    This fiercely determined group of HCGers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    Hello to everyone! Can't believe it's August!

    Busy, busy, busy week here with kids and errands and work to be done. I'm in week 1 of p3 and really focusing on learning hunger and fullness cues and focusing on kind internal self dialogue and a focus on the positive. Anyone else in p3? Part of me misses the structure of p2 but the food sure is yummy in p3 Overall enjoying the journey and thankful to be back fitting my clothes easily again. It feels so good.

    I hope everyone's August is starting out well! Who's in p2? What day are you? Hope it's a good round.

    Good Tuesday morning, Lovelies - I'm thinking I will end my round Saturday, that will be 14 days after resuming my round after travel. I'm in the phase of the round where I lose very little but see nice reshaping. I am not yet at goal, but I'll see how the week goes.

    Day 27 vlcd 144.2 Up a touch .2 Not bad because I had a nice loss the day before. I have 8 or 9 days left on P2 before I transition. Hoping to get close to 140 by then It would be great to hit the number but I won’t agonize. Lol.

    Day 28 vlcd 144.2. No change. Got hungrier today. Not sure why. Maybe more mental. I am anxious to move to P3. One more week of shots then 72 hr wait. I could stop earlier as the last week slows down but gonna see if I can get another two lbs off.

    I'm with Rose: ready to move to P3. But I'm down 1/2 lb today to 135.5, so I'll stuck to my plan for last dose on Saturday. I have definitely seen nice reshaping this round, so whatever weight I see Saturday will be OK.

    Day 29 vlcd 143.6. Finally under 144. Less than a week till I stop total after load is 13 lbs in 4 weeks. Slower than most but average for me. The most I ever lost in 4 weeks was 16 lbs and that was in 2011 at my highest ever weight. My body maybe because of age (my excuse) is predictable but never sees large one day losses. Like a turtle slow and steady. Looking forward to P3 for sure

    Woohoo~ I was always slow and steady too! Almost there!!! What are your p3 tips? Would love to hear them.

    That is great!!! Did you have to remix to do the interuption? Happy p3 ing! Any tips?

    Woke up to a 2 lb jump from 123 to 125. I think it was maybe blue cheese? Last p3 I gained when I ate it in a salad. It was a homemade dressing with cream cheese and homemade seasoning. What is strange is I gain on raw chopped cabbage. This P3 and last one. I really like it. The crunch but will just have to wait till p4.

    I'm doing a modified steak day with ground beef and a super small portion for breakfast and lunch divided up. Because my body needs something in the mornings to take care of my 5 active kids. LOL.

    8 days before TOM and craving salt doesn't help either!
