have a blessed evening!!

    Hi everyone!

I just found your group tonight and would love to join in for support. I had two very successful rounds 5 or 6 years ago and have come back to hHcg for a tune-up. I would like to lose 15ish pounds to get back to my comfy range where all of the clothes in my closet fit instead of just a handful. I am on VLCD1 today. It's been an easy day but I am exhausted. I am drinking some hot tea and will head to bed early tonight. I have major insomnia and sometimes it gets worse while on the diet so I'd like to try to get some "better" rest while I still can.

Hope to meet all of you in the next few days

    Welcome VJ, MamaCat and Pandy!
Pamla, glad you're doing well! It's always better to focus on being healthy before thin. As for pellets... I'm not sure about threads on them, but I'm doing them for the first time this round. I'm using NuImage, which is Rx hcg and you only take 1 per day. They're tiny, so it's challenging if you need to adjust your dose. Other than that, it's a convenient delivery method - no refrigeration.
I'm only down 0.2 today... but down is down! So a happy dance is warranted. I had a hard time falling asleep last night and only got about 5.5 hours. Work has been very stressful lately, so I suspect that impacted my sleep.
Hope everyone has a great day!
    ~Karen~
