Great job Sarah!! And I love that dress! I would wear it to any occasion

Well, I was feeling fine this morning but we didn't break for lunch until noon and I was starving. If I keep getting nauseous I may have to cut this round short I'll see how I feel tomorrow and decide. I had to get some orange juice (NOP) but I'm not drinking much of it. Just sips.

    Good Morning Lovelies!

Rachael wow my prayers are with you and your sister.

Christy: Why tuna? I rarely eat that as it is so high in mercury. Is there anything else you could eat instead?

Janeen Thanks for the great cooking ideas. I love that wine!

Janeen and Pro congrats on the losses!

Sunshine, every time I travel I go up in weight and then if magically falls off in a few days. I hope that is your story too. Thank you for the soup recipes! I get so bored eating the same darn thing.

Sarah: I think it will be great to wear to a wedding.

Hi Sheltie! Thank you for the 2.0 explanation. I do the original protocol.

Do you guys like 2.0 better?

Ok this is what I do: I grill radishes. I slice them in half and then put them on foil on my grill. When they get really dark they taste lovely. If you cook them in water they also taste like mild turnips. They are so low in calories and so this works if you are really hungry. If you have young kids it is very easy to grow rainbow colored radishes. They come up very quickly and are very pretty. Before this diet I never really liked them. But they are filling and low cal...

AFM: I am down 2 pounds despite 2 1/2 glasses of great wine last night. I am going to really be good the rest of the weekend. I need to gear up my head after my planned interruption...sigh...

Smiles, I have the same quandary but the wedding is tonight! I just found out it is "cocktail wear" and like you, the dress I was going to wear is cotton jersey so not quite cocktail. On my way to Steinmart now. P

I like 2.0 because there are more options. The last time I did OP it got to the point that I had to force myself to eat. To the his day i can't eat asparagus and I loved it before.

Maybe I am a bad cook when I can't use oil. I keep drying out my chicken.

I believe that you lose a little less overall but the added choices is worth it to me.

OK. This never happens. Everything I tried on. Fit. Everything. I bought it all. No not all I put one very age-appropriate boring dress back. For the wedding tonight I found a simple blue lace dress with three-quarter sleeves. Nothing to write home about but it fit nicely and doesn't look too boring. Also a cute little print backup dress. It is sleeveless though and I have the perfect little mesh sweater to go with it except I lost it about a year ago. Still hoping it will show up in someone else's coat closet. Bought a new shiny necklace too.

For those of you who are not quite there yet, please understand that I never ever could go into a store and find things like this. Never. Never. I'd try on 15 things and when I got done crying, buy the least worst one. Or just go home. I am on the extended maintenance after three years of this new way of eating. My test numbers are good and I can buy clothes without tears.

Please know that I am not bragging. I'm just saying keep at it, Lovelies. keep at it. It's worth it

Awesome Pearly! Maintaining is no easy feat what a victory dance for you!

Randi: ha ha! I am going for a nap now.

Sheltie: What I really need is to do a full round but have every excuse why I keep falling off track. I figure if I stick around here long enough I will figure it out. Clean eating and exercise for now will have to suffice.

I'm so happy for you Pearly!!! Maybe you can post a picture later, please?

I was supposed to go out shopping with a friend today, but she stopped texting me so I guess are plans are off 😐. I can't seem to get the courage to go clothes shopping with just me and the baby. I don't think I'm ready to handle that feat yet, trying to try on clothes in a dressing room with baby and stroller, not sure if I've will be. I shudder thinking about it. I'll probably have to wear my backup dress since I don't get many opportunities to shop.

    Hello Lovelies!

Busy, busy with Saturday chores. Trying to Catch up to Brick on some fall decorating AND working on my goal of getting rid of something (either trash or donate) every day. Getting harder to do.

    AFM=172.5, down pound.

Janeen fabulous!! Ive found a little Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing + horseradish (if you like that) + some Dijon mustard mixed in with the tuna sure changes the flavor. I can eat it now! Enjoyed it for lunch today in fact.

Pro hooray! Nearly DOWN A POUND!

Sunny sounds like you did fantastic to me! So glad you are home safe.

Sarah Nearly DOWN A POUND for you, too! Gotta love those! Thanks for all the great pics. You are so beautiful. Thanks for the recipe! With SJ being so allergic to shellfish, I completely forget about it. The crabcake sounds delicious.

Kathy thanks for the info! Glad you are posting.

RK WOW, 2 pounds is GREAT!!!! Dont know what to say about the mercury thing, except I dont eat it constantly, so Im sure Ill be okay. Never been much of a tuna lover, so it is just for P2. I love 2.0. I never thought about grilling radishes but that sounds outstanding what do you put them on to keep them from dropping into the grill, but that the fire can get to them? I love veggies grilled!

    Hi, Randi, Hi Brick!

OH, P Im so happy for you! I remember how fantastic I felt when I put on a pair of size 10 jeans and they were a tad TOO BIG! I wanted to Snoopy dance all over the place! After starting this journey being barely able to get into a size 18 jeans, I feel like so many things will now fit all I have to do now is watch the budget! Congratulations, my friend!
