No, I am using nasal inhaled hhcg.

Don't look to me for tips on P3: my travel and family reunion blew my plan entirely, so I resumed my round forv2 weeks.

If you are craving salt, that's probably a signal that your body needs it. Have some low-calorie salty broth or bouillon.

It's so not easy with travelling. It's a challenge as it is. I was going to do HCG Chica's p3 to Life but I was just distracted and busy and didn't want to make new recipes with having 7 people to cook for and so just winging it. Added dairy in too soon possibly. I just know dairy can add up.

I eat a TON of salt daily but TOM time I might retain it. Not sure I think my weight tends to go up a bit around that week.

Yes, travel - especially when crossing time zones, MDT to EDT - is a pain. It was unrealistic to think I could stay within the parameters of P3 while my sleep was disrupted and at the family reunion party. Oh well, another couple of weeks of P2 and hhcg has gotten me back on track. And being home, my P3 / P4 should go better.

That is wonderful! Good job stickign with it! By the way how has HHCG worked for you? I tried a round 9 years ago and was shaky and hungry the whole time but it was homeopathic. But curious if others have found it to work. Since then I've done injection, But thrilled if HHCG is working for you. Man, it sounds like a less expensive option!

My correction day worked and went back down to 123 so I'm thrilled. I did an alternate correction day of ground beef and collegen smoothes no dairy. Today I had a tiny bit of cream cheese in my smoothie so curious to see how I'll respond. In past rounds cream cheese was fine for me.

My injectable dosage is very low, 85 IU, so hhcg works well for me. I use either once daily tablets, taken about 9 pm; or the nasal spray.

Oh wow that is a really low HCG dose. I have to keep my HCG dosage around 120ish or 125 iu

That is great your body responds so well! How many more days of p2 do you have? How do you feel?

Staying off scale a cpl of days. Had bouillon and miracle noodles for dinner as I ate early and was hungry. Only bout 15 cal but noticed after drinking plenty of water last night I had difficulty urinating. Read later on that one pack of miracle noodles csn do that so they recommend no more than half pack. They tend to swell in your intestines and will eventually process but weight gains while temporary can happen. So I didn

Today is my last dose day; then the VLCD transition days. I can't wait to eat more variety: I have been hungry for fats, butter, cheese, whole eggs, for a couple of days now. I have things thawing in the fridge for cooking Monday

The very low dose shows I am vulnerable to hcg immunity, so the hhcg is a safer choice for me. I try to only do one round per year, too.

Wow, ok gz9gjg, how did you find that you are sensitive to hcg immunity?

Exciting to transition soon! YAY!! Love p3! Enjoy.

Roselanooue, good idea!!! It's wise to just not discourage yourself and stay positive!
