    Day 15 up .2 146.2. Not discouraged. I had pretty generous serving of steamed cabbage yesterday with shrimp and dinner last night was tilapia and large cucumber cubed. Fruits were strawberries and tiny apple. About 11 more days till I end this round and go transition to p3. Only issue I have had this time is I get distracted and forget to take hcg till it gets later so my time injecting is not consistent.
    The steamed cabbage is so filling and so satisfying

    The struggle is real...



    Well, I'm up .4. I do NOT deserve that. I usually lose most of the round's weight in the first 10 days and this is day 10. So .... ugh! But this is my darned Set Point that has dogged me before, so I just have to suck it up and keep going. I CAN get past this, but wow! Yesterday I had to WORK to get enough calories. On 2.0, I'm supposed to have 475 protien calories, keep under 30 carbs. Yesterday at 8 pm I was at 370 calories and 11 g carbs. I ate a 4 ounce nonfat Activia yogurt just to get to 430. No way I should have gained .4 that way.

    Ok, I am just grumbling. No worries. I'll live! On the good side, I am wearing my REGULAR sized jeans and they fit perfectly. So this is just a case of fat cells not letting water go.

    Puppy is amazing. Piper has been working on coming up the back two steps from outside for a year. Puppy came up them like she was floating the first time I let her outside. She can go down, too. Young legs are fun to see! Right now, still not name for the pupper. Can't decide. Meanwile, Piper is pouting and the little one thinks she is a Toy. Bug her and she will make a noice like a pirate. Arrrrrrrrr.

    Can we post pictures? I've tried before, of late, and nothing appears. I used to have a lot of fun images for this site but they are not available anymore.

    Hang in there Pearlie, you can do it. Those upticks during P2 are so frustrating, but they always pass.

    I have an inquiry into forum managers about the uploads/pictures situation. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Its affecting all accounts as far as I can tell.

    Hunger was much better after dinner.....but was horrible until 7 pm. Horrible! No idea how people carry on like that. I was snapping on everybody.

    Maybe I should skip tomorrow. Was regretting not skipping today....but now that I feel more like normal for me....Idk.

    Morning! Down only 0.6, but I'll take it. Decided to skip shot today, after yesterday I absolutely cannot go through that hunger again...esp since I work ten hours today. No idea how people can manage with that hunger! Just proud I didn't cheat.

    Pearly, what are your total calories on 2.0? Little curious. I'm sure you'll go back down today, anyway.

    @tmott. Glad u r doing a skip day. By now hunger should be gone. I take about 135 iu and seems to be perfect for me after the first couple of days I think I draw needle to 26 or 27 and I mix 2 to 1. 10 cc bac water to 5 cc hcg

    Today I am 145.8 and this is day 16. Total loss 7.6 lbs

    Slow and steady losses but I always average under half lb per day. More like .47 now Lost .4 yesterday. I am early in my third week and will transition in 10 days no matter the scale weight. Too much going on to do a 30 day round. I can do a short round in July if needed. Just happy to be eating healthier again.

    Everyone is right!



    Ok, everyone was right. I'm back down, whew.

    Down the .4 I was up and another .4. Not that much net but I will certainly take it. I have set my goal for another 6 pounds. Today is Day 11, so 10 days left. Like you, Rose, I have to cut it off at 21 days because the world wil not wait any longer than that. I probably won't make it to that goal (I'd have to lose .6 a day) but 1.8 to my last goal, so anything below, I will count as awesome.

    This is the area where I finally start seeing improvement around waist and tum. That wild Disco dress I wore a week ago is still in my main closet so I pulled it out and slipped it on. Last week, as my Dad used to say, I was 10 pounds of sausage in a 5 pound package. I was PACKED in there. But today, it slipped on, and skimmed over most of the obstacles between my chest and legs. Not all, but I've only lost 3-4 pounds since a week ago, so yeah, much improvement with every ounce now.

