Tanya, join the club. You and Pamela and I just did around, right? Not that long ago. And we all did great. And then, WHOT? Pammy and I hit about 20 pounds Gain so be thankful for 17! Yes, we all know better. But medications, STRESS, LIFE, and for me bad attitude on occasion, interfere. At least we did not give up and we're back.

Although there are days when I want to say ( insert favorite swearword here) and see if I can qualify for the TV show my 600 pound life. Oh the cheesecake! Oh the donuts! Kidding of course, but some days...!

Gotta run, but after 10 days around 129, I finally had a noticeable loss today. Down 1.6! Here's my Tigger!

I'm doing the happy dance. I don't think of that as a stall, that was a week three! It is just how this works.

But it works! Also teaches us a lot of lessons about Patience. LOL
    Whooohooooooo! We love Tigger Days!!!

Pearly yay on your loss!! Its crazy how most of us say we will never gain the weight back and we always do. So frustrating. Ive eaten more fast food in the last 3 months than i ever have. I went a taco bell shredded chicken burrito and nacho bell grande binge. A few sonic burgers with tots thrown in.
Love your tigger. I always say my personality is somewhere between tigger and eyore cant spell that for some reason. Oh, well, blame it on my head cold.
What do you eat on 2.0? Or where do I find information about it?

PearlyMae - congrats on such a loss. Has to feel good after staying there for so long.

But, I had thought that it was pointless to load up on carbs and then have to lose them. During my next loading my goal is to do Phase 3 eating to excess. In the hopes that I won't gain much.
That worked a few months ago for a friend of mine who in the past would gain 5-7 lbs. per day while loading on carbs, sugar, and sensitive foods. This time she loaded on tons of fats only (over 10,000 calories in 2 days), and actually lost a pound on the second day of loading for the first time ever.

Search "HCG 2.0 Dr Zach LaBoube"
Essentially you eat a certain number of protein calories based on your BMR (you can calculate). Then you eat vegetables not to exceed a total of 30 carbs per day. No fruit or grissini. There's more variety of "allowed" proteins and vegetables, because their "quality" is judged by P/FC (protein/fat*carb). This method ranks light tuna as very good, for example. Also edamame... Nice for a snack!
I've done rounds on original protocol and 2.0 with consistent results.

I'd be interested in what she ate those two days

Wow. Great minds... I remember the same post... just not who posted! But I bought ranch dressing mix today. At 2 carb grams per teaspoon, added to maybe 2 ounces of non fat plain Greek yogurt... well, seems like worth a try. A little bit might go a long ways. But I haven't actually tried it yet! Lol.

Whoever actually does this, how? Etc.?

Yes, I double checked the Simeons pounds and inches. An apple, orange, handful of strawberries or 1/2 grapefruit.

WHY DID I NOT THINK OF THIS??????

I make Ranch + Fage dressing for salad ALL. THE. TIME. when in P3. Thank you for reminding me about this combo - I have a huge container of Fage 0% at home (it works well for me on P2 with Stevia Vanilla Creme + 3T of DaVinci SF Peach Syrup - YUMMY!) and several packets of Ranch dressing and Ranch for Greek Yogurt.

I know what I'll be having for dinner tonight!

Well, I'm at 220.8 again. But still. It's day 28 and I'm at 15.6 pounds so that's still above average. Trying to keep my spirits up though.

edited to add: decided to think even more on the positive. I haven't GAINed! That's a big plus!

I found a recipe for a Ranch dressing I put in my phone but have never tried yet but looks good. No sugar. I would leave out the garlic powder if putting fresh garlic in. If using in P2 use 0% yogurt and cut out the coconut milk.

I also make a good Caesar Salad dressing with yogurt for P3 but maybe it could work for P2 with modifications. I have never had yogurt in P2.

Okay round 307 here we go! My failed attempts in August and September did not help me. Anyway here I go again and probably will need a short round in January. Pearly and Tanya I am right with you with the gains but at least we are smart enough to get back on track.

    Happy Friday!!
