    I don't know what it is but I go up when I eat rotisserie chicken of any type and salads with even keto paleo very healthy salad dressings. I have to be so careful with salads and chicken and vegetables like broccoli. Which seems just so weird? Like who gains with brocccoli and chicken breast? I lose and maintain best with grass fed ground beef and collagen peptide smoothies lol

    I'm going through TOM and so up about 3/4 lbs. I was down to 120 but went back up around PMS/TOM. So hoping the water weight goes down soon. Not stressing too much as it seems my weight fluctuates 5lbs based on where I am at in my cycle and inflammation.

    Still doing great! I've hit a rough patch and I'm several lbs over. I thought it was inflammation and TOM but TOM is several days in and I've gone up another 2lbs. It's frustrating being several lbs over my LIW esp. since about 10 days ago I had hit a lb under it. How did I go up over 5lbs in just like 9 days? Phew. Anyways we've had a lot going on, super busy week and stress. But that's not that new. I'm going to just do the best I can and NOT stress. LOL. I want to be kind to myself. That's the whole journey focus on kindness towards myself in self talk and learning how to care for my body the best I can. Not being overly worked up is important. So one step at a time. I ate some chicken over the weekend and for some reason gain after I eat that and I also ate parm cheese this week and gained every time after I ate parm cheese. So had to cut dairy out again and going to stick to lean protein and collagen shakes.

    I seem to have gains with parmesan cheese. Not sure why. Taking a break and will weigh on Saturday so I don’t go crazy

    So I’m in range. Then out of range. Same 2-3 lbs over LIW. Truth be told I’m not being very cautious or mindful …so there’s that..
