i read about Zepbound. it is same as Mounjary and other weight loss products. they clearly talk about not using herbal weight loss products in combination with them and side effects are thyroid cancers kidney and stomach issues same as Wegovy and Ozempic. HCG is still available so not sure worth the risk even though right now Oprah Kelly Clarkson and others are having great results.

these are on Lily posts on their website about zepbound

    Happy Easter everyone

Congrats on your sales, and your P2 progress Rose. Good info on the Zepbound. It is not something I would want to take, that's for sure.

PearlyMae, sorry to hear about your dog and hope she is getting better. Hugs
I hear you on the P4 and you just keep posting. I enjoy reading your updates or just your daily things going on. I am in P4 too and keep posting. I think it can also help others as well if we post to see how others are maintaining.

The forum is not as busy as it once used to be so it's just easier to post in this thread.

My computer crashed one more time and I had to reset again. If it happens again, it is going in for repair as it's under warranty. It has it's own self diagnose and it passes everything. The only thing I noticed was Bitlocker somehow turned on , and I have it turned off now. I run security etc. Fingers crossed and see if that fixed it.

We got more snow again. Seems more like Christmas lol. I hope this is the last of it.

Just ordering in food tomorrow. Not cooking up a big meal this time. But it's all healthy food, so should be good.

I hurt my rib on my left side, and not really sure how it happened. So mostly just resting this weekend. This past year I noticed my index finger on my right hand is crooked, trying to remember if I hurt it or how it happened, then been reading on how arthritis could do this. I have ordered a brace for it and will see if it straightens out. Otherwise I will see a Doctor and go from there.

Good to hear from everyone else and glad your all doing well.

Thank you, Jayk! And sorry about your rib and your finger... the dreaded phrase "As we age..." But yes, new adventures every day! I broke the top of my foot a year or so back, and I swear, to this day, I have no idea how I did it. I am not exactly a prima ballerina assoluta, so am pretty much missing a step, falling off of a curb or just tripping over my own feet sort of daily. So who knows???

Back to my sweet spot today. I have had a few tiny 'normal' things the past couple of days. I took my nephew for a hot dog at Costco, and of course he wanted ice cream too. So now I WANTED ice cream. We split one and I had little end of the spoon bites equal to about 1/4 of it OR LESS, and he had the rest. No gain so all good. I can't give up EVERYTHING forever, so need to find ways to enjoy them but not go crazy.

I cleaned out a closet in my guest room, you know the kind. When I moved in 5 years ago, that's where I put the stuff I didn't want to deal with at the time. Then I added stuff for five yearrrrrrrrrrs. I ended up cleaning out my linen closet, too, as there was a quilt my Aunt Bobbie made me 30 hears ago in the front closet and I could not get it into the linen closet .... domino effect. Now both closets have EMPTY SPACE in them and Goodwill is well stocked. Keeping my weight down does give me more energy, but I was pretty knackered by the time I was done.

The tiny dog is recovering from her stomach issues but I think the puppy has the same thing now. The little one blessedly slept through the night again but the puppy needed to go out FIVE TIMES between midnight and 8 am. WHY didn't I have grandchildren? No, I HAAAAAAD to have dogs...

Nice P4 lunch: 2 of the small net zero tortillas, buttered, with a slice of cheese, shredded leftover center cut pork chop, and slices of avocado, with a smear of green chile sour cream, bent like a taco to make a two little sandwiches. Sparkling water. Not feeling deprived at all. I don't eat anything I don't like. I just don't eat everything I DO like.

    Onward.

Rose, so glad you got back your woosh. All you need is a couple more like that and you can smooth away the last one or two in P3.

I go up and down but as long as it is in the same pound, I'm happy!

Happy Easter every buddy! Happy Spring, too!

I love April. It is my favorite month. Enjoy!

Post here today, but tomorrow go >>>>>>

Congrats on the loss Rose , and hope it continues for you into next week.

That P4 lunch sounded good PearlyMae and congrats on eating the ice cream and no gain. Small steps and your doing great.
It does suck getting older lol. I hate having things wrong. But I am healing so that is good, and I hope my finger does straighten out.

Got my computer up and running and a proper backup in place as well, so am happy about that. So far so good. It might have just been a glitch between Windows system, and the Laptop has it's own software as well. Who knows, just glad I have it sorted out for now
