Hi Jewlz....stayed the same today still 2 over where I was stabilized at, but again Im still not getting enough calories in and not enough water either. I just have decided not to stress over it right now. I'm sure that it will come off eventually. I was thinking about P4 which I would be entering next week...but it doesn't appeal to me at all. Im happy with the P3 foods and don't miss sweets. I miss popcorn though and might add that back in. But really, I just ate a plate of cold steak leftover and a glass of wine and it was a wonderful snack and I don't feel like I need any of the old stuff I used to crave. I think I'll just make this my lifestyle and only eat treats on holidays or vacations. I will probably do another round in a few weeks just to see if I can down to 140...but I don't think I can and Im not sure I will like it there. We'll see. Mrs...your thoughts on this would be appreciated...I think you have great wisdom.

Also, Jewlz...I thought of you a lot when we were over that way...on Monday night we were out partying a bit...some bar called something about a ship or shipwreck or something. I love Seattle and all the different walks of life and getting to know everyone. So much fun. Anyway, I kept thinking you'd be fun to hang with. And Im sure I'd be right!

    Hugs all.

It was very informative with my acupuncturist yesterday. He tested me for dairy and all kinds of stuff. I can have eggs, yolks, but not just whites. I need a break from them and on my next round, I could experiment with using fair LESS he say's. I was using 3 egg whites for a certain recipe. It's nice to take some guess work out of this. After all our tests, he say's my thyroid is very unhappy and that he suspects my petuitary gland isn't working well with the thyroid, so I am on some supplements that have helped my unbareable excema for the egg sensitivity. I had a HUGE outbreak... I thought I was sensitive, but didn't know to what.

Anyways... I did a correction day and I lost 3.1 pounds! So I am only up .6 from liw.

Thanks for helping me in my crisis mode NW crazies! woo

How is p3 for you MRS and Dawn??
Great! Glad you are figuring out what works for you and that we can help each other!

    Hi Ladies,

I haven't been eating any eggs at all (i had to go to beer fest) had like 1/8th of an egg in a recipe and nothing for two days, but had a HUGE and similiar all body rash that was itchy like the egg whites.
Suddenly the sprouted wheat bread I eat in all phases is flaring me up. We google gluten allergies (i know, I know) and it looked just like it.
I have been eating this sprouted wheat in p2 EVERY DAY. Arg!
    Why all of a sudden?

Anyways... up the six pounds again and I see my acupuncturist guy this thurs. I am keeping a food journal and hopefully he can do his tests and figure this **** out.
With the anxiety attacks, family bull****, chronic pain and all the other issues, I sat and cried about adding more aligments to this list.
Please...... I can't take much more. I need life to leave me alone for a minute.
I am journaling, breathing and doing much yoga and "action" to help myself.
    Ahhhhh!

Hi Jewlz....I'm so sorry your getting hit at every turn it seems. I am a believer and I have prayed for you in a very specific way. I know you will be healed.

I am going thru a lot with my family too. My husband has been working out of town for and no sign of coming home and we need that job (which is in question because of his health). So now we are considering walking away from our $2400 a month mortgage into a rental at half the price. I have a large beautiful home and part of me wants to fight to save it...but the other part knows he needs more money to have any quality of life while he is away. Can I work more or harder....yes. And I could get a part time job in addition to my homebased business and probably make up the difference and stay in the house. But, down the road if he can't maintain his job we will be in the same boat. No one has any good advice to offer and I just keep praying about it but perhaps Im to twisted up to be able to hear the answer. Anyway...not the forum for this stuff but I needed to get it out.

I'm stable at 151-152ish and I ate pizza yesterday and woke up at 151. today is my first official P4 day though. The flour in the dough however made me lethargic, emotional and a little achy. Also a little gassy. I noticed these effects on my trip to.

Jewlz...hang in there and focus on the good stuff while the not so good sorts itself out as it always does. Biggest of hugs to you my friend.
