Pearly, I am so happy for you. You deserve every last morsel of success that you have had. Let's rock our P3's together!

I am so ready for P3. Also, I'm ready to start moving my body more. That's right, exercise! Has anyone here done T Tapp? I used to do some of her floor exercises in my 20's. I need to start with something relatively gentle.

I am not familiar with T Tapp. Can you post a link or something?

It's so dated looking, but the exercises are gentle yet challenging. No impact stuff.

Thanks, Okika. It looks pretty good! I am feeling a bit lazy today, so rather than punk out because I feel more like taking a nap right now than starting a new exercise program, I'll mark it in my favorites to come back to on a more energetic day!

I feel so alone on this round:-( I'm stuck on loading...started on Friday and can't seem to get started on P2. What's odd is I haven't gained a single pound and have actually lost 1 1/2 pound since Friday. I'm actually going to change my scale batteries tomorrow just to be sure. I really need to get myself together and get started tomorrow. Wish me luck!

We are all rooting for you! It does take mental fortitude to do this diet, but keep your eye on the prize!

Sweet Blak Pea! Of course you can do it. You know the food is enough, you won't be hungry, you will see results!

Talk to us! You have been out in the cold worrying about this for a week by yourself!

You don't have to gain on the Loading, you just have to get fats into your blood stream and a lot of people do a "Farewell Tour" of fast food and treats. Kbj told me she loads with fish/flax oil capsules, which sounds very practical.

How long a round are you planning? Okika and I can tell you it's a lot easier to get going when you are facing a shorter round. You can do anything for 30 days! And you can do anything with a cherry on top for 23!

Have you set a goal? Is it too ambitious so its sorta scary? Don't go all perfectionist on us, and bite off so much you are dreading getting started for fear you won't make it. Just set a very conservative goal and then be satisfied when you reach it easily and delighted if you zip right by!

Remember, you don't HAVE to do this! You can always put the darned stuff away for a while and come back to it later.

P2 is just a game and YOU, Blak P, are a winner!

PS: There is ALWAYS a new P2 Thread starting! If you don't see anyone starting right now, start one!

P3 Pros: A question for you!

Janeen, Candi, Kansas and others who have done P3 before:

So, I did the inch by inch food testing thing just months ago on my last round of P3, and I had no problem with most foods... I think the only thing I ever noticed jumping me up was too much shredded cheese (and I am going to get block cheese and shred it myself to avoid the cornstarch pre-shredded can have) and that was always a one day jump and back down the next....

Here's the question? Do I have to do the slowly one food at a time thing again? Would my food sensitivities have changed??? I get not adding too many foods at once or per day, but I have cleared most of the foods I like that do not have starch or sugar. Do I gotta do it over again, really???? How did you do it in additional rounds???

I always look to P & I, but I am really not seeing any info about additional rounds except how long to wait between them.
    Thanks!
    P.

I have read numerous reports of people reacting to things differently on different rounds. It is also common to react to things more as we get thinner, and this has certainly been the case for me. The first time I did the inch by inch version (love that description!), I stabilized easily 2 lbs below LDW with no correction days. I repeated the same process this last time, and it was much harder and more turbulent. One person described it as "getting away with more" when she weighed more.

Anyway, I think that you cannot assume that something is ok simply because it cleared last time.

Oh, Porsche, where are you? Are you really ready to do this? If so, let's get those big girl panties on and we'll cheer you on!

If not, that's ok. I have to spend a long time working myself up to it. I have to set a real date to start, and get everything ready ahead of time. And then I stop thinking about starting and start focusing on the weight I'll lose, what new clothes I'm going to want, etc.

I'm going to start another round late June. I'm going to do about 30 days VLCD. I want at least 30 for better stabilization, but I just can't face another 40 days! I can do 30, though.

Anyway, if you start now, you'll be done by then. . Or you can wait and join me. . Or, you don't ever have to do another round. It's just whatever you want, whenever you're ready. .

And don't sit out there, feeling alone. It's why we're still here.
