I know! I don't know what the heck is going on?! I sure as hell know that not everyone on this board is following protocol. lmao! I'll have to write something on the Rogue Saloon just to see if I can get a conversation started. I left a comment on Deb's page sometime last week.
Round 2 sucked, but that is because I was testing rouge limits a lot, and had a few days where the ginfruit told me it would be an excellent idea to eat cheese or make popcorn. Whoopsies. I only lost 12lbs in R2, but better than nothing. I was actually able to tell and feel this 12lbs vs the first 20 I lost, so that kept me motivated to go.
My goal is to have all the weight I want gone, to be gone by Dec 1st or so (basically before the winter season starts. There is no way I can snowboard on 500cals!). So, with the help of one of my HCG homies, I decided that I would take a 3week P3 bread from Oct 13th, and first day of R3P2 will be Nov 7th. I am really really going to try to keep it as close to protocol as possible so that I can just get this damn weight off as quickly as possible. My goal is 30lbs (more than that would be awesome), but if I can just 20lb in this next and last round, I'm good with that too. I can work off that last 10lb to goal the old fashion way.
Today is day 12 of P3 and doing well. As of this morning I am .8 above LDW. The first weekend of P3 I dropped a crazy 1.8 and I have no clue how! It apparently was the Taco Bus gods saying to use that cushion and go get my Taco Bus grub on. Oh man, it was the best to DATE! I wanted to go back in the bus and give the cook a hug. I jumped up 1.4 from that but I think that was like .2 above LDW. I did manage to go .2 above the 2lb limit on Friday I think, but I think it was the little homemade P3 oreos I attempted and successfully made. Stayed away from them this weekend and am back down. I may nosh on one tomorrow depending on the scale!
Anywhoo, how are you doing? You are close to, if not already, at goal, yes? How exciting. Ok, lets keep in touch and I am headed over to the Rouge thread to hopefully kick up some conversation.

Hey you 2 how have you been. Sorry so very busy, my daughter, daughter inlaw and I are starting a Pizza Palace in Seaside. It is a mess and we are doing long hours cleaning. Have to admitt not doing HCG at all, just lucky if I get to eat and of coarse its not HCG friendly foods. I have gained over 10lbs back. Plan is to go back to it after the hollidays and Pizza is open and running.

Deb! Glad to hear from you! Good luck on the pizza place! Sorry to hear some of the weight has crept back up on you. I am starting R3P2 tomorrow. Made out my entire week's food schedule, just so I don't have to think about it. The only 'rouge' thing I plan on doing is having a piece of Ezekiel bread in the morning-- instead of Melba. I may sneak CO in there, but not sure yet. Other than that, going to stick to protocol and hope to have an awesome first week, and then I may tweak it and go a lil more rouge with mixing veggies and whatnot.
If I ever make it back down to Seaside, I will definitely make sure to hit up the pizza shop! Take care, Deb, and make sure to pop in once in a while! Johnny, how are things on your end?