    I wanted a P name ---a name that starts with a Puh... for the puppy to continue the legacy of Pearl, Penny, Poppy, Piper... but nothing seemed to fit her. She is the exact same color of a light colored yellow Lab a dear friend of mine had years ago, and her name was Daisy. So, while not that original since Daisy is one of the top 10 dog names in America on pretty much every llst on the internet, Mae is a family name of ours. Both my Great Grandmas were Mae and a slew of family members have that as their middle name. Pearl did, too, which is where PearlyMae comes from. Hence, Daisy Mae. She IS yellow and white. And I below to a club where the Marguarite is our flower, but we usually just say Daisy.

    And I'm already having a stroke when I call out to Piper when she growls at the little one: "PearlPennPopp--PIPER" I'm thinking I will let it be. Btw, this started when I was 8 and had a baby sister who I insisted be named with a Puh. My mom, dad, brother and other sister all had B names and I was the only Puh. So, me and my sister Patsy enjoy our P names.


    Okay, encouragement and support sent to each and everyone one of you inspirational ladies. Leez, thank you for the cheer and checking on images. tmott, hope you have NOT HUNGRY today. That is so hard! Rose, may you have a WOOSH to help you along, but good for you to keep on Chugging.

    Sorry, Tmott, I forgot to answer you. 2.0 does not count total calories, just protein calories and carbs, with a limit to 30 carbs. Basically, the author says "I dare you to overeat on veggies."

    There is a BMI calculation to determine the protein calories. A. Heigt in inches multiplied by 4.7, B. weight multiplied by 4.35, C.age multiplied by 4.7. A+B+C +655 multiplied by 0.40.

    Instead of using my load weight, I used my goal weight, which was my own idea. Since I only had 10-15 pounds to goal, it seemed like an idea. It is working pretty well!

    Rose, thank you. It was definitely better even by noon yesterday. Still hungry, but not "I want to kill everyone and eat a horse" hungry. I mix the same.

    Also, thank you, Pearly. How many cals do you normally get?

    I am down 0.8. Did 125 iu approx this morning. Yesterday, I made the best roasted cabbage I've had (or so p2 leads me to believe ). It didn't seem to affect my loss, so I will make more today. p2 heaven!

    I looked/felt my best around 127, aiming for 125. I am 5'6".

    Happy Sunday, all!

    tmott, I also like 127 or 128 and am aiming for 125. However, my last few rounds I settled for 130 and I have to admit the difference is minimal. I just like being UNDER 130. Doubt if I will make it all the way there but anywhere near will be fine. I am 5'4" and turning 70 next month. Shhhh.

    My protein calories are 476. Amazing how hard it is to get to while sticking to lean protein!

    I have been thinking that this w.o.e. is not just about what you eat. It is about what you DON'T eat. The past few days I've been around food more than usual and boy oh boy did I NOT EAT a lot!

    I took my nephew and his date - I am his driver as he is a special needs kiddo and does not drive but is 19--to Applebees for dinner. I sat a few tables away from them and while they had steak and mashed potatoes and a cheese burger with fries, I had salmon (not really a great choice but at Applebees where the meals run an average of 1500 calories!, the best I could do choice.) I had it with brocolii and green beans. Yay. I took him to Ihop for breakfast with me, since he stayed overnight, and had the steak and eggs. What used to be 15.99 and a cover the whole plate thin-cut steak, was a teeny little thing and 18.99! I brought half of it home and weighed it. It was the BIGGER half without the bone. 2.25 ounces. That means the other one was under 2! ) I cannot list all the other things I did not eat this weekend, but it starts with I did not eat pancakes, I did not eat crepes, I did not eat french fries, I did not eat a waffle, I did not eat a brownie topped with ice cream and I did not have a cocktail! Good grief!

    I did have fruit yesterday morning at book club (where I did not eat banana bread and I did not eat cheese and salami or cookies, but I did have a few bites of a teeny teeeny TINY pce of non-fat I think it was made with skim milk, egg whites and grass, pc of quiche.) I am going to continue a having a few berries now and then, at least until I run out of the leftovers.

    I'm down .4 which considering all the things I COULDA eaten, I consider a MAJOR VICTORY!
