Thanks so much, pawp, especially with your sore arm and hand! Galeo's is sold in Madison, WI or in some of the Chicago 'burbs, all about an hour from me. I get there occasionally, so I will look. I have looked for Walden Farms but nada. Their website doesn't show any distribution here at all. Thank you again!

BTW, I made a cabbage soup tonight. Beef broth (I did check that label!), hamburger (my regular portion) and a little Bragg's aminos. It was delish and helped me get over the munchies that having allergy drainage seems to cause. I didn't even add salt, which is a shock for me. I hope it digests ok and doesn't cause a stall so I can eat it again.

Started to look at P3 and learning about fats, carbs and starches. It's three weeks off, but I want to get it set in my head before it starts.

If you find it, buy all four. My favorite is the Toasted Sesame Seed. It isn't sold here at all BUT I used to order a gallon and just refill the jar. We don't drink milk so the jug just sat in the fridge where most poepl would keep their milk.
I gained a bunch of weight following several bouts with depression. I am working on getting myself back.

    Gosh that sounds good! Thanks

The crazy ice cream truck has been around our neighborhood four times tonight! I can hear his little music going again. A dreamscicle would taste good with a sore throat. Damn him!! LOL

Angiem- I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I can't imagine going through that, let alone going through that on this diet especially when a lot of us (like me) are comfort eaters. 8 lbs for one meal!!! That's insane! I've heard of realizing food sensitivities while on this diet I would bet anything that something in that meal you are super sensitive to.

mrsmicrobrew- Icecream sounds so good!! I miss dairy terribly

I'm also planning on a 40 day round. Although I have enough drops to do even longer if I want to. If by 40 days I'm still doing ok with P2 I'm planning on extending it til about the 20th of June and be in P3 for the 4th of July. I'd love to have 50 lbs off by then to get out of the dreaded 200's.

So I went out and bought a blender tonight I can't believe I didn't have one. I also bought a protein shake mix that I'm going to try as a meal every other day and see how I do. I bouth the vanilla mix and am going to add some strawberries and ice to make a "smoothie" lol. I know it's a little off protocol but I've heard good things and really wanted to try it.

I also took my weekly measurements tonight and am down 9 1/2 inches overall. That's almost a foot, a foot of gross fat lol when I put it that way I feel a lot better about slightly slower losses.

Great job, flower! Glad you are on track!!!

Up .2 today. Is it allergy meds? Is it cabbage soup? Is it just my body resting again like week 2? Who knows...just remembering the big picture

Keep your eye on the prize!

    Good loss FLower!
    Johnnie K--22 pounds is wonderful!

I am down .4 today--which is good, but the last three days I have been 181.8, 181.6 and 181.2. I wish that first number would change! I really wanted to get to 180--which would be a 25 pound loss, but I don't think I am going to get there. Still really good losses though and I am very pleased with this diet! I start phase 3 on Friday--I have been looking at the food **** phase 3 threads and drooling :-) I cannot wait!

    Have a great day everyone!

Well, another pound down today. I am SO close to the 2-teens. Haven't been there in years! Here's hoping for tomorrow! I never really set a specific goal for this first round. I just want to be as low as possible.

Good Morning! Wow, thanks for the warm welcome back! I am down .5 this am.. I will take it! I did look and they sell Walden Farms right up the road from my work, so I might make a pit stop today~

Mrsmicrobrew-- I am with you, I am very curious about P3, that and frightened! LOL

    MOM2lh-- LOL--about the P3 Food ****!

Flower121295= WOw, what an awesome loss... I sure could use a day like that!

Nals-- I guess I never even thought about food sensitivity...you could be on to something there. I tell ya, I haven't had one upset stomach--crampy feeling since starting this diet and that used to be a regualr occurence for me. I am also curious about the nutritional info on your protein shake...cuz I could handle trying something different..esp now that it is warming up outside.

I saw that Nals mentioned doing a longer than 40 P2 round. Has anyone heard or experienced this and do the losses continue? That would be great if so...but I thought that I read that after 40 days your body kinda gets immune and needs a break? IDK.

Angiem- I got the Jay Robb protein shake mix, here is the nutritional info... 1 scoop= 110 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 150 mg sodium, 390 mg potassium, 1g carbohydrate, 0g sugar, 25g protein 30mg calcium. Hope that helps! You can order online or I got mine from GNC. They have vanilla, chocolate, dreamscicle, pina colada and strawberry. Congrats on 20 lbs!!!!

mom2lg- I bet you will get there by Friday

renec- Congrats! You've lost really well!

As far as the 40 days go, I have heard the immunity only applies to shots or perscription strength. Since I'm taking hhcg and losing a little slower I really don't see the harm in going longer as long as I do a full round with P3 and P4 before going back into P2.

Today I weighed myself.. up 2 lbs since Saturday. Frustrated but I'm going to just keep going. If I net a 1 or 2 lb loss this week I will be happy.
