My birthday is coming on mid Sept so I'm going into p3 a few days to a week before then. Just listening to my body. I'm 17 lbs away from my first weight loss goal of 220. And then second goal is another 30-40 lbs. I could kick myself for putting all the weight back on. It's been a rough couple of years with my dad's passing, covid, custody battle with the ex (again), depression and anxiety. I have had some personal battles while in this round mostly due to custody hearing getting rescheduled and my ex being an idiot, but I have not messed up the p2 protocol so I'm really proud of myself!

    That is amazing! Wow!! I'm curious have you done injection also? Did HHcg work just as well for you? That is amazing. When I tried homeopathic I felt low blood sugar and hungry. But maybe I should try it sometime if I ever need another round.

    Wow, it's quiet here! How's everyone doing? I have family visiting and having a great time however a few of us have colds. School's started so everyone's immune system is re-setting I guess. I'm in p4 and trying some new foods like walnuts. Have inflammation weight right now but not worried. I'm not that hungry with sickness and got an IV so up a few lbs but just going to wait it out as it's water weight.

    Today is one of those days where I want to cheat. It's VLCD 52 and down just over 30 lbs and I think I'm done. I'm on hhcg so I've done longer rounds before but man, today is rough. I thought I could make it another week or even few days but my head is not in the game. I think I should call it for this round. What do you all think?

    Hey Natalie, in my opinion, once you reach that point, it's time to stop. 30 lbs loss is a great round, congrats!

    What dietary changes are you planning, to sustain your losses after P3 / P4?

    30lbs is amazing! I'd call it good and stop. Mental health really matters and you need to honor your body. Get ready for a great p3. Congrats!

    I think once you're done, you're done. When I would get to that point, if I didn't stop and move to p3, I'd end up cheating. 30 lbs is awesome!

    I'm here! Just read though all of the August posts! Thank you for missing me, Rose! And thank you for keeping the thread going when posts got thin! Gig, so fun to see someone using my pizza recipe!

    Sorry for being MIA. Many things happening but nothing interesting. I just was NOT in the MOOD to worry about FOOD. LOL.

    I am planning on getting back to P3 style eating starting again next week. I have been uh...non-compliant and counterindicated for a bit. I can't do another round for a while, as I did 21/2 already this year. A half when my frozen stuff was too long frozen, a great round that was the best I've done in years, and then another round just to try to keep from gaining without thyroid meds. I weighed late last week and am up about 3 pounds from when I left of (which was 5-6 over LIW) . So, not where I wanted, but will just hang in. Drs. appt in mid OCTOBER, which was as soon as I can get in, making the appt in early August.

    I missed you all and am super pumped for each of you. Hope you continue to post at least now and then, and we get some new P2ers in September!
