Not to be whiny, but man I was starving yesterday morning and into the afternoon. Like hungry. It went away into the evening and I felt normal again. All signs point to high dose again, which is crazy. I lowered dose to 90 ius this morning-yesterday was 3rd day at 100 ius. Not sure I like going that low, never have had to before. I wish Grammy was still around. I saw a post where she said people tend to gain weight back if dose is under 100 ius. I'm definitely not out of abnormal fat, can still grab 2 big handfuls on gut. Feels like that hasn't gone down at all.

Sorry for the whiny post, guys. Just have always had perfect dose and no complaints, so I guess I'm due for this. I would appreciate any feedback or advise anyone wants to give.
Am I right that you just recently lowered to 100? If so, have you been on that dose for at least 4 days before skipping? Unless that is the case, a skip day won't give you accurate information.

Have you tested your HCG for potency? Your fat loss pattern, plus the continuing hunger makes me wonder if your HCG is good.

Leez, I was on 3 days of 100 ius, did not skip as I just had on Saturday (weekly skip day, plus had gotten hungry all day again on 125 ius so lowered to 100 ius for Sun, Mon, and Tues), then injected 90 ius today. Have had an amazing day with little to no hunger except at meal times. I have not tested it. Planned to mix again in a couple of days. I've had a few days during the 16 where it feels like normal hcg days and on p3-4 (last round ended Dec 25th) I would consume up to 2000 calories a day, so I think if it weren't potent I would be shaky, dizzy, etc. and I am not. I am also REALLY close to goal, 4 or 5 lbs.
Should I just mix new vial now?
Also, thank you for any help/advice.

Something seems off. Lowering 10units without a skip day shouldn't make that much difference. You still have the remainder of two days worth of HCG overlapping your dose today, so the amount that is lower in your system is something like 3 units less.

It doesn't seem necessary to remix considering your results from today. The best thing is probably just proceed and monitor your hunger as you have been. Grammy said that the lowest dose that could still be effective is 80iu. You are approaching that, but not there yet. When you remix, pay careful attention to the math. There is always the chance that a math mistake can make a batch either too potent or not potent enough.

Thanks for your advice. Pretty much what I was thinking also since today has been a breeze. Fortunately, as a pharm tech for many, many years, my math skills are on point I will let ya know how I am doing tomorrow. I think I am just losing slowly because I am so close to being done and the dose adjustments. Fingers crossed I'm not back here asking for more advice anytime soon! I had no idea how lucky I was all these rounds to just always have a perfect dose. Literally the weirdest, hardest round I've done.

Really the bottom line is your hunger is controlled and you are still losing, so you do seem to be on track. Hope you can continue on without the need for more dose adjusting. That is always stressful. But yeah, each round can be totally individual, with its own challenges.

Thank you, Leez. Seems to be pretty good now. Had a little hunger before bed last night, but nothing crazy.
Finally down a lb! Been almost a week since that happened. 3 more lbs and then I will probably increase calories and ride this round out. Have a great day!

Way to go, Rose. I'm following you soon!

Tmott, glad Leez chimed in. Keep your eye on the prize! I have had rounds that were soooo frustrating, losses erratic, hunger, but finally got to the end and made it at least a few pounds away from goal.

This round, sorry to be so happy, but it has been amazing. I have not been able to get more than a few ounces below 130 in serveral years But I am down .4 on Day 2 of transition! Whooo hooo. THAT never happens. Stlll crossing my fingers that it is real and not just a gravitational shift in Colorado.

126.8 was my LDW for years! I have seen 120 on my scale---I know because I took a picture and it is still on my phone! But not even interested in getting there again. I'll do that when I'm in my 90's if my Mom's 85 pounds at 4'11 size was any indication in those years. She was 5'7 the rest of her life and fought to stay under 150. She always said Leave yourself a little leeway for when you are old! LOL.

But boy, howdy! I am enjoying this for TODAY. Wearing my new yoga pants and tops and loving it. They are as comfortable as jeans but not as forgiving, so maybe they will keep me honest. My jeans are pretty much all the same size, with one pair one size up, and one pair of old ones that are for lawn mowing so are larger yet, then two pairs of black jeans that are another size up. Sheesh. I let myself have places to go when I gain. I better rethink that!

    Onward!

So happy for you Pearlie. Those few days before P3 have always been my favorite. I always feel so much more like my inner real self. I love the empty feeling and the flat stomach, and haven't yet entered the danger zone of free-er eating again where its easier to make a mistake. Or just be jerked around by the scale.

No change for me, alto I always stay on protocol. Probably catching up to the lb loss yesterday...but 5 days fighting one lb is not fun. At least I'm not hungry!!

t, I'm at 127.2. That's the lowest LDW I've had in a long while and I am enjoying it. Glad to hear you are not hungry!

Last day of transition and I am back up that .4 lost yesterday, so OH WELL. Can't complain. I have never been a steady as she goes stay exactly on the same number day in and day out kind of girl. I wish. But I do fluctuate some, so that is typical to go up and down .4 or .2 or point whatever.

The only thing I have for groceries to go from P2 to P3 eating is avocados. Otherwise, just larger protein portions. Well, larger chicken and larger beef portions. I can't eat any larger fish portions! I'm already eating 2 fillets at a time, and that's a LOT of tilapia. I crave cheese, but I do try to wait until week 2 to get any in the house. If it is here, I will eat it ALL. Cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, I could live on that. I have maintained the best when I think of cheese and dairy products as condiments, not entrees!

    Lots to do today!
    ONWARD!

Pearly, at this rate I am not even sure if I will reach 127 Enjoy first day of p3!

7 days now fighting the same pound. Always sticking to protocol and under 500 calories, so today I'm doing something different. Either going to skip lunch and eat only a 5 oz steak and apple for dinner, or eat Fage (since I haven't yet) with a couple of strawberries for both meals. I have had good results in the past doing either one. Have a great day, y'all!
